Leanne was wonderful. Alittle pricey $60 for fill two new nails. Very clean. New looking. Large space. A lot of different colors gel.

Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this salon. We arrived just before our 11:00 a.m. appointment, but no one was there when we arrived. Employees began arriving right at opening time, and at that point there were already three customers waiting with only two employees available. We asked how long the wait might be because I didn't want my husband stuck sitting around unnecessarily, but no one could give us an answer. As we were preparing to leave, another employee arrived and the focus suddenly shifted to helping us while another customer was left waiting. By that point, the relaxing experience we had hoped for was already gone. The third employee who arrived also gave me attitude when asking about the manicures we had scheduled. I mentioned we could skip them if they were short-staffed, and her response came across as, "Do you want them or not?" because they would need to call additional employees in. If appointments are scheduled in advance, it seems reasonable to expect the salon to be prepared. This was our first visit and, unfortunately, it will be our last based on the experience alone. The woman who did my nails was very kind and did a good job -- she is the main reason I gave more than one star. Another disappointment was that my husband's manicure didn't even begin until both of my services were completely finished, despite us booking appointments together. Lastly, the salon was very warm with no air conditioning running. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be during a hot summer day. read more

I left Mood Nails in Campbell for MNTY. 1) It's alot closer to me so that was an easy decision 2) It's about $10 cheaper - no brainer! 3) MNTY isn't as fancy as Mood, but I dont need the fancy TV, chairs and tools. Cindy and Tami were amazing. They were fast, efficient and so friendly. I'm super happy I've found MNTY and very satisfied with their work. read more

This place is close to my house so convienent for me. I've been a couple times for both pedicures and manicures and have had good experiences. I usually book an appointment ahead of time. The last time, I wanted to try gel-x nails, so booked my appointment accordingly. It seems they don't pay attention to your appointment at all. I asked for gel-x, and the person immediately and obviously became annoyed and expressed that she didn't want to do gel-x and that there was one person who does it and she wasn't there (not in front of me but I could hear her after she walked away). I told her to just do regular gel nails. This reaction really rubbed me the wrong way and I haven't been back since. read more

I went in with no nails, and Cindy helped me create them without tips. We did an overlay and they didn't lift, break or anything in two weeks. Just had my third overlay done and amazing work again! Worst place to get your nails done: Pedi - I asked the tech not to pull the nail on the edge (she continued to cut and pull - it hurts). She applied the color unevenly and the massage is just her touching your foot - no effort whatsoever. Mani - I asked to remove my gel and just cut/shape/clean. Gel wasn't completely removed and she refused to put acetone to lift the gel. Again, no effort on the massage. The shape was uneven for a standard square. She was texting and was just in a hurry. Charged me for a full manicure. Never coming back. If I could give zero star. read more

It took me awhile if this was worth posting and I finally had the courage to leave this review. I requested for chrome tips and extensions and the owner said $70 and I said okay to it. I came up to the cashier and there were two other nail techs and my nail tech asking for $90. I was clueless. I didn't know how to respond. I paid and left, still clueless. The price was very clear and yet there was an additional? I didn't even argue since there were 3 of them hovering at the counter looking at me while I'm paying. I had my nails done with Tami for the first time. Tami has been doing my MIL's nails for many years and I could see her fine job. I never did artificial nails before but I was brave enough to give it a try with Tami. It was for my wedding and I made an appointment with her the day before my wedding. I showed her what designs I prefer and she made my nails very pretty. She was meticulous and checked her work frequently. I was very happy with the outcome. I'm writing this review after 3.5 weeks just to make sure no lifts and no chip after 3 weeks. They still look as good right now. Appointments: same day appointment Wait time: 7 mins Pedicure: #1 classic Pedi bomb, $35 Service: it was ok. Manicure: Signature mani, $40 Service: Bad The polish was not even and spots in between coats. I wanted a natural round shape, I don't even know what shape she gave me. Felt really rushed, even the massage was not even a minute long. The worst part was when it was time to pay. I was taking out my credit card and was told they only take cash. I called and got a last minute appointment late on Monday night. This was my first time here and it exceeded my expectations. The place has easy and convenient parking, is very clean, and seats a good amount of people. Dani did my gel manicure. She was awesome! She was very detail oriented and took her time doing my nails. I had an appointment for a pedicure. However, they called me an hour before my appointment and asked if they could reschedule it for a day later due to an emergency. When I arrived for the new appointment, I was told to wait and that someone would be right with me. After waiting ten minutes past my appointment time, they started soaking my feet without any further communication or a pedicurist present to assist me. When I asked when they would start on my pedicure after another 15 minutes in the foot soak, they seemed confused and spoke to each other in Vietnamese to figure out the mix-up. I decided to leave. I don't plan to return unless they change ownership and improve their scheduling system and customer service. Overall, the nail shop has poor scheduling services and mediocre hospitality. They have this sense of entitlement. The vibe? Lousy customer service is when a business fails to meet customer expectations regarding service quality, response time, and overall customer experience. read more

I wouldn't recommend my visits never go as planned when I come here another disappointing visit I came on mothers day was quoted 15 another lady came in after and was attended before me first sat and was asked what I wanted done to my nails which low key annoyed me because I had already said 3 times a fill I had French tip what else could I have gotten done. by time I was done with my feet I'm pretty sure I would of been been waiting to get my nails done because they move a little slower here which is why I opted not to get my nails done. Yen has an amazing team of technicians that are committed to taking care of their clients (which is rare in nail shops these days.) Stopped by and had a regular pedicure. The ambiance is very relaxing. The chairs have a great massage feature so I relaxed the whole time. My nail technician was very friendly and did a great job making sure my nails were trimmed properly and looked pretty. On top of everything, when I sat down I was greeted with a bottle of water and a cookie...then I had Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. Will definitely come back again. read more

I've heard nothing but great reviews of this place. But they really take your money and make excuses. First off the pedicure I selected was the signature pedicure which is $50 they charge $10 to take off, $10 to do gel, $10 for French tip plus other fees. I ENDED UP SPENDING $100 Completely ridiculous! It makes sense why they have no customers in this location. The pedicure took two hours and the chairs are completely uncomfortable. I NEVER complain but this place is ridiculous! Do not waste your time here. All their nail techs are new and have no idea what they're doing. It's strange to charge high prices when your staff takes 2 hours for a simple pedicure. Mess up then reapply the polish but yet you pay $100 for nothing... I feel like I was robbed!!! read more

I had been going to MNTY since they first opened as AFFINTY. they are close and convenient. Ownership changed and quality of products and hospitality changed. I put up with sub par services (mind you the associates are nice but new management.. Cindy? was not pleasant with any type of greeting or welcome upon entering their salon. the last straw was when I did a walk in Thanksgiving week. Cindy looked at me and said can't you see we are busy. mind you I just wanted polish removal. she had the worse look on her face. no effort to book me or keep my business. mind you I always tip 40% to the girls. long story short I said I would come back in tomorrow and walked out knowing I needed to find another place. went to Mood nail salon in Campbell. next level salon... best ever. so glad Cindy was rude to me. forced me to find another place. happy I never have to go back!!!! read more
