This business lied to me and if I could rate this business negative stars I would. Samsung sent my monitor here for repair. The monitor was sent with zero damage. I took photos prior to sending it to avoid this. I received an email stating that the product appearance said, "Scratch Side". I called the repair center and asked why their repair center said there is damage when I sent it without damage. I spoke with someone that said his named was "Andre Howard". He said there is "no damage at all", but their auto generated emails sometimes say that, but it is an issue they needed to fix on their end. I asked repeatedly for an email confirmation that there is no damage. He said that there is no way for them to do that. I asked for a shop email that I could email, and they reply to me with conformation, and he said there was no shop email for me to contact. I asked for a supervisor's email or phone number who I could contact and get it in writing that there was no damage and he said there is no email or phone for a supervisor. I asked for his name, and he said it was "Andre Howard" but if I called back and asked for him next week he said he "probably wouldn't be there" because he "Would be on vacation". This is extremely sketchy and unprofessional. He then "assured" me that he is not allowed to lie to me because that call is recorded so he could get in trouble for lying. I received it back two weeks later (today). They didn't send it back with a power cord AND now there IS damage to it.

Case cracked in half, screen cracked severely.

Samsung instructed me to bring a monitor with a minor sound defect to UPS, where they would examine the unit, pack it, and ship it. IT was shipped to Techeim in Riverdale. After weeks of waiting, I got an email from Samsung/Techeim claiming that the unit was received in damaged condition, and there would be a cost to repair it. When I refused, they shipped it back smashed and broken, the casing coming apart at the seams and the screen cracked, with a clear, major impact point on a corner, just as in the pictures in other reviews. Samsung was not helpful at all, but after several more weeks and many calls and chats with Samsung, they agreed to a new ticket to send it back to them a second time. A couple more weeks - now NINE WEEKS IN TOTAL SO FAR - and now Techeim claims they cannot repair it because the serial number tag is missing. I have a photo proving that the tag was on the monitor when I packed it to send it back the second time. They just keep on lying. Techeim is running a scam up there in Riverdale NJ, and Samsung does not care!

I have yet to have a good customer service experience with Samsung in 74 years. I don't know what made me think they could put a new battery in a tablet and be fine with it. My tablet was in pristine condition except for needing a battery and USB port replacement. After two months and not being able to find my table at their shop, they cancelled my order saying they didn't have parts (which I found on Amazon, so they lied). I asked them to return it so I could fix it myself. Two months later after making a complaint to the "CEO" on their website, I finally got it back along with $85 for the trouble I went through for four months. I was anxious to get it back so I could attempt to fix it myself. BUT, they thoroughly destroyed it so that it could not be repaired. Ear bud port broken in two places, USB port broken in two places, tablet bent to shit, screen coming off, micro SD card missing. Looked like it was thrown across a parking lot and then run over. Totally unusable and unrepairable. The so called "CEO: at the complaint department as much as said, so sad, too bad we can do nothing else. I implore all potential customers to NEVER buy anything Samsung. The tablet was not the first appliance or item that went through a disaster no-customer service. I should have learned my lesson the first time. They do not stand behind their products, they don't take care of your propertry, and they don't give a flying fairy butt about you.

Just received my monitor back from them (which was defective in the first place), and they sent it back CRACKED. And you can tell it wasn't cracked during shipping because someone (at the service center) put tape on the crack. This is ridiculous!!! I use this monitor for working at home and now I'm going to have to go through a whole other process to get it replaced.

Came in packaging completely destroyed and scratched from the warehouse

More photos, to show what these POS did to my tv. Samsung will not reply to me nothing. Their customer service is horrible! Never am buying another Samsung product again!

I bought a Samsung monitor off Amazon. The product was defective out of the box. It powers itself off, and then back on multiple times a minute. This make it extremely annoying to try and do any work on. Random lines on the screen will also stay lit after my PC is turned off. I sent it in for warranty repair. The first time Samsung claimed to replace a defective part. I received it back and still had the same problem. I sent it in a second time. They claimed no problem was found, and sent it back. Still having the same issue, I called to send it in a third time, and I sent pictures and a video of its exact problems. They said they would escalate it for replacement since they have been unable to fix it thus far. They sent me a QR code I was supposed to take to UPS were they would package it and ship it for me this time. A few days after dropping it off, I received a call from Samsung saying the monitor screen was damaged in transport and I would have to pay to have it fixed. I explained that UPS packaged and shipped it this time. They said they would file a claim and they would contact me in 5-8 business days. After they 8 business with no response, I called back. The agent said UPS cancelled the claim because the screen was damaged when I brought it in. This is completely untrue. They tried to reissue the claim again, and told me to wait another 5-8 business days. I waited again with no response. When I called back, they said UPS still claims it was damaged when I brought it in, and I would have to pay for it to be repaired. I've been been in contact with the UPS store trying to get the video of when I dropped it off, but they've been stonewalling me. This is absolutely unacceptable. It wouldn't even have gotten damaged if they fixed it the first TWO times I sent it in. I told them I wanted them to send it back, because I would not giving them more money to TRY and fix it a third time, when it should be free, and they failed to do it properly the first two times. They said they would send it back, but I've yet to get confirmation or a tracking number.

This repair center in Riverdale are a bunch of crooks. If I could give no stars I would. Sent my 2 month old, 32" smart TV in for a no picture problem under warranty. I run a shipping warehouse and have been shipping electronics for 15 years here in PA. I sent it in it's original box with the form fitting clamshell Styrofoam and none of the accessories as required. I also added large 1/2" bubble wrap between the screen and inside of the box. I also boxed that box inside another box with packing peanuts. Shipped on 3/14/22 and they received it the next day. 10 days later I get an email asking for $120 to fix the TV as it was damaged and not covered. Well, I asked for pictures and they sent me pictures of a long crack across the screen and 2 visible impact points. Asked for pictures of the original box and it shows no signs of any damage or creases on it. The pictures were supposedly taken the day they received it. So, I never got an answer as to why it took 10 days to notify me if they saw damage the day they received it?? My only conclusion is, they removed it from the box to check it out and sometime later, it fell over onto some tools or something on the bench and the impact cracked the screen! They continue to say they got it that way and Samsung was no help. They tried to put a claim in to UPS but it was denied because there was no box damage. All I can say is I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again and will recommend any people I know to stay away from their products. It's the worst warranty experience I've ever had and I'm out $225 on a TV that lasted less than 2 months. The people in this repair center are about as dishonest as they come and looking on Yelp at the other one star reviews of this place, it's a wonder they are still in business. Samsung should be ashamed!

Pictures they sent me for all 3 tablets supposedly! After they already shipped them out!

Residential network help isn't easy to find so I was just guessing when I called Gio at ITProServ. I promised myself that I'd leave reviews so others in my situation can get some more clues. Gio was great to work with. Super nice guy (which helps when you're bringing someone into your home) that got my job done efficiently and effectively and for what I think was a fair price. Please avoid. My…read morelaptop was clearly crashing I noted all the blue screen check sum messages to Brian the owner. He offered a " free" diagnostic and told me he would clean up the machine and make it faster for $100. I got it home, and since I rarely use the machine I activated it seversl months later. The same blue screen errors appeared, it went to DOS and crashed just as it had when i first brought it in, and I called Brian Skaff who told me to bring it in again. I did; left it there a few days and he again insisted NOTHING happened when they tested it. He said the laptop was fine. At this point I began to question what I had spent $100 for. My question to him when I got it home and AGAIN I got check sum errors and blue screen was what exactly did I pay for? This is a laptop 7 years old rarely used. I would have appreciated during the "free" diagnostic an honest appraisal, that the machine was beyond repair, instead I was charged $100 for I don't know what. I explained I was an ipad user, and asked him what he did for the $100. Brian became agitated with me, blamed me since when in his possesion "there was nothing wrong" ultimately I took pictures of the blue screens and emailed them. At this point he concluded it may be a hard drive problem( as I had originally suspected) and quoted me a price of 289 roughly to fix. Am I a fool? $289 plus the 100 already spent buys an new laptop. This man is defensive, corrupt, and takes advantage of someone like me who is financially strapped and not computer savvy. I repeatedly advised him as an ipad user I would be using the laptop rarely and that I was likely to bring it home store it and not use it for months, but when and if I needed it I expected it to work. Avoid at all costs. I still don't know why the 100 was charged for a clearly fried laptop and when. I try to pin him to what was done he elevates his voice and blames it on me. The honest thing to do was advise me the laptop was betond repair. How dare he charge me $100 for nothing? My mistake is I trusting this business.
