His office was closed at the time so he told me I could come by with my laptop to his place of residence and he would diagnose it at no cost. Files were backed up, but the long hours our DP put in was almost out the window with a deadline to get it to the studio. Sam is a very friendly guy. I had my hard drive crashed and eventually my OS was messed up. He fixed in a day and also bumped up some goodies. Make sure you have all your requirements fixed with him. Although I had some issues with the OS and sound drivers after the fix also but he was able to give me some advice on how to go about it. Reasonable rates and flexible. Found Sam through an ad in Craigslist... I tried installing a new wireless router and found myself completely locked out of my home network, with a work deadline and no tech-savvy friends.
