We had an unexpected issue with our Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Lexus RX 350h the same night we drove…read moreit off the lot, and I honestly couldn't have been more impressed with how Lexus of Las Vegas handled it. They immediately took care of us, kept us informed every step of the way, covered our expenses, and even put us up in a suite at the Cosmopolitan while they worked to resolve everything. What could have been a terrible experience turned into one that truly showed how much they value their customers. A huge thank you to Bryce for being an amazing salesperson, David and Justin in Service for taking such great care of us, and Tommy for making sure everything was handled the right way. Things can go wrong with any vehicle, but great customer service is how a dealership responds--and Lexus of Las Vegas absolutely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

TL;DR: Do buy a car from Alex, do NOT buy a car from Michael!…read more I went in on a Saturday to take a look at the new ES EV. Michael met me at the door, and asked if he could help me, and I told him I wanted to look at a new ES EV. Without asking what trim level or options I wanted, he just walked over to an ES in the showroom (there were two ES EVs parked outside, but I guess he didn't know?), but it was a hybrid. Then he says, "I think I have an ES EV 350 somewhere." I say, "I'm not actually looking for that. I was looking for an ES EV 500 Luxury." He says, "I don't know if we have one," and proceeds to just stand there. So after a weird 5 seconds of silence, I say, "Can we go see if you guys have one?" So we go to a desk where he looks it up and says, "we have an ES EV 500 in the service center; it looks like there was some damage in transit." I look at the screen, and I say, "I wanted to look at an ES EV 500 Luxury, if you have one, but that one is a Premium trim." He says, "oh yeah!" and clicks on the screen a bit, and then says, "we don't have any, and the next won't be coming in until a week or two." So then I ask if I can at least look at the ES EV 500 Premium then, and he says he needs to go talk to a sales manager. After a few minutes, he comes back, and says that he can go get the car and bring it back, and that will only take about 5 minutes. I tell him that sounds good, and he leaves. After a few minutes, I call my girlfriend, we chat for a little bit, and then I'm just looking at the various cars in the showroom to kill some time. Eventually, I look at the time, and it's been over 25 minutes. I walk around and see no sign of him, so I talk to a woman who calls him to tell him a customer is waiting for him. At that moment, he pulls up in a BMW, walks in, and says the ES EV is locked in the paint bay and the guy with the key won't be back until Monday. He asks if I can come back on Monday, and I tell him I can't. I then tell him that it was pretty frustrating that he made me wait for almost half an hour with no updates. Instead of apologizing, he says, "well, I don't think it's even been 20 minutes, because the service center is only like 2 minutes away." At which point, I'm now really irritated, because this jerk is not only not apologetic at all, he is trying to tell me that my experience of the passage of time is somehow incorrect. I pull out my phone and show him that I called my girlfriend 22 minutes prior, and that was a few minutes after he had already left. Then, instead of apologizing or admitting he's wrong, he says, "well, I don't know what you are expecting to happen next." I say, "I don't know why you're trying to tell me that I'm wrong about the facts when I have shown you actual proof of how much time has passed," and he says, "I don't think it's been that long". So then I say, "why don't we go look at the security camera footage and you can see how long it's been," to which, he says, "ok, let's go," but then as he turns, I think he realizes he probably doesn't have the authority to do that, and then turns back and just says, "I don't know what you want to happen next." I tell him I want to talk to anybody else, and Alex comes over. Alex is actually nice, listens to what had happened, and he apologizes on behalf of Michael. Alex shows me an ES EV 350 Premium, which is the only trim level available to look at, and is professional and knowledgeable. The ES EV is not a great EV (but that's Toyota's fault, not any salesperson's), so I'm not buying the ES EV, but if I were to buy any Lexus, I would recommend talking to Alex, and to never buy one from Michael.
