My husband and I had no intentions of buying an Audi when we went car shopping. I test drove the 2 cars we researched at CARMAX. While we walked the lot I really liked the look of the Q3. We bought our cars at Audi Henderson and have had service done at both Audi locations since then and we have decided that Audi Henderson offers the better service of the 2 locations even though we've moved across town, we think they are worth the 45 minute drive from our house. My Q5 was acting crazy so we made an appointment and took her there on A Thursday morning at 7:30. They got me right into a loaner vehicle and sent on my way. They didn't tell me the loaner was a hybrid and they also didn't charge it, but it was full of gas. They also did not include the charging adapter which apparently you need. Mind you I know nothing about electric vehicles-this would have been a good opportunity to learn about it and see if I liked it for when we are ready for a new car. We waited all day to hear something but we never got a call about a diagnosis. We had plans to go out of town for the weekend the next day and luckily we found out we could not take the loaner out of state. That would have been awkward had we taken it. I called on Friday and finally got through to our adviser when he told me their internet was down so they didn't have a diagnosis yet. And I could expect to hear from them on Monday. Dad to say we had to chase down answers the service department was so non communicative! I was so disappointed, this is not the service we expect from them. Finally got a call that my car would be ready yesterday or today. It was today and I'm so happy to have my car back! She's fixed and washed so all in all things worked out. But I would have liked updates letting me know they were running behind, etc. We will continue to use this location for servicing our vehicles, hoping this was just a weird week. Back to the scene of the proverbial crime... after purchasing the car on Saturday Monday and Tuesday afternoon. We noticed a lot of dashboard errors popping up so Jeff the sales manager got set up with a Wednesday morning drop off to get us all updated. Even though my appointment was with Nick. I got there early and dropped the car off with Cedric, who was extremely helpful. They gave us a loaner for the day and the original message from Nick was that the car may not be ready till the next day. The car got done same day in the afternoon, but unfortunately, one of us had taken the car to a previously scheduled appointment. Nick just told us to bring it back in the morning by a certain time which we did. I showed up again the next morning and Cedric, who was the same gentleman that helped me the first day was there to get me checked out and go over everything with me. We flew in from out of state to purchase a CPO vehicle that was listed with a clean Carfax. When we arrived, Krystal kindly picked us up from the airport and helped us get set up for a test drive, she was great to work with. After the test drive, we noticed the hood didn't appear to be fully latched and asked about it. We were told it was likely just a design difference and not a safety concern. Based on that reassurance and the CPO status, we moved forward with the purchase. After driving the car back to our home state, we took it to a local Audi dealership for inspection. They discovered the vehicle had actually been in a major front-end accident, with multiple broken brackets and a long list of issues. Given the standards required for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, this car should never have qualified. The dealership ultimately arranged to pick the car up from our state and return it to Nevada, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing and a significant waste of time and effort. To put it nicely... Nick Manning was very helpful throughout the repair process over the phone, respectful and responsive. However, when we came in for our4 PM appointment today 7/28/2026 to pay and pick up our vehicle, he seemed distant and frustrated, and made no effort to engage. The receptionist assisting us was kind and professional, but the overall in-person experience felt uncomfortable, with little acknowledgment or conversation while we waited. He even appeared to be frustrated at the receptionist in the front desk when she couldn't override something in the computer. I appreciate the help Nick provided earlier, which is why I'm leaving two stars, but I hope the in-person customer experience can improve for future customers. The overall experience with Nick was uncomfortable. He made us feel unwelcome and as if we were taking away from his time. When my wife and I got home, I told her "You know, I really did not like Nick, he was polite over the phone but in person he was rude and did not acknowledge us at all" other than what was required. She agreed with me and said she felt the same way. It seemed as if he wanted to get us done and over with as soon as possible. While we were in line waiting for the receptionist to finish with the customers before us, Nick turned towards the TV, giving his back to us, he murmured something as the weather was showing on the television displaying the temperature over 100 degrees for the rest of the week and my wife agreed and said "yeah, hot all week" and he did not turn towards her, did not acknowledge her, nothing! It was as clear as day he was avoiding us. No conversation whatsoever, awkward as fuck! If there is a manager from this store reading this comment, check the camera footage of the date and time I provided to see I'm not making shit up. You will see how he did not engage with us at all, even after we tried and how he even gave his back to us. So fuck 'n uncomfortable! It doesn't take shit to be humble, especially to a paying customer because Nick, you aren't doing us a favor, this is your job. Im not asking for special treatment, just to be treated with respect and like an actual customer. I hope you all get better customer service than we did, in person I mean because over the phone he was wonderful. I still don't fuck with you Nick. read more

I just recently purchased a used 2017 Hyundai from this dealership. I'm so disappointed in this and the service. I'm 70 years old and think I was taken advantage of. I was sent a video of the vehicle which made my curious about the car. I went in 2 days later and was shown it in person. I like the body style and was given a chance to drive it. It drove well in the small foot print that was given. I was really thinking that this might be the car for me. I did have my son with me. I just had hip surgery and it felt good to get in and out of this car. So I went in and decided to get it. The salesperson said lets do this and I will have it detailed and gassed up. Now it was time to get this purchase going. It happened so fast I really could't believe it. Usually the process takes longer but maybe it is different these days. Well after everything went down. I was given the CarFax one day or 2 after the purchase and surprise. I found that the car had an engine replacement and other services. It would have been nice to be given this info before to at least given me the option of purchasing this vehicle. I'm not questioning any Audi vehicles but they should definitely should be more more knowledgeable of the other models and their past before selling them to the public. I could have went on Boulder Highway and got a vehicle than here. So disappointing considering this is my last vehicle that I plan on buying in my lifetime. read more
