I typed in my number for rewards, and the barista the noted that it looked that the email associated with my account was their email.. she had me re-enter and all seemed well. I got my number and waited for my food on the quiet patio on a work call. The barista came out with the take away bag, and over my phone call asked me if I had a few minutes to talk to her.. I indicated it was a work call and she was not dissuaded from the interruption so I disconnected my call . She said that something was weird with my account and now she knows why.. and represented that she was a member of the management team and then went item by item to address my previous review. This seems like an inappropriate use of my information - certainly outside of the context that I provided it to them. That notwithstanding, I would like to correct my previous review to avoid additional confrontation at the coffee shop closest to where I live: They have a lot of employees that are college students who have finals right now. They refunded my two drinks that took over an hour to serve at my last experience. They have a QR code/square site (pictured) to order directly from them and there is no additional charge or up charge for this. This was a mistake in my previous review - I was being directed to door dash. I am uncomfortable returning after this, however I do appreciate the opportunity to correct my mistake and to continue sharing my honest experience with fellow yelpers.

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. This place screams "third place" YAY…read more During the AM on weekdays this place is basically a "we work" everyone is on their laptops working and sipping delish coffee, the music is vibey but not too loud so I can still take a meeting on my laptop. All the baristas are super friendly and so is everyone else around! Sad they don't have gf food menu options anymore but they do have one gf bakery item although I haven't tried it yet. I'll definitely make this place a part of my weekly WFH routine
