Maria gave me a good cut and color. But I was disappointed the Salon would not honor the Yelp $20 off coupon offer. I did find this salon through Yelp and have the chat thread to prove it. I didn't notice the $20 off coupon until the next day after I had the service and I asked the salon to honor it the next day, seeing as I did find them through Yelp, and they would not do it. read more

Jaquita was amazing. My daughter came in wanting something between a mullet ((mom gasp)) and a 90s shag. Yep my kid is not your average 13 year old and I encourage uniqueness but also am a survivor of "thought I was going to look like a model, but something went horribly wrong here" haircut in my teens. FINALLY!!! Got my hair colored with Tessla and she was AMAZING. I have taken photos every time to salon after salon and I never look even close to the hair color that I asked for along with the photo that I referred to until now! It was my first time in the salon and I am sold! I got so lucky to have been set up with Tessla for my appointment. I see that the salon received a one star review for not masking. I totally respect those for whom a mask is essential and she took the proper course of action in leaving if she was uncomfortable; but, for those of us who love the salon and all who work there, the measures being taken more than satisfy all requirements for health and safety. For me, walking out would mean I'd miss the best haircut, the best color, and the best people caring for me. For more than 15 years I've never been anything but happy and will continue for as long as they're open. read more

Christina was my hair stylist when she was based in New York and I miss her skills! We tried several different things in my hair over the years- from lightening several shades, to doing vibrant reds, highlights, and balayage. It always came out GREAT- I was always was getting compliments on my hair! Also, she is fantastic at cutting my hair- I have yet to find someone who has her touch. Christina always helped me achieve the styles I asked for in ways that would maintain my hair's health which was always so important to me- and it always came out how I envisioned... sometimes even better! She really always listens closely to my ideas and requests and ALWAYS delivered. I even made sure to get an appointment with her when I was in Scottsdale for work, right before I was leaving for the airport. Thats how much I miss her! Cannot recommend her more! read more

awhh..the perfect blowout always makes me feel so put together. i recently came here on a whim without checking the reviews to get a blowout. the salon is super tiny and only two washing stations. I believe the guy who did my hair is Sean. He was nice but I felt perhaps he was one of the newer stylist but I didn't ask because I've had many blowouts by experienced and less than experienced stylist so it didn't matter to me because I have gotten really great ones by both. The outcome of my hair was nice but it wasn't the sexy hair I hoped for. I would say it was A-OK. three is right on target for this place in my opinion. read more

Frankie rocks my hair world! I travel all the way from salon-infested LA to get my hair did by this funky little fella about once every couple of months (ok, well I have friends in Chandler too, but I prob wouldn't go out there as often if there wasn't an opportunity to get hooked up with some serious color). I don't know that I would let anyone else touch my locks, because Frankie really has treated them like his high school sweetheart and that bond is hard to break! Every time he redoes my roots, I get a ridiculous amount of compliments on my color because people can't tell if it is real (that's an indicator of how good he is) or if I just stepped out of a salon. I requested an appointment through Yelp and someone got back to me quickly and I was able to book an appointment easily. The salon itself is clean, light and airy and the staff are very nice. I came in for my appointment with Christina and I can not tell you how much I love her.. I can not brag about her enough! She is so sweet and knows exactly what he is doing, works fast but very attentive to every detail. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. I had VERY very long hair and hadn't had it cut in 3 years, but Christina talked me through the whole time and checked in with me on the length and everything. She did amazing. At the end of the appointment she told me to go home, play around with it and let her know if I wanted to go shorter or change it in anyway and gave me a business card. I ended up going back to go a little shorter and she really took care of my hair. I absolutely love it, I'm 1000% happy with it and will go back to see her for future cuts and coloring! read more

This is the worst haircut I can remember. Hard to fix and looks chopped. It was cute when I left the salon. She curled it and it was really fun. My hair is thick so long dry times; add to that curling everywhere...I won't spend 30 min to make it look decent. My husband describes it that it looks like someone pulled it back in a pony and hacked at it. It's supposed to have long layers, but the only layers I see are from the thinning sheers. I'm not fussy, but can't wait til I'm due for the next cut to have this fixed. I'd never return here. read more
