So there is no recourse . I couldn't believe that . There must have been an error imputing my payment into the new computer . Chris said to late anyways we put it out Feb 27th . But when I called in March they said I was in my grace period for March and I could come in when feeling better and make payment . How can that be because the item would have already been put back on the floor when there telling me its ok to make my March payment until I got into the store. I've never had to use it for longer than 10 minutes, and it is in great condition, they pay a 1/3 of what the listings are on eBay, anyone reading this can search up the model of generator and see there is only one generator listed as of right now (5/1/26) for $749.89. One of the employees pulled up a PART of the generator which was listed for $179.99 and decided to offer me $25 for the working generator. I think pawn shops do good things in some cases but this was unfair and I won't attempt to do buisness with them again.

I called immediately because the two issues I encountered were: 1. I had moved to a new address so by the time I received the letter it was the 9th day. 2. I had to get a short extension due to a small complication with my company's direct deposit. Ramon wasn't there the day I called but Carlo assisted me after telling him my concerns. Carlo was respectful over the phone and I appreciate that he didn't cut me off at any point. My request was granted and I picked up my watch today (04/11/23) with no issues. That said, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Ramon and Carlo for their professionalism! I'm damn sure I'll be returning to their establishment again if I ever need help. Just one more thing I'd like to add is that they have a very welcoming vibe the two times I came in and that's a huge plus for me. The manager on duty seemed bothered by the amount of time we were there and didn't greet the few other customers that came in with the same enthusiasm or care that we received from Nick. We would definitely return to the store but, only if Nick was working. We easily spent 10x what we intended and with no regrets. I hope that he's compensated well because with his personality and gift at selling he would do great in any other sales position.
