It started off a little meh for me as there is only street parking and as I am disabled, the walk was a little hard for me. BUT the service totally made the walk worthwhile. I did pay extra for the eye X-ray thingie but that was so much better than getting my eyes dilated. I'm diabetic as well and I have to get my eyes checked yearly to ensure that my eyes are ok. This was a much easier exam than getting the dilation. Much easier and much safer for me. Then I got taken to the back and the optometrist was great as well. She recommended some things and talked with me about some other issues as well. She also told me that the pores on my eye lids were getting gunky and to start doing warm eye compresses at night and it has been helping. Then the nicest very helpful lady... I wished I had gotten her name... Helped me to find new glasses. She was so helpful in bringing glasses to me and looking up colors for me and just being overall extremely helpful. Normally I'm used to being told, go and look and see what glasses you like... Instead here, she assisted me with everything which was very much appreciated. Overall, the parking sucked but I guess that's LA.... Lol BUT the service was amazing and I think I might've finally found my permanent optometrist!!

Another Satisfied Customer My husband has been getting his…read moreglasses here since 2023. After his recent eye exam we returned to Jin's because his prescription is unusual and other stores can't fill it. Kinsey helped us with the new prescription, but said they may not be able to fill it anymore, but she would put in the request and let us know if they couldn't. THEY DID AND HE IS HAPPY , and so am I, Isaiah helped us when we picked them up and he was very good. you guys.

Unfortunately, today did not live up to those expectations. I already knew which frames I wanted so I scanned them to check in and went through the prompts to enter my initial information. I was then called up to the counter in less than 2 minutes where I met Jason. Surprisingly he was very disengaged from the start. His first question was to ask to be taken where my selected frames are in the store. Back at the counter he asked for the same information that I already entered at check in, then for my prescription, which he entered on a tablet. I tried to make small talk, but he didn't seem interested. He then pulled out a binocular-like device and put it up to my eyes without explaining what it was or what I was to do. I only know from my optometrist that it's for PD measurements, but a little explanation would be nice before something is put up to my face. He then entered more info, asked if I wanted to pick up or ship my order -- I said pick-up. He gave me my total. As I was paying, he asked if I was using an HSA or FSA card. I was -- so he tells me my order is "Final Sale", which was fine. He printed out my receipt and said, "we'll call you when they're ready". We left the store, expecting to return in about an hour. We shopped, grabbed a snack and walked around. After about an hour and a half without a call, I returned to the store. Jason was no longer there. I asked Isaiah about my order, but then a young lady took over. It took her just a few minutes to find it. She then tells me that progressive lenses are not done in-store -- what?!? She apologized when I said I was not told that. She then asked if I wanted them shipped instead. Yes. She had me enter my address on the tablet and said that I'll get an email with tracking when they're shipped. Aside from the disappointment with this visit, I'm now worried that there will be an issue with the fulfillment of my order. It wouldn't surprise me if I get a call in a few weeks to pick-up my order. We'll see.

The customer service here is remarkable. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I found what I wanted and was processed and the transaction was completed in a timely manner. I think regular eyeglasses with prescription is kind of a steal, but prescription sunglasses are kind of a scam, in my opinion. I bought with my heart and not my wallet this time. There was an irate w**te lady that complained and got the red carpet rolled out for her, which is so typical to cater to Karens. Nothing for a regular client or consumer, which is so sad. Let me stomp my feet, yell, and berate your staff and I'll get treated with extra grace and privilege. If you happen to be a Karen, Warby Parker welcomes you with open arms. LOL.

Good selection, but unfortunately not many frames I liked for my wide face and lower nose bridge. Still undecided about getting eyeglasses here but appreciate a good shopping experience.

I recently visited this office after being advised to follow up with an ophthalmologist due to a…read morescratched cornea. During my initial visit, LASIK was recommended, so I scheduled what I understood would be a consultation to see if I qualified. When I arrived, there seemed to be some confusion about the purpose of my appointment. I was told it was for a contact lens/eye exam, and even after explaining that I was there *specifically* for a LASIK consultation, I still ended up receiving a standard eye exam (I think? They didn't tell me anything lol, you'll see as I explain further). I may not fully understand how LASIK consultations are typically conducted, but there was very little communication throughout the visit about what was being done or why. One of the more frustrating parts of my experience was that I was not informed at any point--either before the appointment or during the visit--that my eyes would be dilated. I am legally blind and have been getting my eyes checked since I was a child (nearly 20 years) and I have not gotten my eyes dilated since I was a kid! When the drops were given, no one explained what they were or that they would dilate my eyes. I only realized this after my eyes became extremely sensitive to light and I got semi dizzy that I had to ask what was happening. There was also no guidance provided on what to expect afterward or how long the effects would last. Because of this, I was completely unprepared; I didn't have sunglasses and still needed to drive home. I was only given sunglasses after I specifically asked. So bizarre. I feel like regardless if this is common or not, this should be something communicated during the process... I also wouldn't have myself if I knew they were gonna dilate my eyes. After all of that, I still didn't receive much information about LASIK itself. I had to ask whether I even qualified, and the answer was given very casually without much explanation. If it weren't for me asking questions, I would've been given 0 information. Overall, the main issue was the lack of communication. I left feeling confused, unprepared, and not prioritized as a patient. While the office itself is clean and the staff wasn't unfriendly, clearer communication and better guidance throughout the process would have made a significant difference. Them sneaking in an eye exam on top of the "free" consultation, felt like they were just trying to make some money. For anyone considering this office, I would recommend coming prepared with questions and advocating for clear explanations during your visit. Otherwise, you're given nothing.
