I was really impressed by the tofu - it's so often treated as an afterthought, but here they serve it with a flavorful breadcrumb and nori crust that gives it a rich flavor and a nice crispy texture. The regular fries were okay but the sweet potato fries were great! Definitely enjoyed my meal both times I ate here.

I stopped in for lunch recently and had one of the best salads I've ever eaten. It was basically a Niçoise, but instead of tuna they used smoked eel--not the soft sushi-style eel (which I also love), but a firmer, smoky version more like smoked trout. Paired with the usual green beans, potatoes, and a jammy egg, it was just perfect. Big portion too, and while I don't remember the exact price, I do remember thinking it was a steal for how fancy and delicious it was. We also split some oysters and a lobster roll--both perfect. The Osprey has never exactly been cheap (you're looking at a marina full of half-million-dollar boats), but it always feels worth it. Plus, the view over the cove is about as good as it gets. The combination was just right, and a filling lunch. As we were eating, they were bringing out more baked goods to the display counter, but we didn't indulge.
