    AVOID SAMSUNG AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAIN...LIKE DANTE'S INFERNOR PERGATORY LIKE PAIN I ordered a dryer from Samsung direct in December 2022. The dryer was delivered 1/5/23 defective, as it sounded like a helicopter when it ran. The delivery company, a third party RXO, told me I would have to take it up to Samsung. It took three separate calls, before finally speaking with someone that can help. I used the online tool to flag my defect, and was called by a rep, only to be told that I was talking to the wrong department (order support), and that I would need to talk to someone in the warranty department. Somehow I was transferred to tech support, and then I was dropped. I am resilient, so I did call two more times. Third time was a charm. Mind you this was an hour and 15 minutes of holds and transfers later. Finally Samsung then agreed to replace the dryer. I was then told to circle up with the third party to schedule a replacement. I called RXO the next day, and they said they had no note to replace the dryer and to call Samsung. So the song and dance began again. Another day, another hour trying to connect to Samsung. Another day or two pass, and I call RXO and they agree to replace the dryer. Three weeks later, 1/25/22, the dryer was replaced with: you guessed it, another dryer with the same defect. The driver told me it was common. It is now 3/9/22, nearly three months from my original order, and six weeks since the 2nd defective dryer was delivered. I receive a note every 3 weeks from Samsung saying "we are still looking into this." Currently, I am on hold yet again. Hence, I am able to draft a novel on my experience. I hope you read this and spare yourself the pain.

    This is it - my first bad review. What a waste of time this store is. Our phone carrier (Verizon) sent us here saying the store would have what we needed for my Samsung galaxy's broken screen - NOPE. The employees were rude dismissive and so unhelpful. They took one look at the screen and said we'd have to buy a new phone...the phone is two weeks old! It was never dropped and was in a case the entirety of its short life. What happened? A piece of SAND got into the case and somehow ruined the whole phone. The whole phone is somehow so completely vulnerable and sensitive that sand from a pocket (not even from being dropped in the sand) destroyed the entire $800 phone. What is Samsung thinking??? How is this whole company even in existence. Unbelievable.

    They sold me a cover that does not even fit my tablet and not the friendliest. They are most knowledgeable.

    Phenomenal service, I traded my phone for a new flip and Harry helped me out with each part of my transaction. Definitely coming back!

    Went in this store to just to check it out. I like it. I am also glad it doesn't smell frowzy in the store, unlike another store.

    This is actually the first time that I have ever written a review of a business and I am doing so…read morebecause I truly am appreciative of the great customer service that I recently received when I had two of the screens and the battery replaced on my i-phone 6 and i-phone 6 plus . I went to the street talk in Roosevelt Field mall directly in front of AT&T, and was helped by the male tech there whose name is something like "RanJan" I went on my lunch break and was able to wait and watch him actually do the repair. The price was pretty reasonable/competitive and they did offer me a discount since I had more than one thing being serviced. In any event, they fixed a screen apple wouldn't fix and it was less than it would have cost me if apple did do it. Unfortunately, about a week later there was an issue with the battery I was given (it must have been defective) and it pushed up and broke the replacement screen. I brought the phone back and he called the owner and the screen and battery were replaced again at no charge. Thank you again for your great customer service and I will be sure to come back to you if I ever need my phones repaired in the future.

We then gave the phone to my son for Christmas and when he opened the box, the phone no longer worked when we went back. It was after their luxurious 15 day warranty. And they wouldn't help us at all. They wouldn't even look for the repair ticket in their computer system unless we had the specific date of the transaction which sounds like the most outdated computer system on the planet. You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. The warranty being 15 days is a piece of paper with words on it. Anyone is allowed to be helpful if they so choose.
