Eve was super quick to respond to me and extremely helpful with any questions I had. I wasn't sure what flavors to choose and she guided me to a possible flavor selection from her most popular flavors and by asking what my son's favorite flavors were. Based off of strawberries (His favorite flavor) she came up with an amazing flavor profile for the cake, mini cupcakes and cake pops. The cake ended up being a classic vanilla cake layered with fresh strawberry cream, fresh strawberries, and a touch of strawberry coulis. The cake pops were triple chocolate flavor made with Belgian truffle chocolate--and strawberries, and last but not least the mini cupcakes were strawberry with lemon buttercream. The final products came out beyond my expectations from the visual presentation she nailed and even better than the inspiration photo I sent her and the taste was so delicious and tasty. There is the main seating area and another area in the back to sit down along with sitting outside. It felt upscale and nice. The sign in front of the store had some drink specials and I got a strawberry/matcha drink I think it was called Rose. I asked what was good here and the cashier said the mini almond pastries and other treats in the front.
