    Balsamic Steak Salad
    Caryn K.

I came here and ordered to go on a Thursday and I was very pleased with my experience. I opted for a balsamic steak salad. FYI: The picture does not do this salad justice! It was loaded with blue cheese crumbles, walnuts and sun dried tomatoes. The service was quick and the inside was clean. I appreciated the wide variety of options available to customize/build your own salad. This was pricier than your average salad, but well worth it.

Ate here for the first time. I was at Camp Bullis and felt like something semi healthy so went on Yelp and found this place. I'd never heard of it as I don't come to the North West side of town very much (almost never). It was good, I wasn't mad at it. It didn't change my life, but I'd eat there again and am glad I found it. The restaurant itself was very clean and modern. I got the Asian Chicken Salad. You can build your own, but I don't like too many choices, too much pressure. I'd recommend.

    Bacon and egg salad wrap

Went today for the first time at lunch time. The guy told me they were behind when I made my order on the phone and it would be 20 minutes. No problem, my fault for not ordering online earlier. I drive over and walk in and I can tell they are all working so hard and in addition to what I'm sure were many online orders, there were walk-ins coming like crazy too. Still, all of the guys behind the counter were so nice and trying to get to everyone and they apologized for the wait. Let me tell you. This bacon & egg salad wrap might not sound like much... But it was GOOD. If you love boiled eggs like I do, this was like the best, grown-up version of a bacon and egg taco/burrito ever! The peppers on the side were roasted and salted to perfection. I will definitely be going back to try more things and to get this bacon and egg wrap until I get sick of it.

Plenty of seating, good location, great food, and friendly staff - what else could you want? It's walk up counter style ordering. They have a dozen or so salads or wraps you can choose from, or you can elect to "build your own." If you build your own, the protein options are steak, grilled salmon (each $5), chicken, and tofu ($3 each). The small salad is $8 and is quite bountiful and filling. Large salad is $10, or you can go with a wrap for $9. I had the small build your own salad (again, it's a decent size although it's a small) with the pine nut vinaigrette. The salad was good, but for some strange reason, they start making the salad by putting the dressing in the bottom of the bowl and then adding all of the fixin's before finally mixing it all up. This is ok for most dressings, but the pine nut vinaigrette dressing is pretty thick (almost like pesto consistency) and it didn't mix in very well like the typical ranch, vinaigrette, etc. dressings do. On the plus side, quinoa is not an extra charge or counted as a protein as I have seen at similar places.

    Chicken Caesar salad.

Good Caesar salad but not worth $21. No grilled salmon available until after the holidays???? Seems like one of the 7 people working could have ordered some salmon. Probably need to work on that as well as the whole pricing thing. Again, it was a good salad but not worth $21. It's not enough to just offer your customers "an alternative"; it must be " a better alternative" or they're going to stay with what they know. Sálata has a little better price point for their salads if you want to compare.

I absolutely loved the aesthetics -- there was plenty of parking, and when you walk inside, the décor feels classic, elegant, and welcoming. Our server, David, was extremely professional. His knowledge, attentiveness, and overall professionalism made this a really special birthday night for my boyfriend. We appreciated all the recommendations he made. We started with a Tempranillo red wine and a specialty cocktail. For appetizers, we chose the goat cheese salad and the French onion soup. Both were excellent -- the goat cheese salad was fresh and light, with an amazing crunch and flavor from the cheese. I would definitely order it again. The French onion soup was classic but honestly one of the best I've had, with the perfect balance of onion, salt, and cheese. For our mains, we ordered the beef Wellington and the lobster risotto, along with sides of blue cheese cauliflower and scalloped potatoes. The beef Wellington was surprisingly good -- I loved the crisp puff pastry combined with the mushrooms, beef, and sauce. The lobster risotto was chef's kiss -- absolutely delicious. I'm so glad they introduced the new menu because this dish was outstanding. The blue cheese cauliflower tasted good, though I wish the cream sauce had been a bit thicker so it would coat the cauliflower better. The scalloped potatoes, however, were phenomenal. We finished with a slice of strawberry cake that was incredibly moist and reminded me of strawberry ice cream with that nostalgic crumb coating -- really delicious. Overall, we were both extremely happy with our meals and the experience. We'll definitely be back to try more items and highly recommend it!

We had the escargot and lentil soup for appetizers, shared the beef Wellington with Gruyère mashed potatoes and haricot vert. For the dessert, they had a scrumptious strawberry cake. It was a lively atmosphere with live music planning, a backed bar area and a humming dining room. We were given the corner "power" booth and really felt cozy. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our server JT was a sweetheart and did a great job. Our meal started with two appetizers: the Calamari & Meatballs. Both were fantastic and really set the tone of what this place is. The Calamari was perfectly executed - seasoned well and not overcooked. The meatballs were phenomenal and full of balanced flavor, due in part to the heavenly red sauce they were swimming in. These are a must try! We then enjoyed Ceasar salads before our entrees and really enjoyed the balance and flavor they offered. Simple and delicious. The entrees were outstanding! * My wife ordered the Noli's Sautéed Chicken, featuring a sautéed chicken breast and cappellini pasta with basil, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, olives in a white wine lemon sauce. A lighter plate with a fragrant touch, she really enjoyed the combination of flavors. * I went with JT's recommendation and chose the Prime Surf 'N' Turf...this was amazing! A 12oz Ribeye cooked medium rare, topped with two huge fried shrimp, accompanied by a rich and delicious lobster vodka sauce under perfectly baked ravioli. If you are spoiling yourself, this is the choice for you! We can't wait to get back to Albi's Vite and make more memories. In the meantime, you deserve to go make your own!

Overall it was a decent meal, but the worst we've had from this location. Disappointing that the quality this particular visit was so far below the usual standard. As I am currently pregnant, undercooked meat is a serious health risk. To make matters worse, when we got the food back, there was a black prep glove left sitting right on top of the boxed food. Whether this was done on purpose out of spite or was just extreme negligence, it is absolutely revolting and shows a total lack of regard for basic food safety and hygiene. The Service: When my husband brought the raw burger back, the owner's wife was immediately combative. She argued that "that's just how Wagyu is" and gave him a massive attitude. Instead of an apology, she told him, "We'll recook it this time, but next time we won't." The Unprofessionalism: My husband understands Spanish. When he went back to pick up the food, he caught her "talking crap" about him and his order to other customers in Spanish. Her toxic attitude literally drove business away--four customers behind my husband in line watched her behavior and left to eat at a different truck. Between the raw meat, the used gloves on our food, and the overpriced, disrespectful service, we will never be back. You've been warned.

They sold their restaurant to their sous chef and are giving it a go here. Wow! They really are crushing it. My wife's family is gyro connoisseurs and they were a huge fan. I love a good gyro and I can be picky about my pita. The pita was amazing and tasted super fresh. The pita for the humus was toasted to perfection. The Greek salad was so good. Finally was the yucca fries. My wife always orders them and then complains that they were not very good. All she did last night was say how good these yucca fries were and I completely agree. Perfectly fried, fluffy, and flavorful. I wish I had taken pictures, we were so hungry and the food did not remain on the table very long. Would I come back? Without a doubt this will be a return spot next time we visit my Sister-in-law in Boerne.

The lychee martini was smooth, refreshing, and extremely lychee forward. I really enjoyed how they garnished the drink with two whole lychees. I was in heaven and I can honestly say this was one of my favorite cocktails I've had in the city (Thanks for the recommendation Annabelle). Food-wise, everything felt elevated and pieced together beautifully on each plate. The truffle creamy miso soup was warm & comforting with just the right amount of depth and the Asian pear cucumber salad was perfect to cleanse the palate after the soup. The Hawaiian ono was another standout that absolutely delivered. That cilantro oil and the yuzu dance together well with the soft & silky ono. I also really enjoyed the scallop crudo, it also has cilantro oil but this time with ponzu foam. This combination was so good that I absolutely had no shame sipping the married liquid components on the plate between each bite of scallop. Lastly, the wagyu mochi gnocchi is unreal--rich, melt in your mouth mochi gnocchi, savory shrimp and tender wagyu, and this velvety sauce that's semi addicting. This surf-and-turf style dish with seafood and wagyu is where Yozora really flexes; every bite felt balanced, indulgent, and beautifully plated. (This particular evening the sauce on the mochi gnocchi was a touch spicier for me than the first time I visited but I enjoyed every last bite nonetheless). I went a little ham and didn't have room for dessert this time unfortunately. Next time Huge shoutout to my server Annabelle, who made the entire night seamless.
