I was thinking about Jeep, Genesis (signing a new lease) or maybe going back to Lexus. I walked into without an appointment and was greeted while all the salesman were working and a few minutes later Sergio introduced himself. We talked about what I want and what my situation was. I hate dealerships but this one was different. I've owned about 20 car's throughout my years. I've walked out of countless dealers because of games, pushiness, almost harassment. Not here. Without making this review too long, Jodi the manager came over, sat down and gave me real, honest numbers without all the nonsense most dealers do. Her presence is strong and she knows the business. It was late and they were closing so I left and came back 2 days later (my next day off) and she remembered the exact deal and once again, sat down, talked to me and gave me a bare bottom price that ended up being better than I expected. 20 minutes later I signed paperwork, got my new VW and I couldn't be happier. Sergio and Jodi worked flawlessly together, both smiled, had amazing attitudes and because of them, I drive a 2026 Tiguan.

I also bought extended warranty because VW sadly have a lot of issues and I'm never buying another VW/Audi. Then I went to autonation VW on Sahara for an oil change as well as the one on Gibson because their oil change was MUCH cheaper. Shop around you guys, oil change here is way overpriced. Last year in March I needed to use my warranty, I specifically booked it the same time I'd be out of the country for 10 days and asked the advisor (not Evelyn, some other incompetent guy) if that would be enough time to drop my car off and get worked on, he assured me that would be plenty of time. Dropped my car off 2 days before I left the country. Told him to call or text anytime. He called me 3 days into my trip to let me know they're waiting for the warranty company to approve my claim. This went on for days of him saying they were waiting for the claim to be approved. Back and forth nearly everyday in my trip, it was never done. I got back to town and it was never done, my car was never worked on. I gave him a deadline of when I needed my car, I had something very important 2 days after getting back. My car was never worked on until the day before. They worked on it until the day I needed my car back and took forever to get my uber sent to me to go pick it up. I was late to where I needed to be that was extremely important. They're so incompetent. This whole time I never complained, never got upset, told them they needed to get it done. I should've raised hell. And the guy Andy Lammers is extremely condescending. I've dealt with him 3 separate times and they were all negative experiences. Sticking with Evelyn until I get rid of my car. 2 stars because Evelyn is great or I'd give 0.

The online shopping experience was straightforward, and the communication and text updates were smooth and non-burdensome. I did the financing online to get an idea of where we would be and also sought out financing through America First Credit Union to make sure I had the best interest rate (in the economy, you have to save where you can). We test-drove the car with Bryan M., and he was great to work with. The CarMax experience is definitely different because there aren't any deals or haggled pricing, so you will want to do your research and know what the car you are interested in costs as a new vehicle and as a used vehicle at a dealership, so you can cross-reference prices. We test drove another vehicle just to make sure we were confident in our choice. Bryan ran a finance credit check for us, and after comparing the rates, we ended up using America First Credit Union. After researching and comparing the extended warranty protection packages, the CarMax service protection plan is really comprehensive and covers a lot so it was a tough decision. It is very well reviewed. We did end up going with the plan AFCU offered because it was comparable and extended to 120K miles. We brought our check in the next day, and we were in and out within an hour of our scheduled appointment. Bryan didn't pressure us to buy anything additional, and I appreciated his customer service and professionalism. When we ran into a snag with the computer system, the management stepped in and problem-solved right away, and it didn't hold us up in any way. The car was washed and ready to go! Small hiccup with vehicle and it needs a maintenance within 24 hours but I am not worried because they were prompt in response and even though it was Bryan's day off he responded with directions. Still overall a positive review and hopeful experience.

If appointments are not going to be honored, there is little point in offering them. This was a frustrating and disappointing first impression, especially when I came prepared to seriously consider purchasing a vehicle. I scheduled an appointment simply to view and test-drive a vehicle. I arrived on time but was marked as "browsing" and waited an hour without being called or even being given an opportunity to look at a car. An appointment is meaningless if no one is available to assist the customer. I eventually left without seeing a vehicle. Nobody reached out to me to let me know what was going on or to apologize for the long wait. When I went and asked what was going on I was told they were short on staff. This was an extremely disappointing experience. CarMax came recommended - I'm telling those people that they must have had a totally different experience than me at a different location not to use this location in the future.

I especially want to recognize Nicholas Chavez, the Service Manager. Nicholas went above and beyond to make sure I understood the services being performed and answered all of my questions. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. What impressed me most is that I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or services. It's not always easy to find an automotive business you can truly trust, but I absolutely feel that way about Asian Imports. I feel confident that they will treat me fairly, do quality work, and not try to rip me off or overcharge me. Thank you to Nicholas Chavez and the entire team at Asian Imports for providing such a great customer experience. I will definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend Asian Imports to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and trustworthy auto repair shop in Henderson!

I've brought my 1988 Nissan 300Zx here twice now to get some maintenance to keep this old Z alive and running, and I'll likely be bringing it back a few more times until she's fully dialed. The pricing was on average on what you'd expect to pay at any shop (if they are willing to work on your car) over all great value, great customer service. I'd recommend them especially if you have gotten the runaround at other shops about your car being to old or uncommon to work on.

After dealing with around 20 different dealerships, they were the first ones who truly felt honest with me and gave me realistic numbers on both the 2025 Ram 2500 diesel I was buying and my trade-in. I drove about 6 hours to pick up the truck, and unfortunately, it was not ready when I arrived. At that point, I was prepared to walk away, drive home empty-handed, and be pretty upset. Instead, Courtney, Dylan, and the dealership went above and beyond to make it right. They paid for a one-way flight home and covered the cost to ship the truck to me -- all out of the dealership's pocket. What at first seemed like it was going to be a bad experience ended up restoring my faith that customer service is still important to some companies. Things do not always go perfectly with a vehicle purchase, but what matters is how a dealership handles it when there is an issue. Findlay Cadillac stepped up and took care of me. I really appreciate the honesty, communication, and the effort they made to make the deal right.

I was told it was being reconditioned, so I patiently waited a full week. After that week, I finally got the opportunity to see and test-drive the vehicle. To my surprise, essentially nothing had been done. The dealership couldn't even tell me where the vehicle had been during that week. When I inspected the LYRIQ, there were several obvious problems: the seats were scuffed, the panel on the right door was coming loose, and the steering wheel was separating around the Super Cruise light. I told the salesman, James, that I was still interested in buying the vehicle. I simply wanted the problems repaired first. I specifically told him that if the vehicle was properly fixed and brought up to an acceptable standard, I would buy it. James was a great salesman, and I was genuinely looking forward to doing business with him. The next day, however, Courtney contacted me and told me that if I didn't come in and sign the paperwork that day or the next, even though the vehicle still hadn't been repaired, they would refund my $500 and sell the vehicle to someone else. This was two days before the end of the month. After waiting patiently for a week for the dealership to complete its own reconditioning, I was suddenly being pressured to purchase a vehicle with known, unresolved problems--or risk having the vehicle sold to someone else. That wasn't acceptable to me. I have no problem waiting for a used vehicle to be properly repaired before purchasing it. In fact, I would expect a dealership to want its customers to receive a vehicle in acceptable condition. What I don't expect is to be pressured into signing paperwork on an unrepaired vehicle because the end of the month is approaching. James was excellent, and I have nothing negative to say about him. I was actually looking forward to completing the purchase with him. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled afterward completely changed my opinion of the dealership. My advice to anyone considering buying a used vehicle here: make sure every promised repair is actually completed and that you are satisfied with the vehicle before signing anything. Don't let end-of-month sales pressure rush you into a decision
