I recently visited Tribeca Hair Salon in Rancho Cucamonga for a style-cut, but unfortunately, the stylist didn't style-cut just like the picture I showed her, however, was quick to respond in a rude tone that she did "just like the picture." I didn't dignify her sarcastic tone and was left feeling disappointed with her sarcasm and the service provided. I wish I had checked reviews prior to making an appointment that required a no refund deposit. No need to reveal her name, it's just a shame management doesn't implement professional best practices for unsatisfied paying clients. For the cost of the service I paid for, I will not return nor recommend the business to anyone. read more

I notified I would be running late to my hair appointment and didn't hear back from her. Driving into Rancho from LA leaving 1 1/2 hours early sometimes traffic happens and it's out of your control. I walked (ran) in and was ignored she finally turns around tells me she can't color my hair because, she has a appointment in 10 mins.?!? I suppose she was planning on sitting us both for color!? So happy I came here for a haircut and hairstyling. Esther was the one who did my hair. I asked to get my split ends cut and for layers and WOW. My hair feels so much healthier. My hair wasn't cut too short which I love. My hair has more depth to it now because of the layers. Esther is so sweet. She gave advice on how I can take care of my hair. Completely disregarding my time . If I would be late 30 min I would be cancelled . She rescheduled me a day out the time before this and posted on Instagram how she's free to make her own schedule which she was out with her bf and was a slap in the face from a customers prospective . But gave her a 3rd try. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and 5 hours later it's brassy . When I messaged her a couple days later she didn't reply for 12 days . So am I wrong in being upset with that ? No . I paid $370 for brassy hair and for her not to care when I texted her about it. Doesn't seem like she cares about her customers. And the manager tried to defend her so I went ahead and added my text with dates. I'm not lying and if she was more professional I wouldn't have went this route but I'm done texting someone who didn't reply to me for 12 days . read more

I've been here a few times for my eyelash extensions with Dani. Her work is just as lovely as her! I've never had lash extensions before and was recommended to Dani from a co-worker. I had so many questions that Dani was able to answer all through text. Even when I walked in for my first appointment, I had so many questions, she was so patient to answer them all. She is very accommodating and she definitely knows what she's doing. Every time I've come in for a lash refill, I wanted to try something different, and she is more than happy to do so. I don't think I can ever go back to wearing falsies... these lash extensions are way too comfortable! I haven't tried any other services with Dani or the rest of the salon.. but I'm sure they are top notch.. every time I've come in the staff welcomes and makes sure I am helped. read more

I went in wanting to color and cut my hair and was willing to pay whatever it cost. Unfortunately they said they could not color it. So I basically paid $75 for a cut and "treatment". Totally not worth it. I then walked over to Ulta and they told me they could do the same thing for the same price and they could doon the spot. Advice try ulta first lol. Hope this was helpful In regards the reply I received from the owner. I never said total price of hair color and cut that I was expecting was way more than $75. Also the girl didn't give me any other option but to put "treatment" in my hair. I asked her if she could color it and she refused.
