Small town wood fired oven pizzeria. Liz enjoyed a Caesar salad, it wasn't too bad. It was a lot of salad though. It would have been pretty good with some grilled chicken over it. The pizza was hot and tasty and the beer was cold and bubbly. I had a Flagstaff beer Brew42 Irish Red, and Liz enjoyed an lighter 805 draft from California. Not too shabby for a Friday night off the beaten path on the road to Phoenix. They had a variety of pizza flavors, buffalo chicken, BBQ chicken, margherita, cheese ...we went for their Three Piglets which came with salama, sausage, and bacon. Not heavy despite all the sliced pork...full of flavor. The kids enjoyed the pizza and Noemi was amazed with the amount of cheese in her Mac n cheese. Kim O was a very nice and attentive server. She made sure we wanted for nothing. We didn't sit in the bar area, but there were sports being played on the big screens. It was later at night but it seemed like a popular gathering place and older families were hanging out and walking out with smiles as we walked in. We drove through Globe on our way back from Show Low. We stopped at Bravo for a few refresher and ended up ordering the meatball appetizer. Oh my, not only were they fast pitch baseball size, topped with marinara, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil they were so great. We sat outside at the bar with the misters going around us and it was perfect. So relaxing and comfortable. Three meatballs was more than enough to totally satisfy the two of us. I had two Prickly Pear Martinis, I was not the driver, which were wonderful. All in all I would highly recommend this place for a date night, an evening with friends or a perfect afternoon pit stop. read more

We just happen to stop here while in globe after seeing a billboard, and I'm glad we did. Everything was fantastic, from the meatballs to the pizza to the delicious deserts, perfect perfect perfect! Whoever owns this place and Bloom should be congratulated on their top tier small town restaurants. Definitely some of the best food we've had in small town Arizona. The pizza was great, and they accommodated my dietary restrictions. Service was nice and quick, and the drinks were basic, but strong and very reasonably priced. The lava cake seemed like it might have come frozen, so that's a con, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Other than that, it was crispy and Perfect! Garlic Lobster Ravioli - biting into them you could taste the lobster! Buttery sauce and a little salad were all so pleasing! Antipasto Salad W/Shrimp - I'm a sucker for shrimp! Especially LARGE GRILLED SHRIMP!!! They were lightly seasoned and all around perfection! TIP - BE CAREFUL of the artichoke in the salad, it wasn't completely edible (which is normal) check for stickers. Freshly seasoned greens allowed me to eat the salad even without the dressing! So, be aware that this is not traditional pizza. Also, I didn't understand the hype with wood-fired pizza in some of the other reviews except that the dough was nicely cooked. 2) Dip (artichoke ) and bread was delicious. 3) We ordered way too much food and had leftovers, which is complicated for travelers. Been coming here at least once in a month and Chef never disappoints. Best pizza in AZ! On 3/5/26 Ticket #B14-1 Invoice # 260305-03-14 for my wife and myself along with 7 other friends had lunch at Bravo. I and another person (on another ticket) had the wings. Both of us agreed they were the worse wings we ever ate. A few of the wings had sauce but most didn't. They seemed like they had been boiled in water until overcooked. The 7 other people raved about how good their food was. My wife had Artichoke Wow Pizza and she loved it, she said it was the best she ever had. We started with The Dip, which was good, but barely served four people. It comes with fives pieces of bread but didn't have enough dip left. Then we had the Artichoke Wow pizza, which was good but skimpy on toppings. Service was horrible. Once we got our food, we never saw a server again. We flagged down another waitress for refills. She cleared the table and then 10 minutes later returned, stunned, realizing we wanted the check. She never returned for payment. We had to go to the hostess station to finally get service. Gluten-free and dairy light eater. I went with some family out of town. We ordered a couple appetizers. The artichoke cheese dip with gluten free bread and the bruschetta on normal bread. My gluten eating family liked the bruschetta, but they were missing the mozzarella that wasn't offered. I tasted a little of the cheese sauce and it was bubbly and yum. Their gluten free bread is a cheese and cauliflower bread and I can't eat much of it if I'm trying to reduce cheese. I shared a salad with my mom. The dressing and mixing were great. Everyone loved their salads. Onto pizza. I like their gluten free crust but it's not for everyone. My husband prefers their normal crust. Bravo does the wood fired pizza and salads just right. Large salads easily shared by 2 or 3 persons. Aside from the satisfying meal, do yourself a comforting favor and order dessert. We tried the carrot cake and the blueberry mascarpone cake. The kitchen freshly plated these beautiful desserts and they put Bravo, and Globe, on my map permanently. (Noted that several Phoenix restaurants overlook the pleasure of a solid dessert experience. Props to Bravo for this strong finale to the meal.) Service was professional and friendly.
