Had an appointment scheduled for 10am for a pedicure and gel removal and I arrived promptly and the nail tech I had made an appointment with was not there and was told someone else could help me. Overall, the appointment took over 2.5 hours, which I find ridiculous... The pedicure portion was fine and nothing really to write home about. The gel removal for my nails was an experience. The nail tech was cutting my nails with a nail clipper and I kid you not, my nails trimmings were being flown across the room and almost hitting customers who were seated and waiting for their appointments. And then the nail tech was asking me why I wasn't getting a new set almost in a disapproving way, and then just assumed I wanted a square nail shape when my nails were oval shape at the appointment. There is plenty of parking because the plaza is pretty inactive and there is ongoing construction at the big street in front, which was being blamed as the reason my original nail tech was running late. And then I come to find out from overhearing other conversations that this construction has been going on for a while so there was really no excuse to being late. So if you are looking for nail services to be punctual and mindful of time, I'd make sure to leave plenty of time for your appointment. read more

Booking was so easy, and they have great availability, which is perfect since my schedule is always changing. Sam is incredibly talented and executed my nail design perfectly. He was also so fast!!! I've been to this salon before and had a great experience with Dustin, who was professional and clearly experienced. This review is specifically about my experience today with Bonnie, and not the salon overall. I asked for a simple builder gel refill with plain white polish. From the start, she didn't really engage and checked her phone frequently, which felt like her attention was elsewhere and very unprofessional since I had no designs for reference. I also overheard her speaking in Vietnamese multiple times about being hungry and saying she might faint. That may have been an exaggeration, but it gave me the impression she was rushing through my set so she could go eat. I understand being a walk-in, but I still expect the same level of care as a scheduled appointment. It was also uncomfortable hearing her talk about the situation in another language while I was sitting right there. When I politely asked her to fix a small area with missing polish, she rolled her eyes and complained to her coworker instead of just explaining that she would be filing over that area anyways. There was also no cuticle care at all (cutting or oiling), and she left polish on my skin that I had to scrape off myself, which should be cleaned up before curing to avoid irritation. After leaving, I noticed bumps in my nails and a streaky topcoat with visible gaps. For such a simple set, the quality was disappointing. It felt rushed and careless. My cousin also had Bonnie previously and had a similar experience, including being hurt during filing. I really liked this salon the first time I came, but this visit was disappointing. read more
