There's several different slides for kids of all ages to enjoy and an enclosed little soccer like court filled with bouncy balls for those that want to just run around and kick some balls. I have two boys so I like coming here because my 10 month old can safely enjoy the toddler area while my 3 year old runs around the jungle gym area. This place isn't huge and the main playground is right in the middle so it's easy to watch multiple kids without having to chase them around. There's also a snack bar where you can sit and get a latte or a sandwhich. They allow homemade food and snacks so don't feel the need to buy from there, which is nice, but if you do, their food is pretty inexpensive IMO. Safety wise, their main gate to the front door is locked so an employee has to unlock it for you to leave which definitely helps keep your kids contained and not have to worry about them running out! Lastly, I've been here several times and each time I felt that the staff keep the area pretty clean. I always seeing someone vacuuming and cleaning up. All the staff members are pretty friendly. This is definitely our go-to during the summertime when it's too hot to be outside!

I really appreciate all the new additions and renovations. We were out of town for about a month and when we came back, so many of the play stations had been updated. It definitely did not go unnoticed and shows they are investing in the space. One thing I love about this place is how often the staff cleans and reorganizes. No matter how busy it gets, it never feels messy. It also never smells like feet in there, which is honestly a big problem at other indoor playgrounds. The staff does a great job maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. The only downside for us is that our daughter is growing out of it a little too fast. She can get bored if there are not other kids her age to play with. This is truly a great spot for younger children. I do wish they offered an hourly rate instead of requiring a full day pass, because sometimes you just need a quick hour or two to let the kids get their wiggles out. Overall, it is a wonderful, well maintained playground and we will continue recommending it to families with younger kids.

I have never quite witnessed so many kids ages 7-12 with so much haphazard recklessness, running full speed in every imaginable direction. All of them. Imagine, 150 kids running full speed in every direction. Then a large handful of adults or parents running in every imaginable OPPOSITE direction. I saw several kids slam into another kid as they go around an obstacle on the floor. I care, no concern. I also saw two kids running, NO . . . now walking bleeding from their nose and another from the mouth. This should be outlawed. CritDicks

Yesterday we had my son birthday we book 2 months prior his birthday, they double booked us and we ended up having a small spot not the one we reserved at first. Also we booked for 10 kiddo's but with the siblings we had 5 extra ish kids and we told the parents that it was okay to bring the siblings but they will have to pay at the front. Yet all the 3 parents with the extra kiddos was trying to cover for their kids at the front and they even insisted to pay and the lady at the front said don't worry about it if there is any extra I will take care of it, Au today they just text me that I have a bill to pay for those extra kiddos. Just a heads-up--you'll need to purchase grip socks if your kids don't already have them. There are designated areas where shoes aren't allowed, which helps keep things clean. The facility has plenty of play structures for kids to explore and enjoy, along with a couple of bounce houses. The bathrooms were very clean and had four stalls, which made things convenient. While they don't offer a large variety of food, it's understandable since this isn't really a restaurant. It didn't take away from the experience at all. My kids absolutely loved it--they played for a full two hours and definitely could have stayed longer! I also really liked their system of giving kids a sticker with their playtime. It makes it easy to see from a distance when their time is up. There are seating areas both in the front and the back, which is nice for parents. Overall, my family and I had a great experience. We're not locals, but if we're ever back in the area, we would definitely return!

Our oldest loved the large play structures and the youngest loved the trampoline and block building area. The cafe team was great and served us quickly, and we were impressed by the number of food items available. The coffee was alright - not amazing - but not terrible. One thing to note if you go is that the café is tucked into a corner so not every seat from the café has a line of site to the play area. And if you have drinks, you have to stay in the café. So if you were planning on having a relaxing coffee, while watching your kids from afar, that is not exactly an option. My only note for improvement would be for the staff to do a little more to help manage particularly physical/destructive children, if/when the parents are not doing enough. When we visited, there was one young child who was running around knocking kids over, knocking over blocks, and just generally being really hyper. That is totally understandable for a young kid, but the parents were nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly looks concerned, but didn't really do anything to help mitigate the situation.

My kids had fun, but it definitely wasn't worth the following week (still going) of illness. Tried to work while my kids played. I had to rearrange furniture to situate myself next to the plug.
