We were celebrating a special occasion with our granddaughter. We ordered the shrimp duo dinner, chopped steak, and chicken fried steak (was huge!) All our food and drinks were delicious and our server, MarShawnde, was excellent, very friendly, and attended to all our requests. Really good place for steaks. I had the Cajun ribeye...topped with crawfish and shrimp in tasty chunky tomato sauce. Fried green beans and a side salad rounded out the meal. The atmosphere is south western and was enjoyable. Service was good but not outstanding. I think the steaks are better than the other place close by read more

We dropped in for lunch today. Food was good as usual, but our service was terrible. Our waitress was also the hostess seating customers. She never smiled, barely mumbled a word. She did ask if our food came out ok, but never came by again until she brought the check. We never got refills on drinks. Maybe they were just short handed today or she was just having a bad day. I actually heard 2 other parties comment on her attitude when they were seated. Maybe a little coaching is needed from management. read more

We eat here on occasion. It's a pretty nice upscale place to eat. I really liked it. It's a bit pricey but it's good if that's why ur looking for. It's a higher end steakhouse but not too bad. I think the one here in Norman is not as fancy as some other locations. Overall, not bad. read more

I was in town last week for work and we decided to get Saltgrass to go for lunch. It was super easy to order online and pick up was easy. I ordered an 8oz steak with the smoked Mac and cheese with Caesar salad and a sweet tea. I ordered a cup of potato soup (not pictured). Everything tasted great! The flavor was there. I like my steak medium well (no blood/fine like of pink - *don't judge me) and the cook made it perfectly. That's really hard to do. I can't remember a time I didn't have to send a steak back to be cooked a little longer because only half was non-bloody. So great good! The Mac and cheese was good. I probably wouldn't order it again strictly because the asparagus and green beans are so delicious and flavorful that it's just something I crave when I go there. The only issue with my order was I did not receive my Caesar salad. I think that is because I ordered a cup of potato soup and so normally that comes with the meal. So I believe it was just overlooked which is a simple mistake. And honestly I always order too much food so I wouldn't have even been able to eat it anyway. So Its nothing for me to personally complain about. I could see where someone would be upset though. It did cost me an extra $6 on my meal. My coworker had the chicken Fried steak, green beans, and the Caesar salad. The green beans were super super flavorful as you can see in the picture. I absolutely love the seasoning they use for their green beans and asparagus. I believe they use that same seasoning on their steaks so all around it's a win! read more
