The vacuums were excellent. Jassir provided excellent customer service. He tried to rectify the issue. After 2 trips through the car wash my car was still dirty. Jassir informed the people at the entrance my car was dirty. The same gentleman was too busy. He was on his cell phone like my first trip through to direct me onto the track or to pretreat/spray my car. He did less on the second trip through. Jassir sprayed the area I pointed out. My favorite car wash! What a strange thing to say- but service is quick and staff members are courteous. Car looks beautiful after, and there are several different selections for washes and waxes. Staff sprays under carriage and sides of vehicle before entering the wash. Fully automated wash and there is air for tires and vacuums for the interior. I highly recommend. I was having a good day. I was giving this location another chance. The person greeted me initially was great. He even upgraded my service after explaining a few things to me. Then it was time to drive into the wash. I do not want to call out the name of the individual (Co...B) but he did not properly direct me in. Then rolled his eyes and made a negative remark about me when I asked what he needed me to do. Please give better directions instead of being rude. This is not good customer service. To top it off I am not the word you called me to your colleague (yes I heard you and I can read lips) when I asked a question. I know we all have bad days but this is unexceptionable. However they did not add the unwanted tire this time. So I guess that's a plus! What can you improve? Have your attendance wear darker shades and mask to cover their eye rolling and negative comments. Or teach them that everyone may not understand their head gestures, fingers, and sign pointing all moving in different directions as they are talking to their colleagues. Good car wash, free vacuum, can add rewash, if you can't figure out the payment system normal someone is there to do it for you

My car is in the shop having a replacement engine. The draft for the payment hits every night until it gets through my card. I have a rental and the manager refuses to give the monthly wash unless I put my tag to my other car on this rental to get washes. I showed her my account on my phone and my car is in the shop. Nothing they can do. So I loose money for something not being my fault while the money keeps being drafted out of my account. read more

I went to the car wash on May 29th, with my car, a Chevrolet Tahoe, and it scratched the hood very bad. I went to the manger to talk to him and he refused to give me a claim paper until I called the office above them to give me a claim paper. Then he gave me a claim paper and then he told me those scratches weren't from our car wash. I do not recommend this car wash, the customer service is really bad, and didn't believe me. Great place. Only reason for the 4 stars, is some of the vacuums are not at full speed. Need to be upgraded or cleaned. The bathrooms are not always the cleanest. However employees are pretty friendly and cordial. read more

Great place to go get your whip cleaned up. Super fast and easy to do. Staff is friendly though interaction is as limited as you would like. You pull up to a touch screen interface and choose your type of wash based on your preferences. After you pay you roll up to the workers who help guide you on the track. They spray your car down and get an initial scrub before you take off into the wash. Upon the cleaning and the exit of the wash you will pull out and into a bay where you can dry off your car. And as an added bonus they have free vacuums. They also have various items available for purchase like towels and other things that aid in cleaning your car up. Super easy car wash. Whomever emailed me was extremely rude, and nothing ever was settled. Even still I continued to go. I'm very regular customer with this car wash , cleaning my cars frequently there , last time , i washed my car and the washing machines at sam's car wash broke my antenna cover , i found out later that day that i lost the cover , but it's not a big issue , i ordered one alternate online for $15, and when it delivered to me ,it didn't fit, i contacted the car dealership where i bought the car from , they told me you have to get it directly from original dealership parts , and it cost $200 the part by itself. When i got this information from them , i went back to sams car wash and i claim the issue and i showed them that the screw inside the part was broken from the base screw , the responsible guy at sam's called me back for my claim , he told me we have limited time frame to get back to the cameras and we cannot get back for a month back , noted that most of the security cameras you can get back easily more than a month back. I am always pleased with the results after getting a wash here. They move things along quickly especially when there it's busy. I like the unlimited wash club but I wish it applied to at least two cars. But if you get a top wash, you get one free to use in the next four days which is great. The absolute best car wash service I have ever had. Had an entire gallon of paint spilled on my car so I went to get it washed. Being new to Charlotte I had no idea where to go, but I live close by and needed to get my car cleaned fast! The two men working spent almost an hour hand washing the car until every paint drop was off. This is a relatively new car wash and I have always been pleased when coming here. It is a self serve drive through wash with free vacuums for you to use once you are completed with the wash part. There are many options for you to choose from but I usually opt for the $15 Top Wash since it glosses your tires and cleans your rims. With the Top Wash, you also receive a code for a free second Top Wash which is valid for four days. The staff here is always friendly and they even sometimes dry off spots of water that the dryer may have not got off. All in all, this is a decent wash for the price you pay and it's convenient to the University/Harrisburg areas. For the exterior, this place does just as well as some of the full service washes you can go to that cost more. I will keep going there as my go to car wash place for now. read more

I was disappointed with my visit today. I usually go to the one in Matthews and absolutely love it! The first thing was the smell, the water smelled rotten. Then there was the vacuums. They sucked, and not the way vacuums are supposed to suck. These were some of the weakest vacuums I've ever used. I went here because it was closer to what I was doing but in the future I'll stick with the Matthews location. read more

I didn't have an issue with this place the few times I went before but this past time I went on August 30, 2019 and the workers ruined my front bumper with carbon fiber lip. The workers did not know how to direct me into the car wash and got my whole bumper stuck between the rails, after trying to take it out the got the brilliant idea to cut my carbon fiber lip off. Had to file a claim but then was called back just so they could tell me they weren't going to pay for the damages they caused. I've been a member since the day they opened, I've had issues with the kids working at the Huntersville location when they asked me to bring my vehicle to a car wash before I bring it to them, yup that happened and I contacted corporate and they took care of the situation. This time around in a different vehicle during the wash the clear coat on my 2015 black car peeled a little and it's getting worse I contacted them and I've been getting the run around and the will not stand to be responsible to fix the damage they caused, I've spoken to 2 different businesses and both had the same answer that a power washer caused the peeling no other damage in the paint, so the next stop is court for me and for you, try to avoid them because bottom line if and when something does go wrong in their system and you vehicle gets damaged it's on you read more

Ripped my bumber off. My back bumber was slightly sticking off the car due to some clips popping out, but they taped it down to avoid it being pulled by the washing equipment. Well I guess the tape didn't hold and the bumber got caught, ripped substantially off my car, and cracked. And it really bothers me because one of the guys came up to my car after it had gone through the wash to dry it and he removed the tape and didn't say anything about the tape being lose or my hanging bumber. Their car wash significantly damaged my car..it will cost me $400 dollars to replace my back bumber, and they let me drive away without taking responsibility. read more

Been to the one in Gastonia 25x with my truck the exact same way. Had a light bar on top and never had any issuses with going through a car wash until just this past weekend and I noticed there was a new guy running the little control pad before you go into the wash area. So I didn't think nothing of it and went through well I got to the first roller and it hit the truck so hard it stopped completely then the track proceeded on through and got to the 2nd roller on top and it completely tore the lightbar mounts out of one side, so then the door jam wasn't sealed due to the top of the door being bent out from the lint being ripped out of the door jam so it soaked me and the whole driver side interior of the truck.
