The…read moreRussian pedicure is done with a machine that kinda looks like a bonnet style hair dryer , but is a air filtering device that takes all the debris from your pedi including neutralizing the fumes (it might be my imagination about the fumes but this salon does not have any chemical smell I still got the full on soak and massage /rinse in the bowl, but the gel application and filing/cleaning prepping was done with this machine silently sitting next to the technician Regarding the skill level of Jennifer, she is meticulous and thorough. She had to even out my nails and get the cuticles in order. I had cut my own gel covered nails prior and that was a mistake because it made them more uneven Jennifer spent a lot of time getting my toes in order. My appointment was at 4:15 and I didn't get finished till 545 pm. Mind you, I had a dip not gel. I asked what is she doing and she told me the white dip was not a good one and think the gel is better. If so she should have taken off the dip instead of doing a band aid solution. Or given me a choice of another color dip. A week later, three nails had the whole tip come off like they were tips. I glued them back on since I was out of town. Came in when the fourth one came off to address the issue. The solution was to just glue the nail back on. Asked for the owner and was told he/she is not available nor can I call him/her. This is not acceptable to me that the business owner cannot be reached nor the solution to just glue the nail back on.
