Us waiting for food!

Best pizza ever!! Great outdoor patio! Everything was so tasty and good!! I thought the Arugula pizza was so delicious. We were coming in from Casa Grande and I would take a day trip out to globe just to eat it again!'

Whoever owns this place and Bloom should be congratulated on their top tier small town restaurants. Definitely some of the best food we've had in small town Arizona. The pizza was great, and they accommodated my dietary restrictions. Service was nice and quick, and the drinks were basic, but strong and very reasonably priced. The lava cake seemed like it might have come frozen, so that's a con, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Overall though, I was very impressed by the food, ambiance of the outdoor seating, and overall experience.

We were not in a hurry today and decided to order several things - spaced out, of course..... everything is absolutely delicious! If there was such a thing as Upscale Rustic, this is how I would describe this restaurant! I'm a sucker for a wood- burning stove and the smells were giving me all the right feels! There's plenty of room inside and on the outside covered patio! They play nice soothing music and we had such a great time! Started out with - The Dip, creamy, hot and very satisfying! The Moroccan bread was so soft, yet crispy! Yummy!! 3 Little Piglets Pizza ( a recommendation from MicKy.... Loved most of it... it had raw sliced tomatoes on top, which I didn't care for. Other than that, it was crispy and Perfect! Garlic Lobster Ravioli - biting into them you could taste the lobster! Buttery sauce and a little salad were all so pleasing! Antipasto Salad W/Shrimp - I'm a sucker for shrimp! Especially LARGE GRILLED SHRIMP!!! They were lightly seasoned and all around perfection! TIP - BE CAREFUL of the artichoke in the salad, it wasn't completely edible (which is normal) check for stickers. Freshly seasoned greens allowed me to eat the salad even without the dressing! Exceptional! Calamari Fritti - quite scrumptious! Lightly breaded and fried to perfection! Bravo is a HUGE WIN! It's the kind of place where you wish you were sill hungry so you can keep eating, ha ha! We're really excited to go back and try the Kobe Beef burger and wings next time!

I absolutely love this place. We went on a day trip to Globe and walked around, afterwards we sat down outside on the patio with the misters it was so refreshing. We had wonderful service, the pizza, beer and salad were amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Been coming here at least once in a month and Chef never disappoints. Best pizza in AZ! We had the chef special caramelized pear pizza and the pork paperdelle pasta and our favorite calamari, spared no morsel of course, IT's THAT GOOD! Try them at Globe, he has a Japanese restaurant next to it, also awesome if you want another alternative.

House salad

My husband, his sister and I dined at this restaurant once while visiting Globe. We enjoyed our meal a lot. We shared an Artichoke Wow pizza. It had garlic cream sauce, prosciutto cotto, artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. We added Italian Sausage. We also shared a BBQ Chicken pizza. It had house BBQ sauce, wood fried roasted chicken, red onion, cilantro, and fresh mozzarella and parmigiano We also shared a House Salad with ranch dressing. We liked the ambiance of this restaurant. It had both indoor and outdoor seating and a bar.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup. Delicious!

A wonderful Greek Lemon Chicken soup for a cool November day. Paired with the garlic toast it's a total delight.

What a find! There were 8 of us who dined here for lunch. There was a variety of food ordered. Three pizzas ( Happy Boys Hawaiian, 2 Americano) , The Dip, Stuffed Portobello mushrooms, salad, Italian sub, macaroni and cheese to go, Bruscetta Pomodoro. Personally, I think it's a little pricey for lunch. Service was okay. We had to ask for forks & napkins and drink refills. We all were starved after doing the Stairizona trail & we gobbled up our food. The food was good & a couple of us said they'd return.

The menu is quite varied, and there is something for everyone…read more The food is first rate, with possibly the best burgers in AZ! The service is alway fast and friendly and they will happily guide through your selection and answer all your questions. The portions are huge! The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. So far I've had the Bistro Burger a couple times, the Curly Joe, onion rings, okra, cole slaw, the chips and pulled pork and the brisket nachos. Andrea has has the hangover burger and the midstate burger with cottage cheese and shared in the chips and nachos. She also stole huge bites of my burgers and several of my onion rings! Everything has been awesome! So awesome, int fact, we stopped on the way uo north to Alpine from Gilbert, and decided to stop in again the following day in the way home! The Copper Bistro great excuse to get out of the valley for the Phoenicians!

We trekked to Globe, AZ to view Besh Ba Gowah…read more We also planned to set out at such a time so that we might try a local eatery. Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.

My husband and I came here for the second time for a Valentine lunch together. The first time we…read morecame, we accidentally ate before we came and so we had so much food leftover (which is not a bad problem!). So this time, we split the zesty orange chicken and a Philly roll between us for the perfect amount of food for the both of us. The food was delicious too. The orange chicken had the very essential and yummy flavor of an orange! And anything that can get me to eat more veggies (such as this dish) is a win to me. If I had any complaints, I would've wanted more chicken in the dish, since it was made up of mostly noodles. The sushi was good! Maybe not "knock-your-socks-off" good, but we did just go with the basic Philly roll instead of something more exciting. Their menu had some really interesting sounding sushi rolls. I will say though, that the Philly roll was very pretty! Otherwise, our waitress was great and checked up on us. Our food was out pretty fast, and for Globe, I would definitely consider this more of an upscale/still casual place for a date. We'll be back to get more fancy Asian fusion food.

The reason I am giving this place 2 stars today instead of 1 is because our server Lauren saved me…read morefrom having an allergic reaction due to observed cross contamination in the kitchen and told us. We haven't been here in years due to the last time we visited we had a very negative experience. Today was a little better, but not by much. My 6yo and I ordered 3 rolls(california, rainbow and caterpillar) and an appetizer(coconut tempura shrimp). We received 2 rolls before our appetizer, which to me was weird. They all came with wasabi and ginger, and I asked our waitress Loren if I could have some ginger without wasabi as I am mildly allergic. She said no because they use the same hand to serve both so the wasabi is in the ginger. I thought 'that sucks, cross contamination'. When the final roll(caterpillar) came out it had 3 sauces on it; unagi sauce, spicy Mayo and Siracha. I asked her when she came by again if it was supposed to have the spicy ones, she said 'oh yes, the caterpillar comes with all 3'. I had ordered it for my 6yo to eat, the menu has none of the spicy sauces listed in the description, just the unagi sauce. So, buyer beware, not all sauces are listed on the menu and if you have an allergy you might want to eat elsewhere because if there is one cross contamination, there are bound to be others.

Drove across the country to visit my sister in globe AZ. Had a craving for Chinese food. This place…read morewas recommended by some locals. Went online to check menu. Prices looked more than fair so I was excited. Called in the order and to my surprise the total was twice what I had calculated. The Person on the phone said the prices were not updated. Beef Lo Mein was $6 more, Beef and Broccoli was $5 more, General Tso's Chicken was &10 More, Egg Rolls were $3.40 more. Still, I was Okay, because as a chef, I know the cost of ingredients has increased over the last year. My food was ready when I arrived and the person that greeted me was very pleasant and polite. But I wondered as I walked to my Truck why the meals were in Styrofoam trays, instead of the usual Cardboard cartons I generally get Asian food in on the east coast. But Hey Maybe it's an Arizona thing I thought. When I arrived home the food was hot. The Egg Rolls perfect, and no qualms with the sweet and sour dipping sauce that came with them. My sister said her beef and broccoli was good as well. Then I opened my beef lo Mein. Beef was tender, but the noodles looked like chopped spaghetti instead of Chinese egg noodles, and they were way overcooked. It had cabbage and a couple pieces of Julienned carrots, but the whole dish was bland and disappointing. The General Tso's Chicken was abundant and looked promising, until I tried to fork a piece, and the fork they supplied would not pierce the coating. Why didn't they give me chopsticks? I got a metal fork and ate a piece. It had good flavor except zero spice, which it should have a little heat. And the texture was off, so I cut one in half. No chicken, all breading. Cut several more, same thing. Where is the chicken? I cut open all of the pieces. all but a few had no chicken. The ones that had a little meat, definitely didn't look like chicken. It resembled very dark overcooked beef. So, I don't know what they gave me. It went in the trash. The menu description claimed, "deep fried large tender Chunks of chicken". I didn't get that, I got 20 dollars' worth of donuts, I think. And don't get me started on the broken fortune cookie with the fortune "You will try a new way of making your favorite drink". If you have never had Chinese food, you will probably think this food is good. It's not. I can't say I tried the whole menu, scared of that. If you like Chinese food, this is not the spot. Anyway, I'm still craving some good Chinese.
