Carla F. And Clizalia R. were so nice, patient and attentive. Carla saved us a lot of money and saved us even more once it was all said and done. They were both knowledgeable about diamonds, insurance, and the warranties offered. I am so excited to get my ring tomorrow!!! I didn't get my ring Saturday evening as planned due to the jeweler but I was able to pick up my rug and pendant Sunday afternoon. I had to call Saturday evening about 8pm to find out that my ring wouldn't be available, I would have preferred to have been given a call but Carla did call me Sunday when my ring was ready. I just want to say that I am no jewelry buff... but I do like good deals and good customer service! Kendrick helped my fiance and me pick out wedding bands. My fiance's ring was $179 originally. My ring was priced out $449. My fiance and I decided to go back in August for the rings. A day later, Kendrick called and left a message with my finace. Kendrick included that my fiance's ring was $30.56 and my ring was down to $221!!!! This was super exciting, as we are on a budget! That next day, we rushed to see Kendrick. We got my fiance's ring for $30.56 and the insurance was only $15! We checked out of there soo cheap! We also got to see Kendrick who was so nice and considerate enough to contact us when he knew a good deal! One draw back: I tried on a 1/4 karat t.w. anniversary band for $449 on my initial visit. I went to another jewelry store and found that I like the 1/2 karot better. On the second visit, I told a Samuels associate (not sure of name) that I didn't want to buy the 1/4 anymore... I wanted to try on the 1/2. She said, "Okay" and just rang up my fiance's $30 ring!! I mean, come on, she could have let me try on the 1/2 and then gave me the price but she did not want to go the extra mile. read more

The store has new employees EVERY TIME my spouse and make a trip to the store for a cleaning or even a scheduled inspection. The Management constantly changes. There is no continuity with the staff. The previous staff was polite and attentive. What I dislike is the way the operating procedure changes with every new staff. Other than those issues the store is clean. read more

When I went to shop there, I was ignored. Not even acknowledged. All I heard was them discuss the private parts of the human anatomy. I heard a song playing IN THE STORE talking about "twenty b*** in a lobby." One of the women that was there was not even wearing appropriate attire to fit her body. I'm a plus sized woman (I'm about her size) and i'd never be caught in that kind of attire. Nothing against her, i'm sure she is a nice woman, but dress to your body type. The place seemed completely unprofessional as a whole. The store looks fantastic from the outside, but I was unimpressed with the customer service when I walked in... or should I say "lack of" since I wasn't even acknowledged. They were too busy playing on their phones, in the back room (with the door open, made the store look weird), and discussing human genitalia. From what I did see, I'd like to shop there at some point, the jewelry you do have looks unique and interesting. I'd say get a new staff. read more

My husband and I bought our wedding bands from here. And we had to good service with them till recently. My husband and I went to have his wedding ring fix, the design on it starting to wear off. We left it on 11-7-14 and was told it would be up to 6 week before it would be back. We had not heard from them so my husband went in on 12-19-14 and ask what was going on with the ring he was told that it has not sent off yet. So it would be at 3 to 6 more weeks. I went in on 1-19-15 ask about the ring and I was told that it was a buy out. So I asked if I could have the ring back vs buy out. She told me no because the buyout has been there since November! I asked her how the body could have been there since November since my husband stopped it back in December and they told him the ring has not been sent off yet. She told me it was because she had a new employees and they didn't know what was going on. I asked isn't that their job to know what's going on. That's my husband's wedding me and that's not something to play around with. So then she looks me up in the computer and tells me she's been trying to call me she read me the number off the computer. Which is my number and then she tells me that it just keeps ringing and ringing and never goes to voicemail. I didn't tell her she must be calling the wrong number and asked her if she would call me. When she does that she dialed the number off the paper. So my phone does not ring and I asked her what number she's calling because that's not the one she just asked me about. She tells me she was calling the number on the paper and she was reading the numbers wrong. So she couldn't read the numbers right why didn't she go in the computer and look to see if there was another number? And then I asked if I could talk to a manager is she proceeded to tell me she's the manager and she's been ve again I will never recommend them to anyone. I am very d ry rude. And then I asked if I could have her district managers number. And she tells me she cannot do that. She gives me a corporate number which is only open 8 to 5 which is the course the hours I work. So I can't call the corporate number. Needless to say I will never use them isappointed with the way they handled this and the way they handle their self. This was my husband's wedding band not just ring. They have pretty much to stolen something that I can never get back!! read more

After leaving Zales and not really being happy with what options i was given, i stopped by Samuels and was helped by Carla. Not only did she present to me exactly what i was looking for, but she worked with me on the price until it was in my budget! i was incredibly happy with my purchase, and was very impressed with the customer service. I wanted to get something special for my girlfriend of two years, and Carla seemed to really care and want to help me make it happen! I recommend this store and location to everyone! read more

Samuels Jewelers used to be such a friendly, fun place to shop for unique jewelry, until the new manager, Clizalia Rios, started. As a person with jewelry experience myself, I found her to be rude, pushy, overbearing, and condescending. I've been working with the consultants, Carla, Lydia, and Kim, in the store for months trying to find the perfect diamond. They understood my needs and desires and have been extremely patient and welcoming each time I come in the store. My very first experience with Ms. Rios, she interrupted the presentation Carla was involved in with me and tried to talk me into other items and I feel she spoke down to me. She kept asking me what exact quality diamond I was looking for. I told her I would "know it when I saw it." She tried to review the 4c's with me, and when I declined, she insisted I tell her what the color and clarity I was looking for. I repeated myself four times that I would "know it when I saw it." She told me she would find me one if I could give her more information. I told her the the consultants understood my needs and would find something I am looking for, that I am looking for something over 1 1/2 ct in a princess shape. She asked me for my personal information once I told her this, saying she would keep in touch with me herself. I found that very unnecessary and intrusive as Carla, Lydia, and Kim already know me quite well. My second instance happened this evening. I was in the store viewing a diamond Carla and Lydia had brought in for my consideration. She called the store while I was there and I overheard her asking Kim if I had purchased it yet. I feel very rushed and pushed in this. This is a large purchase that I need time to consider my options. I feel that was extremely inappropriate. Hopefully, with more training, she'll becomd a better manager before she runs any other customers off! read more
