Hey Everybody: No Loyalty! I called-in my usual pizza order and mentioned that I'd saved a bunch of prior-visit receipts that had, for years, promised a loyalty discount; an excellent marketing gesture nicely offsetting the good-but-pricey pizza they serve-up. That's when I was told that the program had been discontinued by the new owner, and my loyalty receipts were no longer honored. I brought them in anyway when I went to pickup my order: certainly a consumer-centric, conscientious restauranteur (especially one who just bought the business!) would want to help out a long-standing customer. But no. I politely asked if a manager was available to "possibly provide some degree of discount considering my devoted purchase history and having collected receipts as agreed". "I'M a manager!!!", vaunted the woman behind the counter, "and can't do that, but you can join our loyalty program that's online now". When I noted to her that the new ownership was in the habit of canceling loyalty points, as noted/proven, so what was to keep them from canceling any NEW online loyalty points? The manager didn't manage this--too bad she is unaware that the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is: Consumers fed up with the crooked behavior of the airline (Southwest, Delta), hotel (Marriott) and attraction (Seaworld) industries' sleazy practices are seeing the CFPB initiating numerous class-action suits over "breakage", "goalpost moving" and various engineered obstacles-- avoiding promised loyalty payments and cashing-in on broken promises. And while they won't be chasing down Sally O'Neal's, former legacy devotees will. The academic business world has published data indicating aggressive expiration policies do more harm than good irrespective of the temporary liability drop on the company's balance sheet. As an example, consider the number of times I've flown Southwest since they canceled my points some years back---hint: that number is the shape of a pizza. Never had a pizza with just those two veggies before and it was really good. Usually I get the spinach Florentine pizza and it is really tasty also. We order online and hop into the car for pickup, never sad about our choices and always delighted in the flavors, temp, etx for a plus perfect pizza meal. I really like this spot! The first time I went, I went with my neighbor. She ordered a personal pizza with pineapple and said it was absolutely delicious. They sell pizza by the slice for lunch (not for dinner), and it's definitely worth trying. We went back this past weekend and both ordered the lasagna, which was around $15. It was a great portion and super tasty! The meal also came with bread, which I personally wasn't a big fan of, but the lasagna itself made up for it. The service was a little slow, but to be fair, there was only one worker that day and the place was pretty busy. She was very friendly and did her best to take care of everyone, so no real complaints there. The restaurant itself is cute inside. It has a pink interior and a fun, welcoming vibe. I've been hearing a lot about Sally O' Neal's Pizza, so decided to order for pick up on my way home. My order was a half cheese/half Hawaiian pizza and a lasagna. The pizza was really good. Great flavor and fresh. Next time I'm dining in for a full pizza experience. The lasagna was disappointing. Not enough layers of pasta, thin layer of meat, and lots and lots of marinara sauce and big pieces of onions. Not my favorite. Service when picking up my order was quick and easy. The restaurant has a "homey" feel to it. Very nice and relaxed. They also have a cute small bar with draft beer and wine My experience was based on a To-Go order, but I'm looking forward to dine in and have the full experience. read more

After a 5 mile walk, & being 32 weeks pregnant I was really hoping for this place to hit the spot, but it was an absolute miss. We ordered a Margherita Pizza & a Chicken Parm Hero. The Margherita Pizza had practically no cheese on it. Literally just tomato, sauce and bread with a few dots of mozzarella. I actually never had pizza with no cheese before today. The Chicken Parm Hero was better than the pizza, but came out warm instead of hot. I would say my favorite part of the meal were the potato chips that came on the side of the hero. In addition to the meal being subpar, we waited SO long for the check. I actually don't know what we waited longer for, the room-temperature Chicken Parm Hero, or the bill. The other table outside had a different waitress and she attended to them 5xs more than our server, so maybe it was just our luck. Overall, we won't be back. We ordered a 12" cheese pizza and a side house salad tonight for carry out. It was the first time we ordered from Sally O'Neal's. The restaurant is cute and the pizza was good. But, the salad was so disappointing - the lettuce was old and tasted awful. We are very sad because this pizzeria came highly recommended. We may try it again since every place can have a bad night. DONE WITH SALLY! We ordered dinner directly from Sally's tonight online and chose the delivery option. Ordered around 6:35 pm and the confirmation email stated "Order Delivery Time: Today at 7:09 PM to 7:29 PM". At 7:48 PM (1 hour and 13 minutes later) I called to ask about the status of delivery only to find out Sally's uses DoorDash for delivery and DoorDash had not come to pick up the order and they don't know when they will arrive or when I would receive our order. They said it could be another hour. On two previous occasions, we ordered delivery and our orders were delivered more than 30 and 45 minutes late.....and the food was lukewarm. Now we know why. It's unacceptable to advertise that you deliver, provide an online ordering platform and an estimated time of delivery and then fail to deliver,. And hard to fathom they did not think to provide us the courtesy of a call to let us know they have no idea if, or when, the delivery would be made. So suffice it to say we are done with Sally! read more

I'm gonna first say the only thing I had there was the pizza not any of the other food. It's not pizza it's dough. It's like eating a loaf of bread with a little cheese and sauce. It's not crispy. It doesn't have a good taste. Could the other food be good? I don't know. It seems like the owners really paranoid about who parks in their parking lot which I think is ridiculous. There's a restaurant across the street. That's very busy if people park there it would look like their place is busy not a bad strategy for such terrible pizza. They're actually out there with a clipboard writing down license plate numbers I mean come on it's ridiculous. So, I've been to Sally's many times. Dined in, taken out... good staple place. It's their own deal. Almost like you'd say I'm in the mood for pizza and you'd list places, or you'd say I want Sally's and that's the deal, you aren't going anywhere else. Some friends mentioned calzones over the weekend and I had it in my head that I had to have one and it had to be Sally's - it did not disappoint! Great dinner. The menu has a diverse selection of pizzas, which is nice because they allow you to do half and half. I halved a 16" pie with the Portabella Goat Cheese and the Italian Meats. The portabella pizza was disappointing, but the Italian Meats was pretty good. My guests have a gluten allergy, so we opted for the gluten-free crust, which I did not like. My husband's favorite food is pizza. He could literally eat it every day! A friend said we should check out Sally O'Neal's. What we didn't realize is that we must have passed this place a thousand times LOL (it is across from Fresh Kitchen right down the street from Bern's, Bella's and Haven. We have been to all :) We got there around 1:30 so they were not that busy yet with dine in guest. There is seating inside and outside with happy hour from 4-7pm. We sat at the bar (around 4/5 bar stools and beer and wine only). The staff was super friendly and attentive. There is a tv above the bar and I really liked the fact that they had a movie playing. Per their recommendation we started with the yummy bread sticks and the perfect mariner for dipping, 10/10. We watched the end of Jerry Maguire while we waited and drank a nice cold beer. For the pizza I wanted to try the goat cheese, prosciutto, roasted red pepper pizza and my hubby wanted a margarita. Our server heard us and suggested half and half which is what we did. Let me tell you we are both very picky about our pizzas especially the crust. There is an art to getting the flavor right and the right amount of crunch without making it taste like cardboard. And they definitely know what they are doing!! The margarita pizza sauce wasn't overpowering it was light, but with just the right amount of fresh tomato flavor, with the creaminess of the fresh mozzarella and fresh basil 10/10. The goat cheese, prosciutto, and roasted red pepper; I mean come on you can't go wrong with goat cheese and prosciutto!!! We both did agree that on this particular pizza, they could've done without the roasted red pepper. We just felt it was a bit over powering but thankfully there was not that many. I will order again without them. So for that reason we give it a 9/10. If you are in the area definitely stop in and give them a try or place an order to go!! Overall rating 10/10!! read more

It has romantic vibes and is very cozy and lovely ... we ordered the Pizza Breadsticks as a starter, they are perfect for sharing because they come in a large quantity, the flavor is very good and they are not dry.
