Aside from ensuring the quality of nails is great is one thing, but to always go above and beyond beyond is another-- they take care of ingrown nails, make sure my water is HOT (per my request), and offer great work! Aside from the nails, the vibe is always relaxing. I'm lucky I've found a spa I can relax in, and know they'll do a good job!! Affordable and reasonably priced is just the tip of the iceberg. I went back in September and I know this review is long over due but truthfully i was very hesitant to even say anything. without being overly critical, I wouldnt try this place again unfortunately. I was visiting friends in the san jose area and we decided to try this place out , we found it on tik tok. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the best due the quality of work. I would say that yes staff is kind, friendly , and attentive, as we were given water bottles. However, we both received french tip gel pedis and I just wasn't very happy with them. It also took like almost 2 hours for some reason when there was no wait. my french tip was so thick, i didn't take any photos but yeah idk maybe they were having a rough day also it was like 80 dollars for my friend to remove her gel nails and get french tips, im from sac and ive never seen those prices :/ read more

I really wanted to have a good experience here, I saw such good reviews but the quality did not match the price. I paid $81 with the new customer special, and the set I received did not look close to the design I asked for. The white tips and gold lines were not crisp, the lines were uneven, and even when the tech tried fixing a few parts while I was in the chair, the lines still looked messy. It was not a complicated design or shape, so I was disappointed with how far off it was. I did not ask her to redo the entire set because there were only two people working, a party of two had just walked in for manicures and pedicures, and it was clear the whole situation was being rushed. I ended up going five minutes down the street to Bamboo Nail Spa, and they completely fixed my nails in about 45 minutes. The difference is obvious in the photos. I came back to show the original salon the comparison, and to their credit they were polite and gave me a $40 refund, which I appreciate. The staff was nice and the timing was decent, but the work itself was not worth the money for me, especially when there is another salon so close that does cleaner and more precise work. read more

Very unprofessional. Called on 9/11/25 to book an appointment for Sunday 9/14/25 at 10:30am. Lady on the phone confirmed and took my name and phone number. Arrived to the appointment and it was CLOSED! I DID NOT receive a curtesy call from them to cancel or reschedule the appointment. So much for trying to support a new business. The only reason I booked was because her daughter posted it on TikTok and I wanted to support because I also saw that the grand opening wasn't a success. Welp, since I've seen the other reviews about how they treat customers and appointments I will not return. Very misleading with the "appointment only on Sundays!" There isn't a way to respond to comments so here's an update. Thank you for your message. Just as a customer, yes, I did receive a call, however, it was from an unknown number (not associated with the business) therefore I do not answer unknown numbers. Also, no voice mail was left. Please for future customers, please leave a voice mail stating that you're calling from your business and what you're calling for. And... around the time of my appointment I did call that I unknown number just to make sure and my call wasn't answered as well. So hope this is a learning point as a new business owner. read more

I called days in advance to schedule a nail appointment for my sister and I - (1) mani pedi and (1) pedicure. I confirmed over the phone - dates, times, and the service requested and they confirmed with taking down my name and phone number. Now today is the day of the appointment. My sister got their first since I was running a few minutes late. She calls me to tell me that they said that we never had an appointment and if we want to be seen it would take at least an hour. It was extremely unprofessional and my sister told me they were being very pushy and rude to her the whole time. We saw this place on TikTok and wanted to support a small business.
