Immediately greeted when walking in. I ordered one of the specials of the day. Cheesesteak, fries and a drink. Husband ordered an Italian hoagie, fries and a drink. $34 for both. A great price. Everything is cooked to order. Took about 10-15 minutes. The sandwiches were huge. We should have flipped a coin and shared. We didn't need two orders of fries and both of us had half of our sandwiches left. My cheesesteak had a mountain of grilled, chopped onions and lots of melted Cooper Sharp cheese. The Liscio's roll was perfect. I thought my roll would get soggy but it held up the the mountain of fillings. My husband's hoagie on a seeded roll loaded with thinly sliced cold cuts. It was very good but didn't compare to the cheesesteak. He said my cheesesteak was probably the best he's ever had. When in the area again we will definitely stop. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and food was awesome.

Sound the horn - it's time to support a local small business!…read more Stopped in this morning 07/30/2025 for the first time and I have nothing but good things to say. Their hours, for right now, are Tuesday - Sunday 7AM through 3PM. Closed Monday. When I pulled up this morning at 6:50AM the front door was open and the griddle was hot. This is great for me because I need to be at work by 8AM. Regardless, my sausage egg and cheese sandwich was ready in about 3 minutes. I was running my mouth but still out the door in 5 minutes with a hot sandwich and a piping hot coffee. The coffee was good. The sandwich was better than expected. Why? 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 cheese... What? $5.99 WHAT? They cooked to order and excluded salt but added extra black pepper, which is what I asked for. If you understand how important the egg/meat/cheese to bun/bread ratio is, then this is the place for you. The menu looks mouth watering and I can't wait to try all of what they offer. I'm including pictures of the menu but was informed new menus are being printed - as soon as I get my hands on one, I will post the updated menu. I am rooting for this new, local business. Find out for yourself SOON and give the Blue Arrow Cafe a try - like, today or this week would be good!

I placed my order online and only had to wait a few minutes when I was there. One thing I wasn't nuts about was seeing a bunch of fries already packed sitting under a heat lamp when I got there. A young gentleman was packing the to go orders who seemed a little flustered which made sense cause it seemed there was a rush happening, but wound up forgetting to give me the side of cheese sauce I ordered. I should have checked myself so it's a little on me, but I did make it a point to ask him if it was in the bag and he said yes. When I tried the fries at first, they were actually excellent. Perfectly warm, crispy, and salty however after sitting out only for about 5-10 minutes, they took on a texture of staleness which was disappointing but I suppose it's from already sitting out under the lamp. I feel like if they were made to order, they'd probably stay fresher a bit longer. I got the roast pork sandwich with provolone and roasted red peppers which was very good! The pork was seasoned well, a little peppery which I love. Roasted red peppers were good too! As much as I loved it, it was absolutely swimming in juice or oil from the peppers so it was extremely messy, but again, delicious! We also ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich called the hoagie which was great. They make a wonderful cutlet! I'd for sure come back, but maybe skip the fries next time.
