Wherever I visit, I always look up and where all the local Sam's Clubs are in my area, both for gas, and whatever snack, alcohol or whatever we need we can't bring with us on a plane, etc. This location is great for filling up the rental vehicle I used for my recent trip to Nashville. This store is within 5 or so miles from the BNA Rental Car Center and driving the backroads (Surface Streets) was so stress free and easy when one is not used to all the different highways they have in Nashville. I did stop by this store twice to get gas as well as some snacks on the first trip. This store was pretty well stocked but messy. I did get to try/use their new merchandise scanner verification system at the exit. The West Coast Stores I frequent have not had this new system installed yet. This system is designed to verify you have made all your Scan & Go purchases correctly and I'm surmising the self-checkouts and to some extent the regular check stands also. One basically walks under an inverted U shaped device with cameras mounted on all three sides. Just walk through at a normal pace and exit the store. My wife and I recently began coming to this Sam's Club and we wouldn't say it necessarily stands out from the others. Unlike the other locations we have been to, this one doesn't seem quite as welcoming to us. We appreciate the good deals you can get by being a Sam's Club member! We'll definitely be back to this store as it's closest to us. Sams always have amazing deals. The Rotisserie chicken is off the chain and still reasonably priced at 4.98. Sams is full of amazing deals wandering down the aisles , is full of instant savings and clearance prices on items that lead to extreme bargains. The food, beverages, cleaning supplies, electronics, clothes,office supplies ,pet food, kitchen items include name brands that are recognized and are of quality. read more

This place is a disaster. They are not interested in customer service at all. I have called this store many times and no one in customer service will answer the phone. I even got the Sams club headquarters involved. Arlene an account supervisor tried to call this store and they did not answer. Arlene eventually got through & said that someone would be calling me which never happened. This is the story: I placed an order to be picked up on Friday 8/15. I have done these pickup orders each month or so for over six years at the Hendersonville store. Somehow the system or new app shifted the pickup store to the Antioch store without my knowledge. I showed up at the Hendersonville store to get the order and selected I was in the #4 space. I was told the order was not there and it was setup at the Antioch store. I tried to call the Antioch store many times and they would not answer. They tried to call the Antioch store with no answer. Then I got a notice that the order was picked up which means someone at the Antioch store was given my order. They stole the supplies. I need a refund for those items. No one will respond. read more

This is our "home" Sam's Club. Gas prices are usually better than any gas station in the area. I love the app, so many features but my favorites are: - order for pick up, delivery or shipping - Fueling up by scanning the QR code which lets you pay with cards attached - Scan to pay in the store Ordering for pick up is so quick and easy This place does get pretty busy and the roads are very crowded so make sure you go during peak hours. read more

Came for gas... but all the gas stations were closed. There were no signs at the front of the store which caused more than a dozen cars pulling in and out causing some traffic and confusion. The store itself is very disorganized and not clean: Half the bathroom stalls were dirty and not the shelves in the store were not stocked. read more

Often feels very crowded and somewhat scattered. Employees typically don't greet you upon entering, which is totally fine, just different than all other locations I've been to. I still come to this Sam's as it's the only one in my area and I appreciate it being where it is, location wise. However, I would probably try a different one if there were one close to me. read more

Efficient, clean and smooth the QR code is great to pay either in the store or the gas station but what is best is pick up specially for individuals with pre-existing conditions and don't want to expose them self but need food to continue living. I love Sam's Club and this is my go to location in general. I have both Costco and Sam's membership and I prefer Sam's over Costco any day. Solely for their online pick up orders. Yes, because I am that lazy to go in, ok, it's not that....it's more likely I hate hauling big bulky items into the cart and then into my car by myself...not only that....but if it's not at 8AM, I am not going into sams...no way. My cake person cancelled on me and it was the day before my sons bday party. Stopped by Sam's and asked if they can do a tiered cake for us and they were able to make this happen on such short notice. They offer either a 2 tier or a 3. We went with the 3 and it turned out really good. The cake was delicious and a hit. Due to copyright they were not able to decorate the cake how we wanted so after picking it up we did the decorating ourselves. Cake looked great!! Pricing was fair also. About $75. read more

My every day groceries (I visit Sams club at least once a month) 2% milk Bacon 36 eggs Sausage Honey Nut Cheerios Breakfast essentials powder mix Romaine lettuce (I'm a Caesar Salad freak) Croutons Dunkin Donut Coffee Fruits - different every time. Salmon grain free dog food Soooooooooooo I guess the low reviews could indicate why I sometimes hate going to Sams Club. The way to get there at certain hours are BLEH because traffic traffic traffic. Once, I saw a full blown bag of sugar spread across the aisle. I also saw orange juice removed from its plastic wraps. The workers aren't always the friendliest... but it's a gigantic wholesale store! I still appreciate Sam's club for what it's worth. Dirty store and parking lot. Sam's club used to be nice when I was growing up but this location is disgusting. It's like horrible city planning and tons of middle management decided this was where they chose for hopes and dreams to die. The pizza is decent though! The cafe is always quick and that is their only redeeming department or area of the store. Even here, the cafe area is always trashed and the drinks are half out and no ice. Really one must ask if Costco is a better option. If you live in Nashville, Costco is a much better cleaner safer option. read more

This Sams Club is located at a very diverse area in Nashville close to the airport. Great deals however the club can be very chaotic and unorganized. Wait time is long if you want to do any sort of return or dealing with customer service. Do not come here on the weekends it is absolutely chaotic. Come during the week you'll shop at ease. Most of the employees are friendly. Saturday's they have different tasting stations for free so you could sample anything from meat, desert and cookies. read more

Bought 4 new tires from sams club. I have a nail in one of the tires that can't be repaired. Rest of tires have full tread. Sams club Antioch provided terrible service and refuses to honor their warranty. Jason from the tire center was rude and unhelpful. I need this tire to be able to get to work. Costco on the other hand has provided amazing service. Will get all future tires from costco and I would recommend everyone to do the same. My loss but will not happen again. We went to Sam's club last weekend and they sprayed our hands with some kind of bleach or something and it didn't dry well and it burned my hands. Ive never been more insulated in my life you don't even treat cattle like that! And we spend a lot of money there!!! Small warehouse, dirty, not enough cashiers or member services employees to handle the number of customers. The employees they do have are not customer friendly. Bad planning - member services employees take off at lunchtime and leave one employee to handle the load. One employee in charge of checking receipts on your way out. The parking is terrible. I've been a Sam's Club member for most of my adult life. I initially joined as a means to bring costs of my wedding down, have used it to get discounts on meat, fruit, and milk. However, I never entered without going through the electronics section, as their offerings were (and are) always very strong, and they always kept up with the higher end of electronics. I've always enjoyed their cafe, as they have tasty and simple food at reasonable prices. This Sam's was one I've visited off and on, and is the one which is currently closest to me. However, it's a disappointment. Customer service is always lacking, and their ability to make up for poor service is pretty much non-existent. At my last visit, I purchased a cell phone, and the price amazing, which is why I went there to begin with. But the cell phone transaction lasted a solid hour, which is entirely unacceptable. When a manager was called to expedite the process, she never once addressed or looked at me, which was extremely disappointing and rude. The guy who did the actual work of the transaction can be held to no blame for the delays, but he seemed oblivious to the notion that I deserved some consideration for the extreme delay. In the end, I got what I wanted, at a price which was outstanding, but the extreme delay, without any apparent concern by the management for the frustration it caused me, was very unsatisfying. Adding to the frustration was the heinous behavior at the Cafe. The people working there should all be fired for their unbelievably bad customer service. I don't mind waiting in lines, and I don't mind waiting my turn to get my what I want, but when the service, for something as simple as service pizza and slushies, is so neglectful as was, I just want to give up. After waiting ten minutes with two sets of people in front of me, the people behind the counter start chatting with customers who had already ordered. I and the people behind me were left standing for no apparent reason, and all I wanted was a Coke. The guy behind the counter told me it was going to be a few more minutes, but I waved a dollar at him and told him I just wanted a cup for Coke. I left the dollar with him, and got a cup, but I couldn't believe at how careless they all were. If you have to go to a Sam's Club, do yourself a favor and get to the Bellevue, Franklin, or Rivergate locations. The service is much better, and the frustrations are all far less. I've been to all four locations, and I wish that any one of the others were closer than the Antioch road Sam's. Avoid if possible. read more

My fiance and I went to Sam's to get a new bed and box springs for our new house in Nashville, and the employees were really helpful - letting us try out several of the mattresses before they helped us get the mattresses a mattress cart to the cash registers while we continued to shop! I have been coming to this Sam's club location for a while now just because it is near to my home and the price on gas is much cheaper than most gas stations in the Antioch area. There are a lot of things i do not like about this store. 1. Parking lot is designed in a way to turn you off - It is a nightmare to drive in or out from this lot. 2. Restrooms are awful. 3. Customer service takes for ages to make a return, also it is a miracle to find someone in the Optical testing location. 4. The rotisserie chicken is shrunk in size - the rotisserie box is big but the chicken is tiny. 5. This place is overcrowded at any time of the day. read more

I've been to others before that were better. We'll start outside and work our way in on this review. There are two entrances/exits to this Sam's Club. The main one people use is on Antioch Pike. This backs up if 4 people are attempting to leave and prevents people from getting into the parking lot. It's a pretty badly implemented entrance/exit that I think they could fix by slapping another one in in one direction or the other or just repainting the existing lanes. The exit on Harding road is ok and designed more sanely. Due to a livingsocial deal where I got the membership for $3, and my most beloved Costco being quite a haul away, I decided to give this a shot. My fir experience was waiting for ~35 minutes to get signed up, most of this waiting on a manager to come and authorize a gift card that was part of the deal. Not terrible, but one manager on duty it appeared, and she was running from cash register to cash register dealing with problems there. Not a huge deal, needed another MOD. I went to look for some 4K tvs, was pretty disappointed. Wasn't a requirement, but there were only one or two there. Plenty of 1080p, but those prices were just ok. Hit the baby aisle, grabbed a 4-pack of what I learned are the lowest reviewed bottles on Amazon, which meant I had to return the leakers later, not a huge deal but they seem to be a known bad product. Got some batteries for $17, saw them at Costco for $15 the next day. Yarrr... oh well, I needed them then. Needed some cat food, came out to 52 cents a can at Sam's, 50 cents a can at Walmart & Kroger. As I looked closely a lot of things seemed to be more expensive than they were elsewhere. There would be a couple of good deals and then something that was just out of left field. I thought maybe I was just looking a bit too closely at Sam's Club (since as a Costco guy I'm supposed to fight them or something.) During my visit to return the 3 leaking and one good bottle I'd purchased for my rugrat earlier I got stuck behind someone who had a special bakery order and was paying for it at the customer service register. This seemed odd to me, but whatever. After it took several minutes to get the computer/cash register working the person attempted to pay with a Visa, which they don't accept, discovering they don't accept this she left the stuff to go to another bakery. This particular bit of weirdness leads me to believe that nobody was checking membership cards, which wasted several minutes of my time and the customer service agent's time. During the early morning there's a machine that will dispense free samples to you if you scan your club card. From anywhere in the club you can hear it drone on, pause for 30 seconds, and then demand your soul. Or club card. This needs to be shut down for everyone's sanity. Their drink and snack options are - what - 3-5 aisles of snack foods (depending on where you draw the line on snacks) - amazing selection, no Sriracha? Sad. So much processed sugar you can't even handle it. Overall, I think this place could gain a couple of stars with a parking-lot repaint so people don't get jammed in trying to leave or enter, another manager on duty or authorized rep for helping the employees there, some competitive price checking of even just Walmart (their sister store,) and a bit more options in the sauces. read more

Still don't have the TV I ordered on August 7th with my Sam's Club Plus membership. They sent me an email and said it would be here on August 11th so I took off to be there for it so it didn't get stolen. It didn't arrive. I took off on the 12th and the 13th when they said it was coming each of THOSE days, too. THEN they said if it didn't come by the 14th to make sure to contact them, which I have- repeatedly. Their only response is that they are working on it. Their store is 10 miles from my house. They have already charged me for it. The store could have Just loaded the TV in one of their cars and drove it to my house. I hope everyone reads what horrible service I have gotten from Sam's Club! The store has done NOTHING to fix this! I should have just ordered it from Amazon Prime and it would have been here in TWO DAYS! I don't know what I was thinking ordering it from Them! They offered me a two month free membership extension for the wait but didn't offer me an explanation of where the TV is or when I would get it. If you own a small business or have a small army of children, odds are you can save a few bucks on your sundries shopping here. Oddly, there are no great prices here, and you have no option but to buy in bulk. And the place smells - over in the refrigerator area. What I would pay here for eight avocados, I can buy one for the same price at Aldi's or Trader Joe's.. so why would I buy eight, and have them all ripen at the same time? I could've picked up the items myself quicker than they provided them to me. Yassss! Yummy samples as always and friendly staff! I plan on returning as there are quite a few items I need to return to purchase. Great deals! Too good to pass up, like, UA jackets and clear food storage containers. This is a smaller Sam's Club but it isn't inferior at all. Snack Bar food really smelled and looked great. Keep in mind, this is the same company with Wal-Mart, people. Of course, lines & customer service could use some work but you'll always get a good deal on gas. I've been a member for awhile and mainly use my membership for groceries and toiletries. I hate that they don't accept coupons however, if you have a family this is the place to be. It's a Sams Club. If you've been to one you've been to them all. But anyway, this one seems to have a serious problem with cashiers. Every time we go in, there is a line, not just one or two people but at least 3-5 in each line, and there is only ever 1-3 cashiers open. Not a big deal, just plan on waiting 15 minutes in line. read more

I brought my car in 7 AM to have new tires put on. I had called in on Thursday about the appointment. The tires had an extra discount of $80. The person at the counter needed to have me pay for the $746 before the installation could begin. He continued to call repeatedly for one of the three managers on duty to come over and give COS approval. All they had to do was put their key in and turn it in the terminal. I waited 45 minutes after repeated calls by the rep in tires. He even called over the intercom and had to be a little rough with them. They responded by saying that they didn't appreciate that comment. We still waited another 10 minutes. I finally called the store and told them I had been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to come over and give approval. She said the manager would be right over. She came over and said that three managers were available but no one had come over to the department. She offered an apology. I'm really disappointed with this tyReally poor service. read more
