Broke my safety systems before even got window repaired. We're super professional and sounded like it would be fine. But it's been over two weeks and no contact. In contact them which is hard because they have a call center. When I do I'm told they will check on the part but never a call back. Car not fixed. No communication. No sense of urgency. It was incredibly easy to make an appointment. I received reminders every couple of days before the appointment. An email confirming the appointment. And when I arrived the technician checking in was incredibly friendly. While the windshield is being replaced, I received updates as to when they started and when they were nearly done. Then another update when they were completed. Kenneth was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we got the car back not only was the windshield perfect but the interior looked clean as well. The website is easy to follow in requesting service but the communication and resourcefulness of customer service not quite so satisfactory. A company that is well known with their ads I hoped would be more dependable but they failed as they weren't able to provide service in replacing my car window. I requested and I gave them a week to 2 for them to order the window. The day of installation came and I wasn't provided a heads up that they had to cancel the service due to their inability to order the window. They said according to their representative they couldn't find or acquire one?? For a company that boast their service; how can it be that a glass window they couldn't locate and acquire to replace mine??? Thus, I called a less known locally owned auto glass service and they were able to order and had my window replaced the next day without a hitch! SAFELITE what's up with that??!! read more

Front desk communication was bad. We were not told that ordering original equipment (front window), would cost full price, as insurance would not pay for anything but after market. They should have made that clear to us. Plus we waited about 3 months to get it in stock. read more

I got a chip in my car a few months ago that grew from a small one to one that extended from the passenger side to the driver's side. I had made an appointment to have them come to my home in the gorge, but they had to reschedule and so I booked this area, even though it was 1.5 hours away, because I have a friend I could stay with in Tigard nearby. I was VERY impressed with everything from their service area, the waiting room, the technicians, to the staff! The area is very clean, open, and they had areas like large round tables to work on and side high tops with outlets to plug in my computer! Loved it and though the coffee offering was meh, it was quiet, relaxing, and they had filtered water that was cold, room temp, to a hot temperature. I didn't use the bathrooms, but the hallway looked large enough for a wheelchair or to accommodate larger people. There was a huge service window to see what was going on and my tech, Miguel, was so sweet, nice, and very professional! He even spoke Spanish with me (I'm semi bilingual)! The front desk staff were so kind! I didn't get the name of the lead, but he was very helpful when there was an error on my receipt and helped me out! Then there was Terrence (not sure I spelled it right, sorry!), who truly was helpful, kind, engaging, and very helpful when I needed to go back for an oil change sticker I realized wasn't there. You may laugh, but I travel a lot and couldn't remember where I got the oil change done or the mileage for my next one because my Mazzy car is a 2010 and I've got to keep her up! When I called I got the 1-800 number that was quick, easy, super helpful, and offered the options of a Spanish speaker! Once I got connected back to the shop, the operator spoke to Terrence who went to look for my sticker and said he'd call me back and he did within the minute! Terrence quickly remembered me and said he'd call could read it off to me or text me a photo so I didn't have to drive back to the shop. Talk about awesome service! I told him I'd be coming back to pick it up and he was happy and said he'd see me then. Awesome! As for the price, it was great! I checked out their pricing because I wanted to see the cost especially because my deductible is big and it was not my doing, but that of a gravel truck and I didn't want to risk having my insurance go up in price (never got a clear answer on that from Progressive ). But I was SUPER surprised because it was almost $200 less than my deductible and it comes with a lifetime warranty and I got new windshield wiper blades! Hello?! That's awesome! The crazy part too is that my windshield markings for my car (glare shield stickers or whatever they are) were on there and you couldn't tell it wasn't the original! And they vacuumed my car too! So happy with their service, help, and would recommend them to anyone! Hope this helps! read more

Very hospitable and offered great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I received fast, friendly, and easy services for a cracked windshield replacement (though I had to wait two weeks for the appointment). The waiting room was clean and well-stocked with snacks and drinks. The wifi was fast and there were plenty of outlets to use for my computer. I've had to come here twice this year for a windshield replacement and once for a rock chip repair. Tualatin Safelite is efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
