When I asked him some questions about my sunglasses, he said "I'm on the other line" and refused to give me his full attention. I have been purchasing my eye wear from "The Eyes Have It", since 2013. Bernie is a true professional and is always spot on in the style I choose when it's time for new glasses. Liz is a gem. I don't know what I would do without her! She is an expert in her field, nice, funny, and so, so patient with me. There was a time I moved out of the Sherman Oaks area and was going to other eye wear stores to shop for new glasses. I went to about three places before I threw up my hands and said "That's it. I'm going back to "The Eyes Have It", no one compares in customer service, expertise, and style!" Went to about 5 different places looking for a new set of frames perfect for me. The Eyes Have It have got some frames off the beaten path and this is where I found my fit. Bernie let me peruse the place at my own pace and do it my way. (I like to take photographs and bring them home to a large screen TV to digest everything I see). I contacted Bernie through email and responded promptly (with a price I could do). When I came in he had them set aside. He is super friendly and not pushy. This is the best place to be taking care of. Bernie is the man. My eye doctor completely screwed up on my RX for my new prescription and I couldn't see out of the new lenses and Bernie took care of it without a problem.
