Ladies now have a great self-shop, low pressure cosmetics, perfume, and cologne shopping option in the mall beyond Macy's and Dillards. JCPenney continues to retool its image and is attempting to focus more on house brands / private labels. In my lifetime, their house brands have always been solid and at good or better quality than name brands.
