    Sashimi Lunch Box $15.95
    Scott W.

A few coworkers and I wanted to try something out of our norm for lunch so we decided to give Samurai Sushi a try. We arrived around 11:15am, were promptly seated and our server, Annie was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was not overly busy and the available seating areas were clean/orderly. I decided on the 7-piece Sashimi Lunch Box for $15.95. In my opinion, this is a bit pricy for a lunch item. The Lunch Box is served with miso soup, house salad, fried rice, clear noodle/seaweed salad, and cucumber squid salad. My meal was delicious and was presented well; however, I was still hungry when I left. My coworkers ordered (1) Any Two Rolls ($11.95); (2) Chicken Tempura Lunch Box ($11.95), and (3) Teriyaki Steak Lunch Box ($19.95). Once again, everyone was happy with their meals, but were still hungry when leaving. So, for the four of us to dine in, our bill came to $67.14 minus tip. Annie was great, so obviously we tipped 20% brining our bill near $80.00. All-in-all if you are not on a budget and can afford to spend roughly $20 per person to have lunch here, I recommend giving Samurai Sushi a try. The food was delicious, service was great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Although I enjoyed my experience here, I cannot make it a staple for lunch. I can go down the road a piece to Tomasino's, order their lunch special for $8-$9 and walk out stuffed for the rest of the day; there is no comparison. Regardless, I would definitely return to Samurai Sushi in the future they have a good thing going; however, I might just visit on special occasions.

Freshest, most custom made sushi you will find and locally owned. Service is phenomenal and the attention from the staff is second to none!!

I dropped by here for lunch as I was heading from Longwood to Heathrow. The atmosphere was for me more to a darker old world feel. I was greeted right away away when I entered and told being single I could seat where enter I wanted. The menu seemed to me to have a large selection. I decided on the 3 Roll lunch with Miso Soup. I had the Dynamite Roll, Alaskan Roll and the Salmon Avocado Roll. All 3 Rolls were very good and the service was spot on.

We always enjoy eating here the food is always fresh and delicious only one time they mess up on our today order. They have a happy hour menu special on sushi. The last time we went we try different dishes. Both were delicious.

I was craving Sushi and saw that Samurai Sushi has a lunch special. The deal was 3 sushi rolls with a salad or soup, for $10.95. The restaurant is bigger than I thought, and I guess that not many people know about this special because it wasn't packed. I ordered the Crunchy roll, special eel roll, and shrimp cucumber roll with a house salad. The salad was ok, nothing too special. The sushi was good, but not great. The Crunchy roll stood out to me the most. My wife got the chicken teriyaki lunch Bento Box and I was kinda jealous. She had her teriyaki chicken breast, with fried rice, house salad, and clear noodles. Definitely something I'd try, if I were to visit for lunch again. They have a happy hour from 5pm-7pm, along with sushi bar seating so you can see all the sushi artistry go down, or swing down some sake at the bar.

Sat here for almost 15 minutes the place is not busy whatsoever BUT I am the only BLACK person in here and somehow some way they continue to walk past me not even offer me a drink of water! Very horrible it's 2022 get over you fckn racist ways bastards !

The atmosphere here is cosy and the food was really good. This is a good place to eat in my opinion. The sushi was also able to be customized, so that was pretty cool. I came with some friends and i consider coming here to try again.

Great place. Quickly seated. Food arrived quick. The cowboy steak was perfectly cooked, I got medium. Just the right amount of tenderness. 16oz. Massive portion. Wings were deep fried / lemon pepper. Loved it. The sashimi was fresh. Host was friendly. The lady who sat us down was rude though, took 1 start off for that.

I have Samaria one last try but paying $16 for this just isn't worth it. Mikados and Yabi give way more sushi for this price.

I really liked the low lighting atmosphere and the attention to detail like the little lamps and oragami shaped napkins on each table. They also had this awesome labubu dressed in Thai clothes. Service was great (shoutout to Jan for being so friendly) Food we ate: Praram Chicken Curry: 10000/10!! I've never had it until I came here but it's now my new favorite (even more than drunken noodle). It's sweet, creamy, and nutty and it's delicious with the chicken and rice. They also add a fried sweet potato which is really good. Level hot was really good mixed with the sweet Drunken noodle: This is my favorite Thai dish and they do it right!! Very very good. Tom Kha: Very yum. Usually I like it with a bit more coconut milk, this one was strong on the lemon grass but I still loved it. Golden puffs: crab Rangoon's can never go wrong and the plum sauce was tasty. Sushi - Dynamite: Not the best but not definitely not the worst. I think I would try the shrimp tempura instead of salmon next time.

Instead of just leaving the spring rolls at the table, they took the spring rolls back to the kitchen and brought out the summer rolls about 10 minutes later. My mom and I both ordered pad Thai. The portion size was large, but the flavor was disappointing. The sauce was light and it was just lacking flavor. Overall, service was slow and the food was just okay. I definitely recommend other Thai restaurants in Orlando.

We heard about the grilled pork chop being superb so we trolled the minuscule parking lot looking for a precious parking place until we finally found one - the last one on a mid-week night. What must this place be like on Fri & Sat nights? Our service was absolutely glacial. It was non-existent for the first 8-10 minutes as we were completely ignored. Do not confuse activity with production. Folks are moving around - they just don't do anything. Finally a cheerful gal appeared to give us menus & take drink orders. Slow service continued and is the overriding theme of this restaurant. Our observation: clearly regulars get preferential treatment. We watched wait-staff acknowledge and chat up folks while completely ignoring others sitting at the next table. Not professional, and certainly no bueno if the restaurant wants to attract new customers. The pork chop was very small - not even close to resembling the picture on the menu. It was just average; the kale accompaniment was so bitter we couldn't eat it; and the small portion of mashed potato was the only redeeming item on the plate. Charging my guest $1 to substitute broccoli for kale at the prices we were charged was a rip-off. Just so mickey mouse The bread pudding was over-cooked and frankly inedible. Our meal as a whole was too expensive and very, very mediocre. The lousy service really ought to be addressed - if not for the private-club feel regarding prompt service only for the regulars at the expense of new customers, this place would surely close. We came, we saw, we ate, we're done. Extremely doubtful we'll ever go back to Stonewood in Heathrow. Just not a good meal.

The service here was friendly and professional and it has an overall pleasant ambiance. It definitely suits an upscale supermarket. What I like best about the Fresh Market is the quality of their food, especially their meat department and produce department. I came in on a Tuesday because their ground beef and chicken is on sale every Tuesday and their ground beef (which is grounded in-house) and chicken is so superior to every other supermarket. Their steaks are also phenomenal. The Fresh Market is a fantastic option in terms of an upscale supermarket. Their meat department and produce department, as I mentioned are probably my two favorite departments, but the whole supermarket is definitely stellar. The deli is great and even their groceries are good. Oh, don't forget their bakery. They have great cakes and bread. The Fresh Market is a great choice and this location definitely earns five stars. Go check them out for yourself.

I have been an on again off again Fresh Market shopper and have purchased their weekly 'Little Big Meals' or Tuesday's discount meat specials and the occasional deli chicken. I was a little disenchanted because although the quality is good it is not a place I can afford to do a week's worth of grocery shopping. They have very attractive displays and lighting which is kind of like a foodie's kid in a candy store experience. I did not realize what quality deli prepared meals they have for the average $5. I realize this is a marketing attempt to get you into the store but it is totally working for me! These rotating meal deals typically offer a significant discount on popular prepared items. Tuesday: $5 12" Hot and Fresh Pizzas (Deli). There is a limit of 2 per guest. There is a menu so it is not build your own. They offer traditional flavors but also Mike's Hot Honey Pepperoni, Pepe Fromage Pizza and my favorite Ensalada which is topped with arugula, red onions and a balsamic reduction. Wednesday: $5 Paninis (Deli). Thursday: $5 Bistro Meals or $5 Whole Roasted Chickens (Deli). Bistro Meals typically include one entrée and two sides; guests can often purchase up to 4. This is a deal because many times the protein alone would be more than the $5 meal deal. You get to choose two of any cold deli salad or hot side items. I think going early is key so you get the run of the protein choices. They also offer $5 roasted chickens and my favorite flavor is garlic thyme. These go fast. Friday: $5/lb Cooked Chicken Wings (Deli). There are roughly 12 wings in a pound. Sauce flavors are Parmesan garlic, Buffalo, BBQ and plain. They usually have one flavor of sauced wings in the case but can add the sauce of your choice to the plain wings. The Fresh Market employees in the Deli department have proven to be very patient. There can be a line up to order a meal but they don't rush you. One night I wanted the garlic thyme flavor chicken and they had the last batch in the oven. It was around seven and she said they would be ready in 15 minutes and would set one aside for me. As a budget conscious shopper who still wants restaurant quality meals these deals hit the spot.

The Coconut Shrimp roll was sweet from the coconut sauce and the coconut added a yummy flavor and texture to the roll, as well. If you like coconut and sweet rolls, you'll love this. The Florida roll was GAS ! I just started getting into spicy food and spicy tuna recently and this was just perfect. The right amount of bite and the spicy tuna on top tasted so good. It seems like they mash it up, which makes it easier to chew than typical raw tuna. A great savory roll and the flavor profile was just right, adding the eel sauce was a nice touch. The Alaska Roll speaks for itself, I mean look at that mountain of crunch I got it both times I went (inadvertently). I think I got it right with the name... She checked on us often and provided suggestions to make sure we got plates we would enjoy. The cocktail menu.....wow! This visit was no exception -- the food was genuinely excellent. That said, the business model is starting to feel aggressive. Every interaction is an upsell opportunity, and you quickly realize you're on high alert the entire meal, almost battling the server at every turn just to avoid quietly running up the bill. It starts the moment you sit down: "Is bottled water okay?" -- which, of course, is an upcharge. When we ordered Pisco Sours, instead of just bringing the standard version, the server recommended the Peruvian one, about $5 more. For starters, my wife wanted a chicken dish, but the server suggested a beef dish, mentioning it could be made with chicken instead. The catch: there was no price reduction for swapping to chicken, leaving us paying $12 more than the original chicken dish would have cost. I had the Lomo Saltado, which was fantastic, and asked for fries instead of the yellow potatoes. I don't mind an upcharge -- but it would have been nice to be told upfront. A simple "there's a small upcharge for that" would have been fine. They also take photos of you at the table, which is pleasant enough on its own, but by then you're conditioned to wonder what it's going to cost. When the check arrived, an 18% gratuity had already been added, with the option to tip more on top. We declined to add extra. The food really is excellent, and we may go back for that reason alone. But be prepared to stay on your toes -- every choice seems designed to nudge the bill higher, and you'll spend the meal defending your wallet rather than relaxing into it.
