Sam did a great job on my windshield !! He is genuine and knows what he is doing. I googled several places and Sam gave me the best price, far better than any other place. I called Sam and he got the windshield within an hour. My car requires the cabin filter to be removed in order to remove and install the windshield. Sam went out of his way to clean and vaccume clean the cabin filter. I decided to go get a new while he installed the windshield. Long story short the autopart place gave me the wrong one and Sam told me i can go drive and get the right one and come back and he would install it for me. Sam finished the windshield put the cabin filter back in and i went to go get the right one. I came back he took out the old one and placed the new one back in. When i asked how much for the installation Sam said it was at no cost. I decided to give him some cash just for the installation but he refused. I eventually convinced him to accept the cash and he was very humble about it. Its hard to find people like this around, most people will charge you to just remove a screw. So...2 days ago after buying a regulator and motor for my drivers side passenger window of my Mercedes Benz from the local auto part store, I am sitting at the traffic light and I see Sam's Window shop, pulled over and go in and talked to the gentleman that turned out to be Sam. long story short, a few days later I take my car into the shop to get my window installed. He took my window apart, noticed that instead of just taking the part and installing it, if he just spent some time, he could actually fix the problem and I could actually return what I had bought. ANYWHERE else, they would have just installed what I brought in and wouldn't care how much I spent. About an hour later, this complete stranger managed to take my window apart, completely re-build the motor and fixed the part that had broken and I was able to take that ordered part I had bought and returned it back and got my $200.00 back. If you are ever looking for a place to replace your windows, and you are looking for an honest guy that enjoys giving back when he cans, give this Gentleman a chance. Five stars isn't even remotely enough to give for an awesome business like this! I was in a terrible bind with my truck back window basically being completely smashed into bits one Saturday morning. Got this address from a local auto parts store since I was trying to cover the giant hole in the back of my truck where my lift gate window was. I drove over to Sam's as soon as I got the address and was greeted promptly by Sam. Told him what had happened and he went to work on getting my window replaced asap. He had tried to get the window that day but if not, promised Monday it was be in and said he'd call me if he was able to get the replacement window that day. He graciously helped to cover up the giant hole in my truck as I have an 18 month old sitting in the back and can't ride around like that. He didn't finish till he felt it was secure enough for me to drive off. Although he wasn't able to get the replacement window the same day, he did have it on Monday as guaranteed. He put it on (which was certainly not easy by any means due to the lift gate not working) and fixed it within 45 mins. The price was extremely fair as well!! I thought this was going to cost be thousands of dollars but ended up costing me less than two bills. I cannot express how grateful and happy I am with the personal service I received from Sam! read more

My GMC Sierra windshield was leaking. Sam gave an immediate quote and was able to complete the repair that same day. He even had a particular windshield in mind that would work best with my car. Excellent service and quality install. While removing the old leaking windshield Sam pointed out the areas of a prior subpar install that resulted in the leaks. He's been in the business, and same location, for a long time and is obviously very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him if you want a quality install.
