Could not stop thinking about this bakery since we went last June! The line was outside the door during lunch time on a Friday, but it moved fast. Ambiance is pretty nice. There is not a lot of seating inside, but there is plenty of space to stand and wait for drink orders. What we ordered: Crookie Spinach Artichoke "Dip" Danish Naughty Knot Salted Brown Butter Maple Latte Everything was 5 stars for us! Prices were around $5-$8, but my friend and I thought it was worth it. Can't wait to be back and try more of their pastries!!
Walked in 10 minutes before closing praying for a miracle. Thank godddd they still had trays of FRESHLY baked cinnamon rolls. Most of the sweet pastries were gone - there were still plenty of savory options. The employees are all so sweet. They mentioned the raspberry almond pastry was sold out but a must try. Can't wait to get it the next time I'm in Pasadena :)
Finally got around to try the famous Salted Butter Co. Everything was 10/10 with no complaints. The lattes were some of the best coffee I've ever had. Pastries, croissants, and cookies were all delicious. The service was quick and efficient. The only down side would be the parking! Super difficult to find a spot or anywhere to park for that matter.
Came here on a Friday around 10am and waited about a total of 10-15 min to get my pastries and drinks, so not bad at all! It's a bit small inside and no tables or chairs to sit down and eat at so it's definitely a to-go place. Their vanilla bean iced latte is SO GOOD! One of my fav lattes. I also love their ham & cheese croissant. They're perfectly flaky and buttery! The raspberry almond croissant was also really good, just a bit sweet, but paired well with a coffee.
Salted Butter Co in Pasadena before the Just like Heaven festival! 10/10 Cold Brew and ham and cheese. Probably the best cold brew i've had and they're not even known for their coffee! I know they're viral for their cinnamon rolls but that olive oil cupcake was so moist and full of flavor, I honestly feel like nothing here is a miss. Service is quick since they have a ton of people working, and it's a cool busy bakery vibe. Definitely will be coming back.
Came on a early Sunday morning and the line wasn't too bad but the only downside part will be the parking. About 90% of the parking spots are designated for the other establishments that are in that plaza so we just took the risk and parked in one. There's no outside parking either. The drinks were delicious and satisfying to the coffee palette. The baked goods were also delicious. I think if you really love sweets then this place is for you. We got some cookies, butter croissant, ham and cheese croissant and an apple fritter pastry. Just a taste of the apple fritter and I felt like I was on a sugar rush. I'm not much of a sweets person though. Other than that the service was extremely welcoming and the cashier was super friendly and had great customer service.
I wanted to try Salted Butter because of all the social media hype, but honestly, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The pastries were good, but nothing that really impressed me or made me feel they were worth the hype. One thing to keep in mind is that some of their menu items are seasonal, so if you're driving from far away for something specific, I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure it's available. The service was good, but it wasn't especially memorable. Also, there's no seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. The biggest downside was the parking. The lot is extremely crowded, and many spaces have a strict 30-minute limit. Be careful, because it looks like towing is enforced. Overall, it was a decent experience, but for me, it wasn't anything extraordinary.
I was told/ordered to come here. Didnt know anything about it. Pricey af and thought it was another overpriced and overhyped place. 7 pastries for like $53. Mood was a little peeved. Staff was so nice and patient with me. Took the pastries home, started quartering them so we could taste it all. Blew my mind and my tastebuds. You really taste every flake of the croissant and the different textures and ingredients. Life changing and mind blowing. Ham n cheese croissant was good. The spinach n artichoke was good too. The cinamon roll was not bad, least favorite but still good. The almond rasberry croissant was epic along w chocolate babka, i can eat those all day. Amazing place. Pricey but amazing.
Salted Butter Company was definitely worth stopping by on our way home! The pastries were a total 10/10--fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor--and my matcha latte was absolutely delicious. A quick heads-up for future visitors: parking is fairly limited, and there isn't indoor seating available, so plan to grab your treats to go. That said, the incredible quality of the pastries and drinks makes it 100% worth the trip. We'll definitely be stopping back by!
There is definitely hype around this spot but honestly I can see why. Small shop that has a decent and good looking selection of pastries and even some savories options but it seems like the quality revolves around timing and attention to detail. Lemme explain The drinks are decent but nothing I would talk about. The coffee isn't the strong point as the sweet element carries the lattes here and that's enough for a lot of people, so why not grab that tiramisu cold brew or brown butter maple latte? The pastries themselves are good but not great. The fritters have a satisfying crunch layer but if they've been sitting then the cold temp and slightly chewy bread brings it down a bit. The cookie was served to me looking ok but when I picked it up it fell apart like soft cookie lol. No heads up on waiting for it to settle but you'll notice an element of stress among the employees so I can understand. The pizza croissant (naughty knot) was actually pretty good but messy as it falls apart since puff pastry isn't meant to support melted cheese and oily pepperoni for long so fold it! It gets pretty crowded inside and there are two benches you can sit on but I think so wall mounted tables might have been better. Overall I wouldn't mind recommending a visit but it's probably worth 10 minutes of waiting for me and that's pushing it.
I finally understand the hype about this place! Although it definitely is on the pricier side, I thought it was worth it for a special treat! I loved the spinach artichoke croissant as it was so unique and they carried this flavor out excellently. The ham and cheese croissant had plentiful filling and I loved how flaky yet soft the croissant is. I usually don't like cinnamon rolls but the croissant cinnamon roll was sooo good. The icing was perfect and I loved the texture.
I'd tried Salted Butter before when a friend brought me an almond croissant and a chocolate chip cookie. Both left a lasting impression, so I was excited to finally visit in person while I was in the Pasadena area. When we arrived, there was a small line out the door which we waited about 15 minutes before ordering. A friend had mentioned that you can walk in directly to order drinks only, but we decided to wait and place our entire order at once. The line first moves through the pastry display before you order drinks and pay at the register. We ordered seven pastries and one coffee which came out to about $53 including tax. While none of the new items we tried were particularly memorable, everything was enjoyable. The almond croissant and chewy chocolate chip cookie remained my favorites and were easily the standout items of the visit. The Iced Good Vanilla Bean Coffee was also yummy - flavorful without being overly sweet. One downside was the flow of the space. Drink pickups happen directly in front of the entrance, so customers often have to cut through those waiting in line for pastries. The shop itself is quite small, with only two benches available for seating, making it feel crowded during busy periods. Parking was a bit confusing. Most of the spots had signage but there appeared to be only two spaces specifically designated for Salted Butter customers.
Stopped by for a quick snack to drink with my coffee and found this hidden gem! There were so many delicious looking pastries that I wanted to purchase, but I decided on the Best Selling Chocolate Cupcake. It was uniquely delicious. Especially the mini fruit on top! Will def be back to try out the other pastries and drinks even. Seating area is very limited.

I came on a Sunday afternoon and there was no line. I had the cinnamon roll, brown butter sea salt chocolate chip cookie and salted brown butter maple latte. The cinnamon roll was so flakey. The taste wasn't like a cinnamon roll, but more like a pastry with the frosting outshining the pastry. The cookie was good and the right balance of flavors. The maple latte wasn't bad, but didn't taste the maple much. I know that I came in the afternoon and I was expecting a pretty empty display case, but I am glad it wasn't. The staff was very friendly. There aren't any seats really, but three benches in the perimeter of the common area. There are some parking spots available in the plaza. I want to come back again and get more than once cinnamon roll. read more
Vacationing in Pasadena and heard so much about this bakery so decide to include it in our pastry walk! Darling shop , limited seating area but with a wide varieties of baked goods at a decent prices ! The apple fritter croissant was my fav of the 4 items I purchased ! The other pastries was a tad too sweet for me they do t skimp on frosting /icing but still enjoyed them ! We also got a passionfruit tea which my least fav the tea was overly sweet no passionfruit flavor at all ! Worth a stop and wouldn't mind coming back to try other items ! 10/10 visit... there was of course a wait as I had expected but other than that, it was worth waiting. Salted Butter's brown sugar peach matcha is unique, I've never heard nor tried anything like it before. The collab with Prince Street Pizza is the best thing they could've done. The Naught Knot pizza is so buttery, flaky and flavorful. I don't stay too close to the Pasadena area but I definitely have plans of visiting again. read more
Salted Butter absolutely lives up to the hype, but you're going to work a little for it. Parking is rough and there will most definitely be a line. Do not let that scare you off though. Once you are inside, things move pretty quickly, even if it feels a bit chaotic and packed. The most important part is the pastries. Everything we tried was solid, but a couple really stood out. The croissant cinnamon roll was my favorite by far. It is not your traditional cinnamon roll. It is flakier, lighter, and just a really fun, elevated take on it. The Earl Grey morning bun was another standout, perfectly fragrant without being overpowering. We also ordered the apple fritter, brown butter almond croissant, and blueberry cream cheese danish. All good, just not quite as memorable as the top two. Overall, yes it is crowded, yes it is a bit of a scene, but the treats are absolutely worth it. read more
I've been to Salted Butter twice and both times, service wasn't great. I understand there's a line, but that doesn't mean they have to rush you out. In the process of that, both times, I was either overcharged or missing a pastry in my order. Parking can be difficult, so your best bet is to park where Vons supermarket is at and walk over. Pastires are okay, not great. I won't be coming back, but wish the business success. read more

Delicious pastries! My friend and I came at 9:15am on a Thursday and there was no line outside. We had maybe 3 people ahead of us already ordering and paying for their purchases. Most items are in the $6-7 range. Food: The regular croissant was buttery and flakey. The whipped ricotta hot honey was delicious and also super buttery and flakey. Definitely eat them fresh because it tastes amazing fresh. The cinnamon roll was really yummy and I loved that the frosting wasn't too sweet! Also I loved that the frosting stayed soft/melty even after a few hours later. The apple fritter was on the sweeter side but my toddler loved this one! She loved how soft and fluffy the middle pieces were. My brother tried the spinach artichoke one and he said it was delicious. Overall, this is a solid bakery. The wait time definitely affected my rating. I don't think it's worth waiting if there's a long line. I would probably wait 5-10 min at most. If I'm already in the area I would definitely come back to try more of their savory items. One downside is the parking. They have a shared lot and very few parking spaces. Most spaces are also only 15-30 min parking. They also don't have tables for you to sit, just a few benches in the store. read more
If you love croissant type of pastries, you'll love Salted Butter! I arrived not too much longer after they opened on a weekday, and the place was already buzzing. There's limited parking, so other than just the fabulous pastries, I can understand how hard it can be to make it in on a busy day. All the pastries were beautifully laid out and looked incredibly inviting. There were way more sweet pastries compared to savory ones. I picked out a spinach-artichoke pastry, and a cinnamon roll. The spinach-artichoke pastry was good, but the cinnamon roll would be the item I come back to get. The cinnamon roll is a roll croissant doused in delicious cinnamon roll icing in the best and most amazing way. I incredibly appreciated that the pastry-to-icing ratio was amazing!! I got an iced latte and it was okay. I wouldn't necessarily wait in a long line to come back, but if I'm in the area, I'll definitely be thinking of that cinnamon roll! Friendly service! read more
A bakery I have passed by many times down California Blvd, and there always seems to be a line snaking out the door. Their windowpane includes the following words: "Your Neighborhood Bakery" and "Cakes Croissants Coffee". "Croissants" particularly attracted me in like a magnet, so one fine day I finally stopped by. Customers that morning comprised of businesspeople, medical professionals, and teenagers chattering away while the folks behind the counter were moving around almost feverishly completing orders. I have been on the lookout for croissants with jalapeño and cheese. This place comes close with its ham and cheese. The pastry was buttery with a nice toasty, crispy exterior. The ham embedded within had a nice, salty flavor while the cheese came through with its light smokiness. Although it compares well to others I've tried, it is slightly pricier too. All things considered, it was a very good ham and cheese croissant. read more
Really enjoyed the croissants . We went on a Sunday morning around 9:30 and there was a small line to get in but it went fairly quickly. We ordered the plain croissant, earl grey, cinnamon roll croissant and a chocolate chip cookie. We really liked all 3 croissants especially the earl grey. We would order any of these again. The chocolate chip cookie was good but probably would save the calories and try something different. Service was pretty friendly. The space is on the smaller side but some seating available with 3 benches. Parking is available in the back of the bakery. read more
I can't believe I haven't written this review sooner, but Salted Butter is one of my absolute favorites for pastries. I've actually been following them since the beginning -- I first ordered from the owner back when she was baking out of her apartment. I got a batch of crookies for a friend's birthday and we were instantly hooked. Now, whether it's a weekday or weekend, we pack up the babies and make the trek to Pasadena to try whatever's coming out of the kitchen. Everything has been delicious, but our go-to is the croissant cinnamon roll. And when I say it's the best croissant cinnamon roll I've ever had, I mean it. Buttery, flaky, just the right amount of crunch, and topped with the most perfect cream cheese glaze -- we get one every single time. And I finally tried the crookie today... you guys. It's to die for. My new favorite thing, hands down. They only make them on weekends, so plan accordingly and get there early. Yes, there's usually a line -- but it moves quickly, and it's 100% worth it. Their coffee is also great -- I had the tiramisu cold brew today and it was perfection. The staff is always friendly, and they've got a solid system for keeping things moving despite the small space. read more

It was a Meh kinda experience. It's my second time. First time the Earl grey bun was pretty good and the cinnamon roll was good. Today, my item was burned, and the cinnamon bun was stale. I got there around 9am. So I'm not sure if it was a yesterday's goodie. Stale nonetheless. read more

Parking can be a little tricky. There's a small lot in the back with limited spots, but I lucked out with a quick 10-minute space. Now the important part: the pastries. * Croissant cinnamon roll: flaky, buttery, with a cream cheese-leaning icing, super tasty. * Apple fritter: low-key the star. It's like chunks of monkey bread fused together with glaze...so good. * Brown butter almond croissant: solid, rich, and exactly what you'd want. * Brown Butter sea salt chocolate chip cookie: classic and satisfying. Overall, everything was really good. Not "life-changing," but definitely hits that sweet spot of being a consistently excellent bakery you'd happily come back to. Salted Butter Bakery in Pasadena is a tiny bakery with a line that usually stretches out the door. Parking is a bit limited, but people clearly come here for a reason. For drinks we got the iced strawberry matcha and the salted butter brown sugar maple latte, and both were really good. The strawberry and matcha combo surprisingly worked really well together and was super refreshing, especially on a hot day. For pastries we tried a few things. The brown butter almond croissant was super flaky, but the sweet almond filling inside (that custardy almond mixture) was a little heavy for me. Still good, just a bit much. Our favorite was the spinach artichoke dip danish..wow. So savory and flavorful, definitely the standout. We also got the popular cinnamon rolls, which were really good. I loved the glaze on top..it tasted more like a slightly tart cream cheese glaze rather than the typical powdered sugar glaze most places use. Overall it was really good and I'd definitely go back to try more pastries. Just be prepared things can get messy, so grab plenty of napkins. There are two small benches inside where you can sit while waiting for drinks, and the people working there were nice and helpful. Plus there are plenty of spots around the area where you can walk and sit to enjoy your pastries. read more
Finally made it to Pasadena to try these delicious basked goods and they did not disappoint. I was worried about the long line but to my surprise it wasn't so bad on a Saturday morning (10am) There is a small parking lot right behind which is convenient. There are two lines- express line if just picking up drinks and cakes / the other line for general pastries and drinks. The line actually moves pretty quickly. You order your pastries first and then drinks, then pay at the register. They have a main drink menu but often have seasonal drinks as well. In regards to their pastries, they generally change every month. The March pastry menu was looking mighty fine. I ordered the salted brown butter maple latte (iced) and the espresso was strong but well balanced. Not too sweet at all. Really solid latte and good! Ordered a variety of pastries but wish I could have tried more (sad) - bacon potato cheese danish - spinach artichoke dip danish - cinnamon roll croissant - Crookie - chocolate croissant The Crookie was SO GOOD. The croissant was flakey and had a chocolate filling, topped with a baked chocolate chip cookie. Everything was just soft and gooey. YUM. But the Cinnamon Roll croissant was my favorite!!! It was also very soft, flaky, pull apart goodness. The icing is not too sweet, more on the cream cheese side. It was bomb. If you haven't made your way here yet, it's a MUST! read more
If you work near nearby like me, Salted Butter Bakery is both a blessing and a curse. I'm obsessed! It's always popping with lines out the door, but the food is absolutely top tier. The Spinach Artichoke "Dip" Danish & the Brown Butter Sea Chocolate Chip Cookie are my all time go to. I have yet to try their lattes, they look amazing! They have seasonal items so don't fall in love too hard for those items. I will say, their wait time runs fair fast and smooth. The staff are very friendly and sweet :) read more

I heard about this viral spot via social media... Ordered: Brown Butter Almond Croissant - nice flakey with almond cream. Nana's Meyer Lemon croissants - lemony good. French Onion Soup Danish - tasted weird and it was ok. Iced strawberry matcha drink -It was too sweet. Ambiance is cute. Service was quick as I came right before closing time. Most of the pastries were sold out. Overall, it is overpriced for all the pretty pastries and drinks. read more

I've been to this spot multiple times now, and it's consistently excellent. Their croissants are perfectly flaky, buttery, and always fresh. I recently ordered their strawberry compote cupcakes for a work party, and they were a huge hit. Not only were they absolutely beautiful, but they also took my personal request to incorporate florals for a bridal theme seriously. The cupcakes turned out gorgeous, incredibly fresh, and just sweet enough without being overpowering. I've also tried both the vanilla bean latte and the brown sugar latte, but neither have been that great imo. But the pastries are everything and the reason I would keep coming back. read more
Finally found the chance to try Salted Butter! This bakery has been trending on social media and honestly, the lines have been intimidating but I finally found time to go! It's located across the street from the hospital and finding parking was probably one of the worst experiences ever. I went on a Saturday afternoon at around 1pm. There's a big parking lot in the back of their bakery but most of the empty spots you see are reserved for the neighboring businesses. They have maybe four spots reserved for their business but at the time, it was all occupied by customers. I was lucky enough to find a 15 minute parking spot on the curb inside the parking lot. The bakery is on the smaller side. They have a red velvet rope that forms a line outside their shop if it does get too busy. Fortunately, there wasn't a line out the door yet. Walking in, you see a big display case and a drinks menu above it. Unfortunately, we did come a little late so there weren't a lot of options left. We asked what were the recommendations for the given pastries left and we took their opinion and grabbed what was good! We got the Pistachio Chocolate Swirl, Croissant Cinnamon Roll, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, and an Iced Cloud Matcha! The total for everything came out to be $~30! There's a few tables available but I did end up bringing this home to enjoy. Food: Iced Cloud Matcha (8.9/10): Wow this was delicious! The matcha flavor was there and the milk didn't overpower the flavor of the matcha. The salted cream top was the cherry on top to make the entire drink stand out. It was a salted cream top so it adds a nice balance to the sweetness of the drink. I think they added a vanilla syrup to the drink which was yummy! It didn't overpower the matcha flavor which was nice! Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie (8.5/10): Yum!! The brown butter was the absolute perfect touch to this cookie. The sea salt sprinkled on top of the cookie cut into the sweetness. I will say that this was on the sweeter side and I couldn't eat this in one sitting. Every bite had a good chunk of chocolate so if you like your chocolate cookies to have less chocolate and more cookie, this definitely isn't the one for you. Croissant Cinnamon Roll (8/10): Oh Wow!! This was a unique one. Instead of a doughy roll, they made this a croissant texture instead. The outer layer was baked so there would be some flakiness but the cream cheese frosting did soften it up. They were not stingy with the cream cheese frosting. Each bite was soaked with the frosting and it added a nice sweetness to the cinnamon-y, warm , and soft layer. Pistachio Chocolate Swirl (?/10): I don't think I'm the right audience to rank this pastry. I got this because of the recommendation but I already knew that this one wasn't going to be for me. It's a croissant with layers of pistachio and chocolate! It personally isn't for me but if you're a person that likes pistachio on your pastries this will be for you! read more
From the pastries to the coffee! Wowww! I was in the area with my man and I forcefully made him take me because I've been seeing this place all over tik tok lol. The line was pretty long but it went by pretty quick! Employees were very nice, despite the crowd they all maintained a positive attitude! I tried the salted brown butter coffee and it was absolutely delicious! I tried lots of pastries, my fav had to have been the chocolate chip cookie, I was bummed that they ran out of the cinnamon rolls because I really wanted to try them. I came here Sunday morning with my friend and we arrived around 7:20 AM. Luckily we found parking at the nearby bank, and when we got there only two people were in line and we were the 3rd. Within about 15 minutes the line grew a lot, so I'm really glad we got there early! They open at 8 AM, and once the doors opened the line moved quickly and we got inside within a few minutes. We ordered the brown butter croissant, strawberry cheesecake croissant, cinnamon roll, and apple fritter, plus drinks an iced vanilla bean latte and a hot salted maple coffee. When you order, you pick your pastries first and then place your coffee order at the register when you pay. If you're just coming for coffee, you can skip the pastry line and let them know you're coffee-only, which is super convenient. Now for the pastries: Brown butter croissant-this was my least favorite. It just didn't really appeal to my taste buds. Cinnamon roll- Totally different from what I expected! It's more of a crispy, croissant-style pastry instead of a soft, doughy cinnamon roll. The first bite surprised me because it was so buttery and flaky. The glaze was delicious and honestly really good, even though it's not the traditional style I'm used to. Strawberry cheesecake croissant- wow, super flavorful and delicious. Apple fritter - I didn't try this one so I can't really comment. The cinnamon roll was definitely the standout for me and something I'd order again. As for the coffee... I was a little disappointed. The vanilla bean latte tasted like it had no vanilla at all I kept mixing it thinking the flavor just settled, but nope. The salted maple coffee was fine, but nothing memorable. I personally wouldn't come back just for the coffee. Overall, this place gets 4 stars from me. The pastries are unique and worth trying, and I'm glad I finally crossed it off my bucket list. That said, I personally wouldn't wait in a very long line for it. I still prefer the cinnamon rolls at Badash Bakery. But overall, it's a solid spot with creative flavors and a fun experience. read more
maybe i went on a wrong day but salted butter company seems to be lacking and overhyped. waited about 20min in line which wasn't bad but everything we ordered was very average ~ food/ drink: iced strawberry matcha: 6/10 strawberry syrup was overpowering and could barely taste the matcha. sweetener was also all at the bottom so it was also annoying having to mix it for pastries we got the brown butter chocolate chip cookies, ham and cheese croissant, cinnamon roll and apple fritter. everything was a bit on the dry side and nothing impressive. i'm not sure what the hype is but all the items were just disappointing won't be back unless they had an item i would be dying to try read more

I'm not a big sweets person but when I heard Salted Butter was having a collab with Prince's Pizza, I knew I had to try it! My friend was sweet enough to pick up and drop off the croissant pizza for me and let me tell you, it was one of the best things I have ever tasted! I didn't get a chance to eat it right away but even after two hours the croissant crust was crispy! It was so buttery and flakey and to die for. The combination of the two cheese, the spicy pepperoni and the honey on top just made the dish! A big fan of this collab and will definitely be back to try other items off their menu. read more
This bakery is all the hype right now on Instagram and Facebook so we had to check it out and see if it lived up to its posts. We arrived to find a decent size line (15 people or so) extending out the door and around the building. We didn't wait too long maybe 20 minutes. People are in and out quick as they pick up and leave, because there is just 4 benches (that seat 2 people each) inside for seating (and no tables). As we arrived at the counter we were given a warm greeting and placed our order, lemon meringue croissant and apple fritter. I love lemon meringue pie and this croissant was a perfect clone. Buttery and flaky croissant dough stuffed with lemon curd and topped with lightly torched meringue. Was in the Pasadena area and have been eyeing this pastry place for a while. Decided to do a quick pit stop here to try their pastries as I've seen it all over social media. Came here around 2 PM on a Saturday and the line was out the door. Couldn't find parking in the nearby lot and had to park somewhere else and walk ~5 minutes. Ended up waiting around ~30 minutes and by the time I got there, their most popular items like cinnamon roll and spinach artichoke dip were all sold out. As such, I ordered the following items instead: 1) Strawberry Rhubarb Danish: 8/10 Got this out of a whim because they had run out of spinach but surprisingly better than I had expected. The layers were crispy and not too sweet, reminded of a strawberry granola bar but better. The interior was a strawberry filling and went well with the flaky-ness. Overall, quite delicious and I'm sure the spinach would have been good as well. 2) Apple Fritter: 5/10 Sadly this was a miss. I expected the layers to be soft and flaky but it was super hard. There was very little apple flavor too and I was expecting apple pieces but there wasn't any. Not worth to get. Wasn't too sweet though. 3) Chocolate chip cookie: 7/10 I haven't had a chocolate chip cookie in a while but this was quite delicious. The flaky sea salt was a nice add on top of the oozing chocolate. The exterior was crunchy yet soft inside. It was also really huge and thin. Not too sweet which is amazing! This bakery is very popular. Lines are often long so get here early if you want good selection of various pastries. They are open from 7am to 4pm. I ordered the following beverages: Salted brown butter maple latte: 4/5 Tiramisu cold brew: 5/5 Earl Grey latte: 5/5 Out of the three beverages I tried, I liked the salted brown butter maple latte the least. Although it was good, it wasn't as good as the other two. The flavors of the Tiramisu cold brew and Earl Grey latte were more delicious. I ordered the following pastries: Ham and cheese croissant 4/5. Spinach artichoke dip Danish: 5/5 Croissant cinnamon roll: 5/5 Croissant apple fritter: 3/5 Bacon potato cheese: 3/5 Black Forest cheesecake: 4/5 Overall, all of the pastries were fresh, flaky, and delicious. I liked some more than others as a personal preference. The interior of this bakery is very small. Be prepared to purchase items to go rather than eating at this establishment. The pastries are very yummy and their croissant is so flaky and so buttery. The line goes pretty fast considering how long it usually is. The cinnamon roll is a go to one if you want a usual crowd pleaser. The drinks to me are a hit and miss. The one I enjoyed was the strawberry non caffeinated one was refreshing. I've tried the cupcakes there and to me they were eh. Go for the baked pastries if you don't want to be disappointed. read more

The pastries here are so decadent and delicious. My favorite is the passion fruit croissant. But everything I've had is flaky and fresh. The line moves quickly but parking is usually full. read more

Delicious coffee and pastries! Salted Butter deserves all the hype. I haven't had something from there that I didn't enjoy. Highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip danish, lemon meringue (weekends only), and iced maple latte. read more
So much hype about this place and I understand it. However I do wish there were more variety. Their items are mostly pastry dough based which is cool but would love to see some cakes and tarts! We came here on a Sunday at 3:00 ish and there wasn't really a line. Just about 3 people ahead of us. Got the croissant cinnamon roll, butter croissant and the red velvet cupcake. This location lives up to the hype. Tried a few different pastries all them amazing. The favorite cinnamon roll definitely different light and delicious. Same young girl with big blue eyes taking orders this morning is what service should always be. Parking is the only negative.. read more
It was pretty busy, line around the building. There is no bathroom inside either. Pastries were good but pretty small and expensive. There is a small seating area to sit and enjoy pastries but we just took ours to go. To me the standout were the cookies. I honestly have had better croissants that are bigger and cheaper. The croissants here were a little soggy and not as light and flaky as I expected. Maybe I ordered the wrong things or came on an off day. I did not order any coffee since I had coffee at a nearby coffee shop. They look good so if I came back I would want to try that. I would say the staff were very friendly and helpful. read more

I am still dreaming about these pastries! I tried the apple fritter and it was still warm and thought it had to be the best--but then I tried the cinnamon bun and holy holy--delicious. I need to come back!! I also tried their salted maple latte--it was really good, but I wish I would've gotten a normal latte as I love eating something sweet and mixing it with bitter coffee. If you are wanting a perfect not too sweet but sweet latte definitely try it. read more
I found out about this place through social media and heard that it was really good so we decided to go check it out. We came on a rainy day and the line was surprisingly still pretty long but the bakery did offer umbrellas out front. Unfortunately there was no signs to let the customers know that the umbrellas were for them so many of us didn't use those umbrellas and had brought our own. Once we got inside of the bakery, which was probably around 45 minutes of waiting in line, it went pretty fast from there in terms of us ordering the pastries and drinks. We got several pastries, such as the chocolate croissant, cinnamon rolls, cookies, butter croissants and two drinks. despite the long line, these pastries were actually really good and i can understand the hype. everything was buttery and flakey and delicious. the drinks were also really good! this bakery also does occasional collabs with brands like summer fridays and by rosie jane which is also fun and engaging. i would definitely come back to this bakery and hope that the line dies down but honestly can understand if it doesn't because this place is worth it! btw, there's free parking at the lot right next to the bakery and there's a little bit of seating inside, but this place is mostly for take away. inside decor of this bakery is really cute too, it gives vintage charm vibes. it has a lot of character and smells amazing! read more

5/5 pastries, 5/5 drinks, 3/5 indoor set up. Waited about 30 minutes in line. They let about 10 people in the store at a time. It's pretty small inside and only a few places to sit, so you will be in the way while you wait for drinks. Other than that, everything was delicious. Best croissant I've ever had. Great creamy drinks. I would definitely come back. read more
