Chicken tenders & fries, fried golf balls
    Carolina R.

I had been seeing salty turf all over my IG and finally decided to go and check it out for a Saturday date night. We made out reservation online which was pretty easy to do and fill out our waivers. We chose the 9pm option since it was the only availability left. When we got there, we were able to go in with our wristbands, and she told us we could go ahead and go to the course, which was weird cause what's the point of the appointment time. We decided to grab food first. We ordered the chicken tenders which we really loved. The combination of the ranch, fries and tenders was perfect!!!! We would get this again. We got the fried gold balls and these were meh - I would skip. They didn't have much flavor, only when we dipped it in the ranch and not the marinara was it good. I will say, that when I went back to the window to get water, the staff was just talking among themselves and I was standing there for awhile. When one of the girls turned around she was shocked and I overheard her telling her coworker "did she hear that". She didn't come and ask if i needed anything, another person did. So the service at the food counter was okay. For the mini golf - we had so much fun! We ended up starting at 9, and we are glad we did cause we had a good pace throughout. We really enjoyed our time. We played the lowers and we enjoyed it. We said we would come back to try the uppers. Overall a fun date night spot!

Came here for an event that my wedding planner hosted. The drinks we ordered were so yummy, staff was helpful, & food was delicious! The courses are so clean and love the option given to order drinks from the course! We only did lowers, but would love to come back and try out the uppers course!

This place is AWESOME. It's been so long since something new like this has opened. My group had some of us in our 20's and our parents. Everyone was obsessed. It is definitely family friendly for all ages but also perfect for adults to get out and have fun. Solid food and drink options and you can even order a drink to you on the course. The holes themselves were challenging but all very do-able for all skill levels. The facility is super clean and well maintained and all the staff were so kind and helpful. It's a 30 minute drive for us but we all said we'd be back! Definitely make a reservation though, we went on a Thursday with a res and it was busy... took us about an hour to complete the round with limited waiting at each hole.

Super fun family, date, group venue! Perfect outdoor weather game to play w/ a San Clemente theme. Lots of parking, beer & wine plus themed menu. Very clean with lots of staff ready to help or bus your table, thank you Ried for taking care of us while we enjoyed our food.

This Mini Golf Course is exactly what we needed in South Orange County. The golf course has an upper section, for kids younger than 14. The lower course is for adults and children 14 and older. They have music playing while you're golfing, such great vibes. The lower course is challenging yet fun. On the lower course you can scan the QR code for drinks that they bring to your hole. The service is excellent and the staff were friendly. Salty Turf is a great place for family fun and a great place for date night.

    Fun water feature!

Another amazing and fun experience! This was our third visit, and once again we introduced friends who hadn't played mini golf in 20 years. We promised them a great evening--and it delivered. The staff and manager Chris were warm, engaging, and genuinely friendly. We celebrated five birthdays by playing the Uppers course and staying for dinner afterward. The course struck the perfect balance: easy enough for our rusty skills, yet still challenging and fun for the more competitive players. We split into two teams of four and laughed our way through all 18 holes. By 6 p.m. it had cooled off nicely, and we enjoyed dinner under the palapa umbrellas. Everyone was happy with the food choices. Chris made sure we had a great time and even surprised us with a birthday treat that was the perfect ending to the night. Congratulations to Salty Turf on running a world-class operation. We'll definitely be back with more friends and family!

This brand new venue features two different courses, one for the adventurous families or a more challenging one that mimics real golf courses decorated beautifully. They had merch, plenty of staff drinks and food. I'd recommend reservations and doing them online because it does get quite busy and you can complete everything including the waiver ahead which saves you time. Great family, fun or even for a first date.

My wife and I decided to have a date night here, and it was our very first time playing mini golf. We honestly weren't expecting to have as much fun as we did! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. My wife and I both manage restaurants, so hospitality and guest service are things we naturally pay close attention to. We know how challenging it can be, especially when many team members are younger, but this staff absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It created such a fun and positive atmosphere. Since it was our first visit, I only purchased the upper course because I wasn't sure what to expect. By the time we finished, we were having such a great time that we immediately went back and bought tickets for the lower course as well! That alone says everything about how much we enjoyed ourselves. The courses were well maintained, challenging enough to keep things interesting, and made for a perfect date night. We left smiling, laughing, and already talking about when we'd come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit such a memorable one. We can't recommend Salty Turf enough and will definitely be returning!

Way better than even hoped for! My boys (ages 5 and 8) had a blast, as did my parents. The course is such a nice love letter to south Orange County. The food was way better than we expected too, we ended up staying for three hours while the kids played and grabbed dinner there. The chef is from Proud Mary's. We ordered appetizers just to hold the kids over, but were so impressed we went ahead and ordered dinner as well. So nice to have this! My only request: Please let us order non-alcoholic beverages from the course. I didn't realize this until we were already playing and my boys were a little bummed that they didn't get to feel "fancy" like the adults and have their drinks brought out to them. I had to stop mid-course and grab drinks and then walk through the gravel to not disrupt other golfers. Not the end of the world by any means, but would be a massive help! I also love how this has employed so many local teens especially, they were all so eager to help and kind. All around a massive win for the community.

Beautiful and brand new family fun golf adventure! Owner Marcus and all staff were so welcoming! We arrived as it opened and had made a reservation the night before... so checkin was easy! No detail was missed! It was a beautiful course we played the "lower" and it was a good challenge. The ocean breeze was nice! You can order a drink as you play! We look forward to coming back! We also enjoyed the food and drinks (dirty sodas) after our round! Great destination for family, bdays, team event...parking was easy!

We celebrated our oldest sons 44th birthday. We made reservations for 6 for Uppers but weren't sure we wanted to play lowers. Every employee was friendly and helpful! We ordered drinks several times through the QR code and they came so fast and were good! We had a fantastic time!

My family and I had such a fun time at Salty Turf! The lower course is challenging, but not impossible. Shot even par. Priced perfectly for what you get, nice to see they offer Odyssey putters for guests. We didn't try it, but the food looked incredible. Drinks tasted great and the fact they'll deliver them to you on the course is even better! 10/10, highly recommend!

It's not overly polished, but that's part of the appeal. There were several creative obstacles and challenges that we hadn't seen at other mini golf spots, which kept things interesting and fun throughout the round. After golf, we checked out the arcade. There was a good variety of games, and my son was definitely entertained, which is always a win. It felt like a well-rounded spot for a casual outing. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly enough--nothing over the top, but perfectly pleasant. One thing that did take away from the experience a bit was the number of very young kids running around unsupervised. I'm talking maybe 4 years old or so, and they kept interrupting our game. As a parent, I completely understand how challenging it can be to keep an eye on little ones, but I'm also a bit competitive, so it definitely threw off my groove. Not the venue's fault, just something to be aware of--there may be some tiny, energetic free spirits roaming around. Also, while it was a warm day, it wasn't quite as cool as I expected it to be, which made it a little less comfortable than ideal. Overall, though, it's a fun, family-friendly spot with a unique mini golf course and enough activities to keep kids entertained. I'd come back--just maybe with slightly lower expectations for personal space on the course.

Parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces when their isn't other events or services going on at the same location. My first visit was for a family kid's birthday party, and we were all pleasantly surprised. The party itself was organized well and had its own area inside one of the buildings. We had our own area decorated (you can bring your own decorations, too), and the food was fantastic for amusement park food. We had pizza, turkey sandwiches, chicken tenders, soda, and punch. We had about an hour for lunch before being released to enjoy the rest of the park. Many of the staff were kind during the party and throughout the park and made the experience that much nicer. The variety of rides here will please most young kids and adults. There are a couple of roller coasters, a carousel, a train that circles once around the park, and many more rides. I'm surprised how much they fit into the park space. There is also an arcade and a petting zoo. For food in the park, you have the standard burgers, pizza, tenders, pretzels, churros, ICEE, ice cream, and more. The prices aren't too bad either. Plenty of snacks and merch to purchase, too. There are also plenty of places to sit and relax, with shaded areas. Especially needed during a warm SoCal day.
