    Aegean salad really fresh
    Anna Y.

It was decent. The Mediterranean dip sampler has a Muamarra dip which was amazing. The Aegean salad was also really good. The flatbreads were ok. Service by Alex was great. It's a pretty restaurant on the ground floor of the Hilton. Modern "Mediterranean" cuisine.

Service was great! I really cannot complain on that front. The seafood was not good. The scallops had sand and the cheeks on the scallops which are tough had not been removed. The flat bread is amazing and so were the lamb lollipops. The salad was also good. It's definitely quiet and a nice place fore a date night, but I'd stick to appetizers for sure. None of the entrees really did it for me. Not sure if I'd come back but the lamb was something I still think about!

The restaurant is inside Hilton hotel. The food came out pretty good and fast, had a artistic appearance to it. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Quiet place for a nice meal.

    Cheers!

The service is friendly and outstanding! The drinks are delicious, particularly the Rum Punch! I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was huge, but the chicken was a tad dry! Ice cold beer! Super clean place!

Expensive YES... AMAZING QUALITY YES... PHENOMINAL SERVICE YES... Good Selection YES... GREAT VIEWS HECK YES!!! This restaurant checks the boxes... We ate here twice during our stay, and greatly enjoyed each of our meals!! The kids selection were good quality, and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The wait staff is the best in the business, friendly courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure you are absolutely thrilled with your meal. I only took a picture of the Salt Salad, and it was sensational! The freshness of the veg, the tanginess of the dressing, and a good portion size. The only downside was it wasn't even bigger, and believe me it was plenty big!! It's built into the Hilton hotel, so yes, it's expensive, but they do provide a daily discount, which isn't enough for a family of four, but... I can't hold that against the restaurant, which checks all the boxes. Come here and taste the total yumminess!

Very convenient having such a great restaurant in the hotel we are staying in! I had the crab cake entree with the mashed potatoes and wild mushrooms, and my wife had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and the side salad too! We both enjoyed our meals very much! Our waitress Shelby was very friendly and knowledgeable in all the food items! She recommended the crazy feta dip which was on point! Thank you for your kind service! The restaurant is very nice and modern which makes for a very enjoyable evening!

We stayed at the Hilton where the restaurant is located. Made reservations through open table for Monday at 6:30pm for 2. The restaurant was not busy, so it was nice and quiet. Aquila was our server, she was wonderful and attentive. We ordered Caracoles y Camarones (escargot in a puff pastry) and Shrimp Cocktail to start. Our main entrees were Filet and Crab Cakes. The food was delicious everything was cooked perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I booked an anniversary reservation on OT, and despite its current Yelp rating, we actually loved our experience here! It's an upscale "Mediterranean inspired" coastal dining inside the spotless Hilton on Pcola beach. Comfortable seating, Kids menu, areas for larger groups with vegetarian dishes. I had to move our reservation back 30 minutes, and when I called I talked to the nicest hostess on the other end; it was like talking to a friend. Entranced by above average service and a beautiful atmosphere we ordered a bottle of champagne and tried the Mediterranean sampler and the Seasonal Charcuterie- both were admirable and the speed of service was fantastic. As it got darker the lighting really made it a romantic atmosphere- but you could also turn to the bar and watch a game on the TVs above. Another highlight was the Piri Piri frango, definitely made in house. Topped it off with a complimentary dessert for our celebration. Wonderful restaurant if you're staying on the beach and want something that feels fancier but not too overpriced.

Let me start by saying, I cannot find enough words or compliments for the Chef Johnny and our server Bailey. We check in on Sat and had lunch at Crabs next door, but when we had dinner that night, it was all over for the rest of the restaurants on the beach, because we were soooooo happy with everything on the menu and wanted to try it all that we spent the rest of the wknd eating at Salt for breakfast and dinner. Sat Night: I had the seasonal salad and it was delicious. My husband has the Seafood Linguini and I couldn't stop eating off of his plate. Definitely recommend! Sunday breakfast: recommend The $25 buffet Sunday night: I had the Seafood Linguini and my husband had the Pork Sirloin and he would not stop talking about how he should have ordered 2. Mon: 2/5 My husbands Bday Breakfast Buffet Sunday Night: Chef specifically made us Lobster Ravioli for his Bday and our server Bailey remembered me saying that I wanted a Key Lime Pie the night before and they made sure to have it for his Bday. Thank you a millions times for a wonderful Bday wknd for my husband. We will be back. Jenn & Marvin

There were no piquillo peppers and no bravas sauce. Bland.

This review is limited to my personal Experience…read more We visited Pensacola Beach the First week of June(2026) and no matter where we went, there was some indication somewhere giving credit to Sandshaker as the birthplace of Pensacola's "Famous" Bushwacker Cocktail. I had tried it a few other places and was not super impressed. Our hotel was very close to Sandshakers, so one of the days we were visiting, I decided to go get a couple Bushwackers for my Wife and I to try while the kids swam. Setting the scene... I walked into Sandshakers around... 130-2pm. Upon entering, not a soul in sight. The place seemed closed as it was VERY dark and quiet. I walked around until finding a small bar with a few patrons. All of which were pretty old (I am 40) and they all had to be in their late 60s to early 80s. I sat down, with the idea that i would be in and out. welp... I was wrong. The bartender was nowhere to be found, so I got to listen to a bunch of EXTREMELY crass men talk a bunch of nonsense as if they were teenagers that just learned to swear. It was very awkward. I would say 10 minutes passed and I decided that I had enough of it and was going to leave, as i stood up a woman appeared from the back and said "perfect timing" maybe thinking I had just arrived. I asked for two bushwackers and then got to see her exchange a few insults with the clearly regular patrons before getting my drinks and paying. I high tailed it out of there, but not being heading her warning that all of the booze was on the bottom and to make sure its properly stirred or it wont be very good. I walked back to the hotel and gave my wife the same instructions, we stirred as much as we thought was needed but were both met with straight alcohol. I guess not something most complain about because thats the purpose of drinking booze right? But they weren't good. We both struggled to drink ours and they eventually melted and we pitched them. Seems strange that the alcohol wasn't floated rather than put in first but I am no expert. We did not return and I did not get the hype. The Key lime Colada at Flounders was exponentially better than said Bushwacker.

Our server was wonderful! She was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. For drinks, we had the watermelon cooler and the frozen strawberry basil lemonade, and both were SO good. We started with the spinach & artichoke dip, which was also delicious. For lunch, we had the fried chicken sandwich and the fried shrimp basket and loved both. It was also the little things that stood out. Our server brought ice water to the table without us even having to ask, which was refreshing since it's so hot outside right now. The restaurant was airy and comfortable, the service was great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Bounce is definitely worth the hype and we can't wait to try brunch!

The double burger was fairly tasty, but meat had a lot of gristle in it. The cheese pizza was poor. I've had better frozen store brand pizza. Mahi sandwich was pretty good. What has happened to Casino Bar?…read more Went on August 29th for dinner. Waited a considerable amount of time for someone to take our order of two drinks, a Caesar Salad and shrimp tacos. We sat at a table along the bar. Every table around us was full of dirty dishes when we sat down and the floor was filthy. Our drinks and salad came in short order, however the salad was warm and a lot of the lettuce was brown. Not a little brown, but the brown that would force you to throw away the lettuce. Flagged down the waitress and showed her the salad. She apologized and asked if we wanted another one. We declined and asked for our check. She walked away and left the salad sitting on the table. When she came back we paid for our two drinks, (they did remove the salad), and we left. The entire time we were there we sat amongst dirty tables that never got cleared of the food and dishes. When walking out we saw who we think is the manager sitting in the office playing with her hair, oblivious to what was going on in the restaurant. Casino Beach Bar was one of our regular spots to dine on Pensacola Beach. We will not be returning any time soon. Hopefully Drift will keep their standards, because Casino has lost theirs. Very disappointing.

Waste of money and a good time!…read more We should've known we were in for a lackluster experience when no one was at the front to seat us. Once we got seated, it took almost ten minutes to be greeted by our server, Makayla. That will be a prevailing theme over the course of the meal. We ordered and got our food in a good amount of time. The tower of nachos was definitely the best-tasting of our meals...but that bar was pretty low. The La Mexicana Burger was completely bland and had zero flavor; my son's shrimp and veggies were so covered in garlic that he couldn't taste anything else. My wife ordered a specialty drink that never arrived. Every time we brought it up, Makayla had an excuse. We eventually said, "Cancel it," as we were done with our meal. The check comes and there's an automatic 20% gratuity. Our server's performance wasn't worth 20 cents, let alone 20%. My son said there was a tiny sign at the front that talked about the automatic gratuity. I understand the desire to take care of your servers, but automatic gratuity does not encourage servers to serve; it encourages them to be exactly like our server - lazy. We asked for our son's drink to-go. We waited another ten minutes...no drink. Eventually, we reminded Makayla, and she had another excuse. My wife couldn't wait to get out of here. This is by far the worst restaurant on the beach. Even worse than the original RFBF before they got new management. If you're on the boardwalk, go to Bamboo Willie's, or even Papa John's, because you'll get a better dining experience. Or even better: walk a little bit and go to Flounders where you'll never get poor service or bad food. This place is a stain on Pensacola Beach. Pic of the tower of nachos.
