I have really thick hair that is VERY susceptible to getting big and poofy, and Nola was able to cut it into the perfect shorter style for me. The real test was after I washed it myself...all I had to do was blow dry it and it was sitting perfectly! Which never happens for me! So I took it to the internet, asking my community for local recommendations & got about 20 suggestions, but most people either didn't have a website, weren't easy to contact, or had little experience (nowhere to review). Eventually I found myself back on Yelp, like I always do, and noticed how loyal and happy the customers at The Colour Bar seemed -- genuinely listened to, genuinely cared for. So I gave it a shot. I was paired with Paula, who immediately asked about my goals and what I hadn't liked about past experiences. She put me at ease right away and helped me get a quick, easy refresh that left me feeling renewed inside and out. While my toner processed, I watched her give free consultations to people around the salon and was honestly blown away by her work ethic and professionalism throughout.
