First of all the Sally App doesn't work correctly. Even when I double checked to make sure my order was going to the correct place. The App will send the order to where it's available without letting you know. I was upset when I discovered I had to drive WAY out of my way to pick up my order. The staff at both locations were not sympathetic. They just said to call customer service. After I got home and opened my bag, I discovered they put the wrong product in. Then I have to drive way out of my way AGAIN to exchange something that was their fault. All I get from the staff was, "we didn't do it"... I don't care who's fault it is, they still could have been sympathetic or apologized, but nothing except an air of inconvenience. read more

Went to pick up my order and was treated like I was a bother. Got in the car and looked that my pick up order was wrong so I went back in and the tall girl with purple dyed hair tried to say I was wrong but when I showed my order info she was so rude and full of hate. I'm late don't this review but anyway I was in this store a couple weeks ago, The manager Amillia( maybe spelled wrong) I bought a product that was $15.59 I get to the register she charged me $19.99 I told her the price on the shelf is $15.59 she said "It's we haven't updated the price on the shelf yet, I told her that okay but she had to honor the price on the shelf, I told she will need to refund me my money, she refused to said she can't cause her drawer will be short , plus I had a $10 reward she suggested that she refund the entire amount which was not possible cause I would love the reward, so we went round and round for a hour or so! I def don't suggest this store, but if you do go to this store make sure and read the receipt, cause I'm my opinion this manager stole money from me! Sales team needs to be less aggressive. I came in at 6:15 to buy last minute gel polish for work. Sales associate immediately hopped into my space (not socially distanced) and asked if she could hold my items up front. I've worked customer service and retail over a decade, I know when I'm being watched like a thief. I was already indecisive about which shade I was picking and after taking my items to the front, sales associate immediately came back into my space and was suggesting shades without being asked to and just generally constantly hovering over my entire experience. I was considering just out right not making any purchase, but once again, I'm already being judged like a thief for NO REASON so I pretty much felt forced into making the purchase. Irritating. I stopped here today to grab some nail files and maybe look through their gel colors, but I walked in and wasn't greeted just stared down. I got to the corner of nail supplies and as I'm looking through the files for the ones I need, one of the girls from the counter walks by me as if she needed to go to the back while really just making sure I wasn't taking anything and the other girl standing at the end cap is watching me mindlessly pretending to be busy. I spend hundreds of dollars at Sally's beauty a month I don't frequent at this location because frankly I've never had a good experience at this one tonight. I go in eight minutes before I close although I realize it's Sunday and they are trying to close up. I only went in for two things, walked around the store a few times both associates looked at me several times never asked if I needed help or if I was looking for anything yet the lady Sandra yells across the store ma'am we're closing in two minutes. I told her I was aware I really wanted to let her know that if she had helped me find what I was looking for I would've been out of there already. However, I didn't get any help or anything. Just trying to get me out of the store, I get to the register try to pay with cash she didn't have change.:: OK that's fine. I can use my debit card is what I said I used my debit card went to go walk out the younger one Jennifer is locking the door I turned to her and I said excuse me, what is the lady at the registers name? So I have been coming to this store for a few years I drive 15 mins for this store I willnt go to a different store at all even if this store don't have what I need I will wait so I want to say brandy's a very nice free spirited person she's always kind and very helpful she has went way above and beyond for me when it came to helping me find the right color for my son I must say going silver are gray is very difficult it's not easy but she's very honest and gives her opinion even if it's something that she don't wanna hear I was literally in that store for about 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do and I finally went with what she told me she showed me the color that it would be There wasn't a swatch and I was very happy with the fact that she looked it up for me she didn't have to look it up for me she could've told me to look it up myself but she took her time after ringing up some people and she looked it up on her iPad and I decided that was a color that I wanted to get the store is very clean as soon as you walk in it's always hello how are you doing even if they don't give you in eye view they greet you at the door they're still telling you hello and they're busy with somebody else that's customer service but Brandy's personality really is a very outshining outstanding personality that's a good thing she's very bubbly happy and she just makes you feel like if you actually know her and that's a good feeling because she doesn't make you just feel like hurry up customer leave she will take her time with thank you Brandy read more

I love the location of this area and unlike most sally's this location's layout seems so much more open. I often feel cramped in most sally's. The service is good as well, better than a few I've been too. Will come back for nail polish and hair products! read more

Amazing customer service!!! They helped me so much when I got the wrong product from another Sally store. The girls are amazing and so helpful I would suggest anybody looking for a good beauty store to go to this one. RUDE! I went in only planning to buy ONE thing I knew exactly where It was. As I walked in i was greeted by just a voice as the sales person was out of sight, followed by her informing me they we're closing in a minute. Horrible!!!! That is what comes to mind with my experience there. I went there on a Tuesday 7/12/16 afternoon to pick up some nail stuff and we were barely acknowledge. She only came around the corner to make sure we weren't shoplifting. I asked if my friends 3 year old daughter could use the restroom and her stupid excuse was that they had shelves in the restroom and if anything happen we could sue them. She sent her next door to massage envy where they were more than happy to allow a 3 year old that can't hold it use the restroom. Thanks Massage Envy. She was not very knowledgeable about the products she sold and not very helpful. At the end when we paid she asked us to hold on so she could finish her texting. I let her know how rude that was and that was not very professional. Wow what kind of people do they hire here. I don't know how places like this stay in business. My advice is pay more and go to Ulta or Sephora. read more
