I had to do a return. When we walked in, there was no wait in customer service. There was only one person working and they were on the phone with a customer. As soon as she finished she instantly helped us. The return was easy and the money went right back to the card. I also needed to get some fruit. Sadly all their nectarines were soft and over ripened. The strawberries didn't look good either. I settled for pears and white peaches. We walked the rest of the store and grabbed a new Chex mix box I'm excited to try. I liked this sams club. It was set up like its other competitor and it was clean and was very spacious. There was plenty of parking out front and everyone was nice. We also tried the cafe and they were very friendly and efficient. They had one Window for cash orders and another Window for mobile orders. I always do the mobile order because you dont need to wait in line and you go right up and pick up your phone. If there's a line, it moves very fast. We enjoyed shopping here. Great spot. read more

Placed an online order for same-day delivery, However, it was not received. The driver indicated they attempted delivery but no call was received from my gate., so they did not even try. When I called the store to find out what I needed to do to get my order because I still need it, I was told it had been canceled.They did not seem to care at all and offered no solution. When I asked about removing the plus membership they said I would have to come to the store to do that. I asked if there was a way to change the membership type on the app cause they give an option to cancel it there, They said no but that I should go ahead and cancel my membership. I guess I'm lucky the plus membership was a special offer because I was renewing soon now I'll just be canceling my whole membership on their recommendation. read more

I really like this location and it's close to home. You can always get a spot to park and the gas area doesn't seem to get as busy as other locations. The food court is good and so is the produce and meat area. I've never tried the pharmacy but the line is never long. read more

Today was great! Pickup was a breeze, despite the weekend rush of people. I scheduled my pickup for 8-9 am, but ended up going much later because my migraine was so bad, I couldn't drive safely. The hubbs drove us there at 1pm, I checked in, then ordered pizza & dogs from the cafe. They have a new pizza warmer located near the cafe, by the scan & go signs. I got my dogs, cups, & sauerkraut from the lady at the window, then followed her instructions to retrieve my pizza from the tall, metal warmer. Bummer they were 'sold out' of all the frosty-type drinks cuz that would've hit the spot on a sunny day like today. By the time I picked up the pizza & dogs & got outside, the car was already loaded with the groceries... Perfect timing today! read more

The rotisserie chicken was raw and bloody all in the thighs. Temp in the oven is either way too hot or the chicken is frozen at the center when skewered and full of ice. Shouldn't have been cooked that way. read more

Some people going in and getting their items and leaving, others lingering in the aisles picking out furniture, clothing, meats, veggies, etc. more snacks and drink varieties then Costco. Hey, we need to talk about the pick-up situation. Looks like everyone caught on 5 years later and now we're all picking our groceries up at the same time after work and it's an hour wait just to get a parking spot so we can say "We're here!" I thought it was a one-off situation and only on Monday's then I started ordering for pick-up on Tuesday's after work and turns out, same ordeal. Then today, Friday, I pick-up my order past my window at 7:30 p.m. and was told good thing I picked it up late because it was a madhouse earlier and the wait to park in a designated spot was 40 plus minutes. I get it, it's the only thing that keeps me going here instead of Costco, but I think we need to pick up our things either early in the morning or late at night because this is starting to be a normal occurrence everyday of the week after work. I also found out you could walk in and just physically pick-up your order instead of waiting for someone to bring it out to you. Literally have been using curbside pick-up since it started during the pandemic and never had a problem until July or August of this year when these lines started looking like the Tesla charging lines on a weeknight! read more

I'm torn between a 5-star review and a 1-star review. We've been shopping at this Sam's Club for years and never had a problem. In fact, once Scan-n-Go began we love this store. However, the food court has serious issues and it's purely on management to correct. The last several times we've ordered food, either using the app or waiting in line, the wait has been atrocious. I mean 20-40 mins for a slice of pizza? Unacceptable. The problem is they are short-staffed behind the counter. Sometimes its 3 people, sometimes 4. At peak times this is never enough. Eventually extra staff rushes in to help, and only then does the line move. It shouldn't be this way. Management: hire more staff! At least at the rush times. The fix is not difficult. read more

store is normally clean and with scan and go i love getting in and out. however the last 3x i came to shop i have tried to take my daughter into the family bathroom and each time had to wait like 15 min plus because an employee was using it. i dont mind waiting if a family was using the intended stall for them but....employees have their own bathroom or use the standard public bathroom. then to make it worst... today an employee was on the pot and left the door unlocked so my 2yr old had quite the surprise. be better sam's club. read more

I absolutely love the prices and snacks that Sam's club has to offer. There's nothing to complain here.

The food court is rarely clean, and there never seems to be anyone on the floor cleaning tables or picking up trash. The soda machines are often out of syrup, and you have to ask someone to replace it. The food court also seems to be consistently short-staffed, and some of the employees are not very helpful or friendly. Overall, it's a disappointing experience because we come often. Not the employees fault management needs to hire more employees to run it 3 or 4 is not enough. read more

I am a Sam's member. My family and I enjoy the savings, but I do not feel safe walking in the parking lot of this particular Sam's Club at night because it is dark. I did not like the low light and big parking space. I highly suggest putting in more lights in the parking area. read more

Today I went due to a flat tire. It was late and when I was getting there. They were closing. I asked for air. I told him ii knew they were closing. He said he would and he did. While putting air in the tire. We could here the air coming out. He found it on the backside of tire. I decided to put on the donut spare. Since they were closing. He( Garrett ) offered to help. Even got his coworker ( Andy ) to get the jack to lift the car. And helped put the spare on. Even though they were closing. He ( Garrett ) checked the Spare to make sure it had the correct sir pressure. It didn't. It only had 25. Told me it should be 60. He aired it up and made sure the tire was on good. The service was great. They went out of their. way even though they ended up closing late. They went out of their way. They even told me to come early and I could get in fast to fix or replace tire. I will be back. And tell everyone I know about here. read more

This review is for the tire center. What a mess! I had an appointment at 5pm. I dropped my car off at 4:45. No one is manning the service center so make sure you swing by the bay doors on the way in and let them know you're coming. The person in front of me said they where waiting at the counter for 15 min. At 6:30pm I asked for an update and they said they haven't got to my car yet. At 7:30 pm I saw them roll one of the bay doors down. I asked for another update and they said they won't be able to service my car today! The tech explained they put the wrong battery in another customer's car and now it wouldn't start. So it was all hands on deck trouble shooting that car. They have 3 bays and 4 techs, I asked why they couldn't spare one to service my car and asked for the manager. They still had 30 minutes until close so I asked the manager if they could knock it out. Certainly two techs could manage a tire rotation in under 30 minutes. She said not possible, and the best she could do is get me in the next morning. I waited almost 3 hours in the food court twiddling my thumbs, and the team there could care less. With no other option I came back the next morning at open. As I was waiting to check in the tow truck was coming to pick up they vehicle they disabled the previous night that created the hold up, and informing another customer they where too busy to honor his appointment today. That customer drove in on a donut and was depending on the shop to get his vehicle in reliable driving condition again. Anyway, they took my keys and I went to pick my nose in the food court again. AN HOUR later they finally got to my car and said they could not service it, the lug nuts are swollen. It's an easy fix and I asked them just to replace the lug nuts. They refused to touch it. So I still did not get my tires rotated! I picked up some lug nuts on the way home and swapped them out in 30 minutes with a breaker bar and a mallet. I called to see if I could bring my car in, and of course they where too busy. The only reason I want them to rotate my tires is so I have paperwork of tire maintenance in case I need to utilize the manufacturers mileage warranty. At this point I'm just going to rotate my tires at home and pay full price for a new set of tires if these dont last the guaranteed mileage. A couple hundred dollars of savings is not worth hours and hours of headaches with the Sams Club tire department. Look at the other reviews here for the tire center and go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and time. read more

In my opinion this is the best members warehouse. The prices for items, food and gas can't be beat. The only one that compares is that other giant warehouse chain. And even though there are more locations of that other store, Sam's Club has them beat with the best functioning app. You can scan your items in the app while you shop, then pay for them through your online account, skip the line and just walk out showing your paid QR code. What's not to love about a super center. Well people at Walmart are always a drag but it is what it is. The staff are nice. Almost the same as Costco but I'm glad that they have more variety than Costco. Though you can't try any of the chairs, they keep them tied with zip tie. As Sam's is owned by Walmart, you can't beat the bulk pricing here. The important thing to remember is that this place is like Costco's little bro- so adjust your expectations accordingly... PROS: discounted gas and short lines vs. Costco, monthly sales, nice selection of snacks (even more than Costco) and produce, good prices on meat, SCAN and GO option on the app. CONS: unimpressive aka bad alcohol selection, somewhat confusing layout of store, broken pumps at gas, having to re-scan on the SCAN and GO option (I've had associates re-scan my entire cart lol). All in all its a mixed bag, but good value and definitely a time saver! Convenient location as Home Depot is literally next door too. read more

Smaller than some other Sam's Club I've been to, but love their many convenient self checkout stations as well as Scan & Go option. They can even detect your basket as you are walking out the store using some sort of scanner so that they don't even need to see or scan your receipt. Definitely more efficient than Costco. Would like to see more variety of products as well as new items in their store though. read more

Ordered an EZ up for curbside pick up. Needed to adjust the pickup date/time. Apparently you can't do this, and if they are out or low in stock, it won't work. Customer service hung up on me after being on hold for 10 minutes. Any other time I would just walk in and get what I need, but I am dealing with a leg injury and it's difficult/painful to move around. Long story short....Ashlee and Virgil are rock stars. They assisted me by getting the EZ up they had on the floor; ringing me up and canceling my order. They were quick, efficient and professional. If you are in need of assistance, and it's dealing with curbside, Ashlee and Virgil are the real deal. Where to start.... We'll i received an email from Sam's club asking me to take a survey regarding my shopping experience from the last full year prior to my membership expiring. I was honest in filling out the questionnaire. Well fast forward to 3 days after submitting the survey and I receive a call from Sam's club manager Larry regarding the survey. We spoke, and long story short Larry went above and beyond to ensure moving forward our shopping experiences would be pleasant, and ill tell ya, with employees such as Larry, my wife and I are definitely continuing to renew our membership. Kudos to whomever hired and utilized Larry's people skills as store manager. I encourage you to shop Sam's club for their prices and stay for their employees such as Larry! read more

I Had a MAJOR issue with an order that after hours of trying to deal customer service, (Sam's Club Corporate) Their queues for the phone customer service were over 2 hours long. Every time I interacted with the Sam's Club Corporate chat, I was dismissed by them each and every time and they disconnected my chat interaction over 10 times. 1 call to the Fullerton store and after speaking with Esme from Customer Service, she RESOLVED my issue in less than 10 minutes. She was courteous, compassionate and efficient. She provided EXCELLENT customer service. I wish ALL of my interactions with Customer Service went this smoothly After 6 hours of trying to resolve the issue over 2 days, I was almost in tears when she took care of it immediately. Since the cafe doesn't answer their phone. I'd like to leave a review based on the past few visits. They offered to give a hard nasty pretzel to me that looked like it was sitting out all day long last time. They never have the pepperoni pretzels made, so today AGAIN had me wait 15 minutes and then forgot to put the maranera in the box I noticed when I got home!
