The sandwich consisted of a multi-grain hard roll, American cheese, a healthy portion of bacon and one fried egg. Paired this with their salsa verde and it was made my tastebuds dance. Never thought salsa on an American style breakfast sandwich would match, but it was great! Hands down, the BEST home fries I've had in New York State (including "the city"). They appear unsuspecting, but when you place them in your mouth, there's an explosion of flavor that takes over from the boiled red potatoes to the garlic and onion...possibly boiled in broth or stock?
