Setting up my appointment online was easy - very user friendly (like the rest of their website). The space was bright, clean, and I loved all the plants they had scattered around the building! My hairdresser, Rosanne, was knowledgeable and friendly and empathetic to my current personal situation, offering up advice here and there but ultimately just let me vent (changing your hair is a healthy way to alleviate angst, amirite?). I told her what I had envisioned and showed her a couple sample photos, and she managed to go above and beyond and give me exactly the cut I was looking for. The receptionist was bubbly, and offered me hot tea while I waited (it was THE BEST tea ever). And I emailed back and forth with the owner, Emily, after my appoontment and she seems to be pretty awesome, too. All in all, a fantastic experience, and I will be making regular appointments there when I need some hair care! 10/10 will recommend to friends and family! read more

I've been going to Hannah for about a year now. She does an amazing job with my hair. I recently had my barely shoulder length hair cut off about 3-4" for a shorter bob. It is a very trendy, stylish cut and goes very well with the shape of my face. She always does a great job with the color as well, trying new shades, yet subtle and natural looking. Reece listened to my concerns and wants. Did everything I asked her to do. Great personality and very personable. I did not get my hair trimmed because I thought $45 for a bang trim and a straight cut across the back was a little steep. I feel like a trim should be included in a full highlight. Cut and color was fine, but bill was a shocking $200!!! When I asked for an explanation, I was told by the woman at the front "I can't discuss the prices that someone else charges." Whoa! I considered arguing about it but just resolved to share my experience and never go back. read more
