Everyone is always friendly and professional and does a good job. I first met Jen a few years ago when she blew out my hair at the dry bar in white plains. I would always request her because she gave the BEST blow outs. One day when she was blowing out my hair I asked her if she also did color since the colorist I had been using moved over an hour away from me and it was no longer convenient. She said she did and was working at a different salon. She didn't disappoint and gave me the best ombre I've never had. When she mentioned to me she was moving to this salon I of course followed her. The location is off the main road with convenient parking, and when you enter the salon, you feel like you're in a NYC specialty salon. There's always a pleasant smile there to welcome you and it's always busy so you know the word is out. I'm always greeted with a cup of coffee and some sort of sweet delicious snack that makes the experience a true destination. The services are great...from hair care to nail care to even skin care and they continue to expand. I've never been disappointed and can always rely on their quality stylists. I'd recommend making an appointment, but they've always been accommodating to walk-ins as well. Roseann has always been my favorite stylist--she's young, hip, and knows exactly what to do to my hair to bring out my best features. And she really listens to you. There's someone for everyone there. My only negative is that it's a 45 minute drive for me from Stamford...but it's well worth the trip!
