Less expensive than the dealer and better. They have taken care of me for the last 10 years and I have never once had anything but the best service. Once they even drove to my job to give me a set of keys I had left in my car when it was in for service.

They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!

We finally called Tow Truck Co & Recovery, and they arrived in just 15 minutes! The driver was professional, courteous, and made a stressful situation so much easier. They treated us with kindness, got our vehicle taken care of quickly, and made sure my family was safe. The service was incredibly fast, the price was fair, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It's hard to find a company that's this dependable--especially in the middle of the night. I honestly wish I could leave 1,000 five-star reviews! Thank you for being there when my family needed help the most. If you're ever stuck and need a reliable towing company in the Altamonte Springs area, Tow Truck Co & Recovery is the company to call. Highly recommended!

I tried the number they have on Google, which is different from the one they have on Yelp. I tried twice and it hung up on me immediately both times. This was Friday and now it is Monday. Still no reply from these guys. Only 2 reviews and I feel like they must be fake because surely someone would have called me by now or replied to my message. Also their address is an apartment complex next to a pool. So...yeah. Sketchy. If your car won't start and it isn't the battery, use a car jack handle and a hammer and tap on the starter rhythmically while someone else starts your vehicle. It'll get you to the mechanic if the starter is your issue. Or get AAA Plus membership and it'll save ya money and the frustration of getting a tow company to pick up their phones.

After success taking my car there a few years ago I tried Sloan's again. This time was very…read moredisappointing. I was very clear about the current issues when dropping off the vehicle but clearly it was not being written down because I had to repeat myself on multiple phone calls. Although I tested the battery and even had tried to jump start it multiple times with my own cables and jump pack from the tow company, they were insisting I replace my battery to resolve the issue. After picking up my vehicle, I took it home and parked it for the night. Next morning I had the same issues as when I dropped it off to them days before. I do not believe Sloan's was honest about the repairs needed on my car and sold me on an expensive service because they knew the battery location in my vehicle is not easily accessible. Every service being quoted had ridiculous prices behind it. $213 to repair a $20 sensor after the car was already taken apart and paying $181 for diagnostics is insane. $574 to replace a $15 gasket is laughable. $262 to pull off a plastic cover and remove/replace 4 spark plugs, $105 for a $20 air filter. I understand cost of labor involved but some of these mark ups are so unrealistic, they cannot expect any person with even beginner car maintenance knowledge to pay these prices before doing it themselves.
