As if that weren't enough, James told me he wanted to call the salon I had previously come from to advocate for me to receive a refund for the corrective work (which I was much too shy to even consider asking for), and they agreed to do so thanks to the photo evidence he collected from my hair. I was seated with Angie, showed her an inspo picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted, a trim and quick style. After seeing the final results, due to my hair type she recommended trying a new style/cut and I was in the mood to try something new so she went out of her way to re-cut and style my hair. She showed me two styling options and was very patient even though she basically had to redo my hair. She said they also do pre-event styling so if you have an event where you want your hair to look a little nicer, you can schedule with them starting at $45+. But I left feeling confident and ready to go out even just with the cut I received In total we paid $65 for two haircuts (no washing, just trim and styling) which is a steal in my opinion! He then charged me $95 for roots color, bad choppy trim and a blow out. I paid $100 in San Mateo to fix his choppy hair cut. I can't go back again unless it's just to color roots and blow out.
