Great personalized service from Kate. She gave great suggestions that were spot on! The food was perfectly cooked to order and came out very quickly. Great burgers and fries and the crispy Brussels sprouts were top notch. Also, delicious cocktails at a very reasonable price!

While traveling for work I was looking for a good place to treat myself. Based on the reviews this place looked promising and boy did it not disappoint.I ended up having dinner here two nights in a row! The first night I had a peanut butter smash burger that was amazing with a Ghirardelli slice of cake (sorry forgot to take pics I was too hungry ) But the second night I had the Steak Frites and a craft cocktail which was the perfect "last meal" of my trip. The server remembered me the second time and was so pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks on the outside and it very lively and full of life. Samuel's is doing it right!

Amazing! The staff could not be more friendly. We were made to feel so welcome. Great craft beer and cocktails. We ordered the brussel sprouts, hot honey chicken sandwich, Chicken Milanese and chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was spectacular! A cute little place that knows how to serve great food and customer service.

    Brussels sprouts and Caesar salad!

Very nice place to eat looks clean and the window view looks great. We ate Streak and fries upgrade so good, Brussels sprouts BOMB! Peanut butter smashed burger soft and delicious, lastly the favorite Caesar salad hit the spot! Our server was very friendly and polite.

    Tennessee Style Jalapeño Slaw Burger

The very FIRST burger of the moment for March...waited while it was created. Had the sweet potato bravas while I waited for the creation. And the very first Tennessee Style Jalapeño Slaw Burger was born. Awesome place, great service and staff. Definitely a must eat at spot....if you are in Evansville and haven't eaten here...what are you waiting for? Enjoyable spot each and every time.

Amazing! We had the Brussels spouts, truffle fries, the PBJ and the sweet spicy special and everything was beyond fantastic! Won't be disappointed, I guarantee it!

Was in town for a concert and wanted something local. Went to Yelp and reviews were great and it was within walking distance to our venue. One of the reviews said to arrive early, I'm glad we did, as it fills up pretty quick. A nice little cozy restaurant with a big red door, you can't miss it. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the service from the staff was over the top. I really enjoyed how they all helped each other, true teamwork! We started our meal with the signature Brussel sprouts, they were amazing. We each had the wagu burger, it was delicious. If your in the area make this a must stop, you'll not be disappointed!

Great mocktail, yummy Caesar salad and a mouth watering hot honey chicken sandwich. Unexpected, delicious, and delightful.

I visited right when they opened on a Thursday morning and was seated immediately. I started with the Brussels sprouts, which arrived quickly and were delicious. The steak and frites followed shortly after, and everything was cooked perfectly. The service was fast and friendly, and my drink was just as good as the food. If you're in downtown Evansville, this place is definitely worth a visit!

My fiancé and my FAVORITE place in Evansville, IN! We love the classic smash, Nashville hot chicken and the spicy fries. We love this place so much that we got engaged here and plan on doing engagement pictures here as well! We love the staff, vibes, food and drinks. Nothing bad to say about this GEMin Evansville!

Everything was on point for lunch just like it always is. Service came with a smile and I never had to ask for anything. The food was fresh and the team is amazing. My only small critique is that the pricing is a little higher for lunch, but since it is dine in and practically fine dining, you definitely get what you pay for.

Trusting their website advice to overlook the appearance of their restaurant, which is located in an older house in a more industrial area, we decided to have dinner in a non traditional restaurant, and we were very glad that we did. The service was excellent, so friendly and efficient that we could have been in a 5 star restaurant. But you wouldn't find food that good in most fancy restaurants. We started with a plate of fried green tomatoes, and while no one is ever going to fix them as well as Daddy did in his iron skillet, they provided a dip to join them that was quite good... certainly, not one that Daddy ever thought of! Auntie had the pulled pork dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy & apple sauce. She ordered the appetizer brussell sprouts, and they were amazing! Hubby went with one of his favorite meals: fried catfish; yes, he almost inhaled it! As always, his German fried potatoes were great, and what can you really say about cottage cheese? It was there, and he ate it I went for the kubuki steak with fried cabbage & onions & mushrooms. The fried rice was delicious, but the ribeye took "delicious" to a whole new level! Oh! My goodness! It practically melted in my mouth! And the cabbage!! Wonderful! The "50's" down-home furnishings were likely family hand-me-downs & yard-sale finds, not particularly pretty but serviceable and authentic. Everything was very clean, even the too-small restroom, which reminded me of the first one my grandmother ever had in her house. Again, it was clean, but there was a leak on the restroom floor, something that can easily be repaired. If you are looking for upscale decor, don't come here. But if you want terrific food, friendly service, and a delightful experience, be sure to visit the Cross Eyed Cricket; it's wonderful! I understand there's a sister Cross Eyed Cricket in a three-story building right in the middle of the charming downtown. Their food might be almost as good as we had, but I think the lost atmosphere will detract from the visit. It's your call!

The decor reminded us of a cabin from the 90s. The menu had American favorites. Our server, Cidney was amazing! Our drinks were full the entire meal. We ordered the breaded mushrooms with a cup of ranch added on. They came out fast. They were super crispy, tasty, and hot. Both the horseradish/mustard sauce and ranch were great! Both of us decided to order the catch of the day, which was mahi mahi. It wasn't necessarily blackened but it had an amazing grilled flavor. Our sides were the house salad with ranch and a loaded baked potato. The house salad was a generous size and tasted excellent. The potato was fresh and loaded up. This is only about lack of professionalism, respect, curtesy and tact…read more I ask the host for a booth for the 4 of us. She took us to a booth which was not roomy enough for us we moved to a regular table next to the booth we were seated at. The host returned to us a said we could not sit at that table because either it was not for a certain waitress or was reserved, I don't remember which reason that she gave and doesn't matter because I understood perfectly and apologized. I tried to explain that the booths weren't very "roomy", and since we hadn't been to Biaggi's before, we were unaware of that. The host said "well, you should have told me that in the first place" in a snotty tone and looked rather annoyed. How are we to know where we want to be seated, if we weren't aware of the seating options because we never were seated there before? I felt so insulted by her attitude and disrespect that we didn't even order, we just quietly walked towards the door, and apparently that didn't matter to the host, because she watched us pass right in front of her toward the door without saying a word. I know that Biaggi's has been around here for many years, and I hope that this young lady doesn't treat all of your customers like this. In closing I must say that, until now, I have never left a negative review for any restaurant in my life... and I'm 63 years old.
