The vibe is fun, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting... not the kind of place where you're just another appointment on the books. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by Gale, the salon manager and unofficial "big sis" of the place. She's warm, nurturing, and always makes sure you're taken care of... refreshments, snacks, good energy, all of it. You instantly feel at home. And can we talk about the extras? A blowout or head massage from DJ is borderline heavenly. Trust me, just say YES! The team dynamic here is also something special. Nicole and Kylie are always around if you want a second opinion. They'll either hype you into your next look or lovingly talk you out of something you might regret later (and honestly, I need that energy in my life). Their creativity and honesty are gold. And then there's Danielle... where do I even begin. I truly cannot rave about her enough. I've never seen her in a bad mood. She's always energetic, positive, and genuinely happy to see you. My schedule can be chaotic, and she has been nothing but flexible and gracious, even staying late or adjusting when I've had last-minute changes. Not once has she been anything less than professional and kind. She also keeps it real... which I appreciate more than anything. She'll absolutely talk me out of a bad idea ("should I get bangs?" hmmmm) and guide me toward what actually fits me and my lifestyle. Half the time, she knows what I need before I do. This has helped so much because as my hair grows out my hair looks blended instead of a hard root line. 2. I don't know about you, but I love getting my hair washed. Danielle does an amazing job. It feels like being at one of those hair washing spa. Omg, and their shampoo & conditioner smell heavenly. I try to go as long as possible after my appointment to not wash it! I've had other stylists there also wash my hair, like DJ...equally awesome job! Sometimes I wish I could go every day just for the neck massage. I never leave without a beautiful washed head of hair! 3. The atmosphere and vibe are part of why I chose this salon. Not only do they have snacks, but they also have a selection of drinks and a nespresso! It is a very fun salon...there's always laughter and conversation. She is so detail oriented and takes into consideration how damaged your hair is based on your last treatment. I had gone blonde from my previous salon in Fremont because I really wanted to be blonde. Lisa educated me and told me to go easy on my ends or they will all break off. Instead of bleaching and bleaching my hair she told me should would do a few strands and add a few different colors to give it more dimension and contrast. She created darks brown, blondes and something in the middle to make my hair look like it was well blended. She took her time and sectioned out my highlights carefully. I also liked that she only focused on me when I was there because there is only place for one person in her own and personalized salon, so you get 100% of her full attention. She also does not sit there and try to sell you all kinds of products that you will probably never use. I was not use to that. At most salons while you are in the dryer they work on other clients which is totally understandable, but this is the nice part of her salon you get to talk to her about anything you want without people over hearing your conversation.
