Every visit I am welcomed by every member of the staff and made to feel as if I am part of their family. Debbie the receptionist is one of the sweetest funniest people I have met always greeting me with a smile and a good chat while I wait. Jackie my colorist is amazing. Not only is the quality of her work better than I have ever had before in my life but when I am in her chair I feel as if I am chatting with a good friend who always has my best interest at heart with her recommendations. I also have two daughters ages 9 and 12 and I have begun to bring them to the salon as well. They LOVE it there! Dora takes such good care of them every time they come in. She makes them both look absolutely beautiful every visit and she chats with each of them and makes them feel special and unique in her chair. Tiffany and Rachel give the most amazing washes, again I can honestly say that I have never had such amazing scalp massages before I sat in their chairs for a wash. This is the theme of the experience at Jack Anthony, you are pampered and given the highest quality of service in every chair you sit in. And then there is Jack... words can't even describe how wonderful of a person he is. He genuinely cares about every single person that comes into the salon and truly wants to make the experience memorable every time for each and every person. He is the consummate professional but also makes you feel like you are his oldest dearest friend. He has the highest attention to detail I have ever seen and he manages to transform my hair into something spectacular every time I am in. But regardless of having good experiences at other salons, I knew Caterina would be the only one who would cut my hair the way I liked it best. I'm so glad I was FINALLY able to make the time to see her. The salon is beautiful. There's a closet for coats and belongings. They have these great leather, curved chairs for the shampooing station which are SUPER comfortable. They also have beverages and snacks available. Caterina took FOUR inches off my hair. The length I was left with was PERFECT. She also did a beautiful blow out (see photo). I would definitely go back just for the blowout next time I have an event. Cost for a cut/blowout for my thick/long hair was $55, which is pricier than other salons, but so worth it for me. I only cut my hair 1-2x/year and I much rather pay a little more knowing I'll be 110% happy with the results.

She was more focused in sharing photos with another co-worker -from her cell phone- rather than attending to the client waiting for service in her chair. The stylist colored my hair and then directed me to a waiting area never checking on the process considering it was my first color with her. I was surprised because she a a mature hair stylist who expressed to me that she was in the industry for over three decades. I do not mind paying for value but the service absolutely does not match the price attached to color and service. Even the labor -considering was poor- did not meet my expectation. The color barely on my head and it is beginning to fade. I use quality hair products at home and know how to make the color last but for such an expensive salon I don't believe that it is worth the visit.

As soon as you enter the business you are immediately greeted with a unique vibe. There are decorations all over the walls which makes sure you are never bored during the hair cut. Kay always washes my hair well and then walks me over to the chair. She cuts my bangs perfectly and trims my hair so that it's not too long but she gets rid of all the dead ends. I've recommended her to at least 4 of my male friends who also only see her to get their hair cut!
