Didn't notice this until the next day, and we can't remember if the printed menu pricing in-person was correct & matches the receipt, or if it was also lower prices that match the online menu (which would be disappointing). Looking at their website, it seems as if they've changed up their menu since my visit late last month.. but, I'm not sure I'm going back to try it again because the service really dragged our experience down. We sat at the bar and the staff behind the rail barely paid attention to us and seemed ambivalent about our presence at best. The biggest issue for me happened when I went to the men's restroom and found the soap dispenser completely empty. On the way back to my seat, I mentioned it to the hostess so it could be addressed by the staff and asked if she had any hand sanitizer. She just told me it was her first day on the job and she didn't know who to ask about either. Leaving a restroom without soap is bad enough, but a front-of-house staff member completely brushing off a basic hygiene issue because she didn't want to find a manager is just really bad customer service. It's different from typical pasta, but it has an acquired earthy taste. The appearance of the vodka sauce isn't the most appealing, but it tastes a lot better than it looks. The sauce was thick and creamy and had chunks of tomato. I highly recommend requesting an additional cup of sauce for full flavor. Overall, I enjoyed this plate. Absolutely no ambiance, right next to the beverage area where the servers gather and also where the high chairs and booster seats were stored. When I noted my displeasure, I was met with, "Sorry, we're really busy today and we can't seat you elsewhere." There were many other empty tables in the main dining room and also empty hightop tables in the bar area. The buffet food was overcooked and cold. The coffee tasted like it was made last night. Total of our bill was $157.00 (and we paid an additional 3% on top of this for credit card). Yes, we knew what it was a head, but they also added an automatic 20% tip and the bill still suggested that we give our server a tip, who we had to follow up with for another cup of coffee, milk and water.
