The ube pancakes were also incredible. Four large, lightly crisped cakes topped with ube whipped cream, blueberries, blueberry syrup drizzle, and a mint sprig. First bite was so good that I didn't talk for at least five minutes, so I could shovel in more and more. They came with a side of syrup, but it was definitely not needed. I'll certainly be back to try more menu items, but it'll be hard to resist temptation of the burrito.
