There are plenty of other cute ones with the same snacks and drinks and they provide better service. I've found another and it's so much more relaxing than this place. This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming for about a year but my last few services just got worse and worse to where I refuse to come back. 3rd to last appt - I came at a busy time and felt like my nails were really rushed so I decided to try coming on a different day. 2nd to last appt - I got a gel pedicure and there were bubbles and the customer service felt rushed. I started to realize this is becoming the norm here. Last appointment - I had a scheduled appointment and I waited for 30+ minutes until I decided this wasn't relaxing or worth it any more so I left. After 25 mins of waiting, the front desk lady gave me a bowl to start soaking my hands and she said "they're coming soon." They never communicated an apology or explanation that this would be a delayed appointment. Normal courtesy from salons is to give a heads up if it's 10-15 mins late. I waited 30 minutes and just decided to leave. As I was walking out the front desk person asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no thanks and she just sighed as I was walking out. I was charged $50 for this and I would not pay more than $30 max for something like this. After i expressed concern that $50 is a lot especially for no acrylic nails and just painting my nails .... she started talking in Vietnamese to her coworker ( most likely talking crap lol ). This was the worst nail shop I ever been to in my life. The service was poor, unprofessional, overpriced, and the experience overall seemed borderline racist. Me and my friend came here as a second choice because our first pick was overbooked. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one nail tech and one customer. We seen this as a red flag but we though we give them a chance anyways. The owner had to call for a second nail tech to come to the shop and assist us. I got acrylic nails and a gel pedicure, which is only $45. They claimed they could not do my first design for my acrylic nails because they did not have the glitter that I wanted, so I had to improvise as we went along. The nail tech was extremely rude to me and made quite a few offensive comments as I was being serviced. It was written on her face before she started on my nails that she did not want to take me. She assumed I didn't have enough money to pay for my nails and told me to ask my boyfriend for more money, she was pressed for time because she had a sick child at home. She kept telling me she doesn't have all day to work on my nails but we waited 45 minutes to an hour for her to arrive. She did not fix my nail when I asked her to reshape it, she made my nails way too thick, and clumpy, and the glitter Ombre looks awful. My nail began to chip the next day. One nail broke after 72 hours. I was extremely disappointed and I'm embarrassed to say I ended up paying $155 for nails I do not like and to be talked down to for no reason as I was getting them done. I will never come here again.

There were several times where I called last minute but they were able to accommodate me (luckily). I've also gotten a pedicure here -- the artist was gentle and careful. I'm not sure what has changed over the last several months, but they seem super understaffed and rushed. They take appointments, but don't respect the appointment slot.
