I am so glad I went with my gut and got my hair cut from here. The first woman who greeted me, I think Su, was so lovely and accommodating as I was a walk in. She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations. I usually never talk a lot during other hair cutting sessions at other places, but with her, we were chatting away. I showed her a picture as well and she nailed it. For anyone who is giving this place a try, or any hair cut in general, always bring an inspo pic. I suggest to make an appointment, or walk in and make an appointment. They were very busy, which is a good sign. They do speak English pretty well, but also speak other languages like Canto.

He's a great colorist and does amazing highlights (I'm always getting compliments on them.) I'm not going to lie I've tried other hair dressers and having blonde highlights- it's always a bit of a headache. I'll often get spots, too many highlights, too many low lights sometimes an orangey color. However, I never get that with Damian. I try to let him change my hair up a bit now and then and I'm always happy with the direction he takes it. He gives a great haircut- from beautiful long layers to sexy little bobs! Yes! They also turned into loyal customers who keep coming back (one of them even travels from DC once every couple of months to see him). Jeong is a very talented hairstylist who knows your hair better than you do. He would suggest the styles and colors that best fit with your skin tone and facial features. He does amazing dye jobs from single process brunette colors to all the ashy brown, gray, purple, pink, etc., balayage and ombre.
