This is a great store if you are looking for a great deal on items that have a damaged box or may have some small reparable damage. Yes much of the smaller items are clumped together in large boxes but it makes it like going on a bit of a treasure hunt. I went there today and was very impressed with the variety of items they have in their inventory. The warehouse is stocked with lighting, appliances, tools, rugs,the list goes on... and at discounted prices as well. I bought a fish fountain light that squirts water and lights up! This is a clearance center where you can get sinks doors paint stuff lighting cabinets etc. Nothing is marked with prices. They make deals. I was looking at a top of a pleather stool just the top no legs bc they were missing and they wanted$20 more like $2. This looks like a goodwill clearance center where you shop through boxes and cross your fingers you find something. Carts don't fit down the aisles. Not my fave place for deals. read more

Nope. Dig through the junk, you won't find specifics but every thing you always knew you never wanted. Make sure you don't do it wrong, because there are plenty of warehouse employees walking around telling you to not touch stuff that is not labeled "do not touch" whatsoever, oh and they don't wear uniforms or anything so it's like a regular person is just telling you what to do. Then...gosh forbid you may find something not broken or half missing...then wait in line among 25 other people so you can get to the front *not knowing* how much anything costs that you just spent over an hour+ of your life digging for. The checkout ppl look at your cart and decide at that moment what they feel like charging. They argue back and forth, and I'm pretty sure since I didn't look homeless, had a name brand bag and a smile, they threw out a dollar amount so high I reached for my phone and pulled up similar items online at real stores for less than what they wanted. She argued with me. I told the lady "listen, pottery barn sells these for this much and I promise you, yours aren't pottery barn, that one is even dirty". I only kept at it because I was there two hours. I had to feel somewhat accomplished. I wish I had told them to shove it and walked out. I'll never go back, unless I want to know more of what it's like to dig through trash for hours then bend over for someone to stick up my you-know-what like I'm an ignorant. I went here yesterday and was APPALLED by the lack of regard for safety during COVID-19 times. Not only were all the workers MASK-LESS, but all but 1 of them (whose mask was pulled down and hanging on neck) didn't even have a mask on their person! To me, it shows that there is no concern for obeying the law and keeping others safe. I have seen pics of the owners on here, and I'm pretty sure i spotted one of them named Brian. He wasn't wearing a mask either and was talking to another unmasked customer. Many customers were not wearing masks, and many also were. Yes, it's warm and i didn't want to wear my mask either. Yes, it's a huge warehouse and they did have fans blowing and doors open which makes ventilation better. I get it. But when any unmasked worker came around me, i instantly felt uncomfortable. I would have liked to ask some questions, as it was my first time there, but i really didn't feel like they would be respecting my desire for space and the fact that there's a pandemic out there that causes deaths. I actually tried contacting the store before i went to see if the workers were wearing masks. I got an automated text message back saying i could text my questions, so i asked about their response to COVID-19 and i never received an answer. Too bad, because it could have saved me a trip there. As far as the store itself, it was really overwhelming. The entrance has stuff in boxes and well organized but everywhere else is crazy. I can see major potential for finding random deals here but if u are looking for something very specific, it may be hard to find. Everything is boxed up and hard to know what's inside the box (you aren't supposed to open any boxes). So i noticed one reviewer here said to download Home Depot app to scan bar code and see what's inside. It did seem like most of these things came from Home Depot. Positives: shaded parking!
